【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、道路設備の支柱が事故等により曲がってしまった場合に元の状態に応急に戻す支柱矯正装置の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
道路維持作業の現場では、足場用の手回しスクリュージャッキを利用したものが使用されている。

これは文献「特開2001−239318」にあるように本体の後端部にスクリュージャッキを設けたものである。本体の先端部には、支柱根元を保持し且つ本体の浮き上がりを防止するためのカムをもつ保持部と、この保持部とは別にそのすぐ上に、支柱を把持し且つ前記カムとの係合片をもつクランプを用いた保持部がある。さらに、スクリュージャッキの先端には支柱の被押圧部を把持するクランプを用いた保持部があり、合計3カ所の保持部がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
1、負荷の大きさに対して非力な手まわしのスクリュージャッキを使用しているので、スクリュー部が磨滅して摩擦抵抗が上がりたいへん労力を要した。
2、支柱の3カ所に保持の必要があるので設置に手間どった。
3、カムによる本体の浮き上がり防止は、カムの形状と矯正中のカムの係合片の軌道が一致しないとだめなので確実ではなかった。
4、押圧による矯正しか出来ないので、支柱(91)が曲がっている方向に壁等があり、その間が狭くて設置不能な時には使用出来なかった。ことに標識柱の場合は道路の端に立っていることが多いので、設置が出来ない場合が多くあった。
5、押圧による矯正しか出来ないので、支柱が歩道と車道の境にある場合に車道側に曲がっていると、車道上でしか作業が出来ないので危険であった。
6、押圧力と耐久性を補うために、支柱のなるべく上方の押圧が出来るように、長くて大きく重い足場用の手回しスクリュージャッキを用いている。そのうえ、曲がりにくくする補強板を付けて、3カ所の保持部品も必要なので、さらに重(全重量19.5kg)かった。
7、20回位使うとジャッキのスクリュー部が擦り切れて空回りし使用不能となるため不経済であった。

【発明の効果】
請求項1記載の発明では、本体の先端部と押圧部品の間隔を維持する支持部品を設けたので、従来の技術による被押圧部の保持の必要がなく簡便になったうえに、耐久性に問題があったクランプで被押圧部を保持しないので、強力で堅牢なジャッキを無理なく使用出来るようになり経済的である。
請求項2記載の発明では、ジャッキの位置が変えられるジャッキ取付台なので、小型のジャッキが使用でき、装置の小型軽量化(19.5kg→13kg)が出来た。
請求項3記載の発明では、保持部品はワイヤーロープからなることにより、押圧力の強いジャッキの使用にも問題なく使用でき堅牢である。また、支柱の根元に密着でき、押圧力に比例して締め付けが働くので、保持が強く確実なうえに支柱を傷めない。さらに、いろいろな形や太さの支柱に対応でき、設置は1カ所の保持だけなので簡便である。
請求項4記載の発明では、保持部品は、ワイヤーロープを固定板で挟持することにより、ワイヤーロープを痛めず確実に簡単に固定できる。
請求項5記載の発明では、保持部品は、増締め装置で増締めすることにより、本体が支柱とワイヤーロープから離れないようになり、本体の浮き上がりを確実に簡単に防止できる。
請求項6記載の発明では、牽引用補助金具と牽引用ワイヤーロープを用いることにより、押圧による矯正が出来ない時や押圧による矯正では危険な時に、牽引による矯正が出来る。
請求項7記載の発明では、本体先端部のロープ掛金具により、増締め装置がなくても本体の浮き上がりを確実に防止する。そのうえ押圧矯正時には増締めをやらないので作業の手間を減らす。
