させて建てられる中庭付き住宅であって、 1階建物がコの字形の平面形状を備え、該コの字形の凹
部が前記4角形の敷地の隣地境界となっていない方向を
開口側とする前記中庭を構成していると共に、2階建物
がロの字形の平面形状を備え、該ロの字形の中央開口部
が前記中庭と連通する吹抜け部を構成しており、 且つ前記凹部の開口側の部分の上方に架け掛け渡される
前記ロの字形の2階建物のブリッジ領域は、屋根のない
バルコニー部となっていることを特徴とする中庭付き住
宅。
