【0001】

[Prior art]
In a house, a basement may be provided as a storage space. In this case, in the so-called all-basement basement where the entire basement is buried in the ground, the ground must be dug up greatly, and the work becomes large-scale, and the whole basement becomes a structure in the ground, It is difficult to ensure lighting and ventilation in the basement. For this reason, in recent years, there has been an increase in the construction of so-called semi-underground housings in which the lower half of the basement is buried in the ground. In such a house, since the upper part of the basement is located above the ground, by forming a window or the like on the upper part, there is an advantage that it is possible to easily ensure lighting and ventilation in the basement. is there.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the semi-underground housing described above, the height of the first floor or higher part constructed above the basement differs from the first floor or higher part constructed from the ground surface. That is, in the part constructed below the basement (hereinafter referred to as the first building part), since the upper half of the basement protrudes from the ground surface, the part constructed from the ground surface (hereinafter referred to as the second building part). ) Is higher than the upper half of the basement. Therefore, the eaves height of the roof of the said 1st ridge part and the 2nd ridge part does not align, but there exists a subject that the design of an elevation will become unorganized.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a basement-equipped house in which the eaves height of a first ridge part having a basement and a second ridge part not having a basement are uniform in a semi-underground structure house. The purpose is that.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the basement-equipped house according to claim 1 of the present invention comprises a basement in which a substantially lower half is embedded in the ground and at least two floors or more provided above the basement. It consists of one building part and a second building part that is provided on the east and west sides and the north side of this first building part , and is composed of at least two floors. The second building part has a space between at least one upper and lower floors. In addition, a storage floor having a storage room is provided.
[0006]
The housing with a basement of claim 1 is provided with the storage room on the west side of the first building part of the storage floor, and on the east side of the first building part of the storage floor. An atrium of a room below the floor is provided, and this room is adjacent to a room on an adjacent floor adjacent to the storage floor of the first building .
[0007]
Moreover, the basement-equipped housing according to claim 1 is such that the ceiling positions of the storage floor of the second building part and the adjacent floor of the first building part are set equal .

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the basement-equipped house of the present invention, the following excellent effects are achieved.
According to the basement-equipped house according to claim 1, the eaves height of the second building part is equivalent to the storage floor by the storage floor having the storage room provided between at least one upper and lower floors of the second building part. Since the height of the ceiling of this storage floor and the height of the upper half of the basement that protrudes from the ground surface are set equal to each other, the eaves of the first building and the second building The height can be made equal, and therefore, the design of the elevation can be simply summarized to obtain a house with excellent appearance design.
[0027]
Moreover, according to the basement-equipped housing according to claim 1 , since the ceiling positions of the storage floor of the second building and the adjacent floor of the first building adjacent to the storage floor are set equal, The upper floors of the adjacent floors have the same floor position, so that there is no level difference in the upper floors, thereby improving the usability of the rooms provided on the upper floors.
[0028]
According to the basement-equipped house of claim 1 , the second floor building storage floor is provided with an atrium of a room below the storage floor, and this room is adjacent to the first floor room of the first building. Because the floor of the second building, the room below the storage floor and the room on the adjacent floor of the first building are steps that have a level difference, a sense of spatial unity is obtained, thus creating an open space. You can get a house with good habitability.
