本発明は、例えば予め所定の面形状にプレス成形された成形品に開口穴を形成するための打ち抜き装置に関する。

従来、例えば自動車部品の成形等において、プレス成形した成形品に開口穴を成形する装置として、例えば図3及び図4に示すようなプレス打ち抜き装置51が知られている。
この装置51は、下ベース盤52上に取り付けられる受部材54の上面に成形品Wを載置し、上ベース盤53を降下させて押圧部材55の枠体56により、穴あけ個所の周囲を押圧保持するとともに、カッタ部材57により穴あけを行うようにしている。

すなわち、下ベース盤52の四隅には、支持部材58を介して摺動ピン59が設けられるとともに、上ベース盤53の四隅には、前記摺動ピン59を摺動自在に挿通せしめるガイド部材60が取り付けられ、上ベース盤53は下ベース盤52に対して上下動自在にされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記のような従来技術は、成形品Wの穴あけ個所の周囲全体を枠体56で押圧するようにしているため、特に成形品Wの面形状が複雑な場合は、枠体56下面の形状部56kを成形するための工数がかかるようになり、また成形品Wの面形状に多少の成形誤差があるため、時として枠体56の形状部56kと成形品Wが片当たり状態になって均一な押圧力にならず、正確な穴あけが出来ないという不具合があった。

本発明は上記不具合に鑑みなされたものであり、穴あけ時に成形品の押圧力を均一なものとし、正確な穴あけが出来るようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため本発明は、上ベース盤に取り付けた押圧部材と下ベース盤に取り付けた受部材によって成形品の所定部を挟み込んで保持し、上ベース盤に設けたカッタ部材と前記受部材に形成した開孔周縁のエッジ部との間の剪断作用によって成形品に穴を形成するようにした打ち抜き装置において、押圧部材を、カッタ部材の周囲に局所的に配置され且つ付勢部材によって下方に付勢される複数の押圧ロッドにより構成し、またこの押圧ロッドの下面と受部材の上面に、成形品の形状に倣った形状部を設けるようにした。

このように、局所的に設けた複数の押圧ロッドによって成形品を押圧保持するようにすれば、成形品の面形状が複雑になっても、押圧ロッドの下面に形状部を成形する工数がかからず、また、成形品の面形状に多少の誤差があっても、押圧力が片寄るような不具合を抑制することが出来、正確な穴あけが可能となる。

また請求項2では、押圧ロッドの側面に平面部を形成し、この平面部に、押圧ロッドの向きを規制する規制部材を係合させるようにした。

本発明の実施の形態について添付した図面に基づき説明する。
ここで図1は本発明に係る打ち抜き装置の正面図、図2は図1のA−A線断面図である。

本発明に係る打ち抜き装置1は、予めプレス成形等によって所望の面形状に成形された成形品Wに対して、所定個所に窓状の穴をあけるような装置として構成され、特に成形品Wの面形状に多少の成形誤差が生じても、正確な位置に且つ正確な形状で穴あけできるようにされ、装置の基本構成は従来のプレス打ち抜き装置と同様の構成である。

すなわち、図1及び図2に示すように、下ベース盤2の四隅には、支持部材8を介して摺動ピン9が取り付けられ、この摺動ピン9は、上ベース盤3の四隅のガイド部材10に摺動自在に挿入され、下ベース盤2に対して上ベース盤3が上下動自在にされている。

以上のような打ち抜き装置1において、受部材4上に、プレス成形された成形品Wを載置し、上ベース盤3を降下させて押圧ロッド6で成形品Wを押圧保持すると同時に、更に上ベース盤3を降下させてカッタ部材7の切刃7kと受部材4のカッティングエッジ4kにより穴あけを行う。

この際、押圧ロッド6による押圧保持は局所的であり、成形品Wの面形状に多少の成形誤差があっても、受部材4と押圧ロッド6により成形品Wをより均一な力で保持することが出来、正確な穴あけが可能となる。
また、押圧ロッド6の先端面に形状部6gを成形するにあたり、従来に比べて成形領域が狭いため、複雑な形状でも比較的容易に成形出来る。
因みに、図面上では打ち抜き装置1に1箇所の穴あけ個所しか図示していないが、実際には複数箇所の同様な構成の穴あけ機構を設けており、1つの打ち抜き装置1で複数の穴あけを同時に行うようにしている。

以上のように本発明に係る成形品の打ち抜き装置は、成形品を押圧保持する押圧部材として、カッタ部材の周囲に局所的に配置される複数の押圧ロッドにより構成し、この押圧ロッドの下面と受部材の上面に、成形品の形状に倣った形状部を設けるようにしたため、押圧ロッドの下面に形状部を成形する工数がかからず、また、成形品の面形状に多少の成形誤差があっても、押圧力が片寄るような不具合を抑制することが出来、正確な穴あけが可能となる。
また請求項2のように、押圧ロッドの側面に平面部を形成し、この平面部に規制部材を係合させれば、下面の形状部を成形品の形状に正確に合わせることが出来、押圧力をより均一にすることが出来る。
