Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In reality, in the case of fish feed, in order to improve economic efficiency, the feed efficiency is increased and the growth of aquatic animals is accelerated. At the same time, environmental pollution caused by leftover food is reduced, and the disease rate is gradually reduced. It is necessary to measure, and further improvement of fishing results is desired for fishing baits. Therefore, in any case, foods with higher bait / attractive activity are required first. However, foods that have been used traditionally and those that have an attractive effect are mainly used. They are of animal type, they are difficult to use in practice, or their availability depends on the weather conditions during use, and there are problems in transportation, storage, etc. in terms of qualitative stability, There is also a problem that the contents pollute the environment and cause bacterial contamination. In relation to this problem, it has recently been found that spices have a bait activity effect and are expected to have a bactericidal effect, which is also expected to have medicinal effects, and fruits rich in vitamins and minerals. In the same way, vegetables that are rich in carbohydrates, dietary fiber, vitamins, carotene, and minerals and that have various aromas are also searched for. It is important to measure its use, but there are only a few examples so far.

【Example】
[Method]
A test sample of 7.5 ml (pH 6.5) is soaked in a gauze, and this is a predetermined position A, B in the test zone of the attractive test tank shown in FIGS. Place in C and D (Dough: Stand up a cylinder with small holes, Black abalone: Place the rounded gauze at the bottom, Buri: Suspend the rounded gauze). Along with the installation of the test sample, water or seawater at a flow rate of 500 ml / min for loach, 150 ml / min for black abalone, and 1000 ml / min for yellowtail is poured and the septum is immediately raised. The loach and yellowtail are measured for 10 minutes every minute, and the black abalone is measured every 20 minutes for 20 minutes every two minutes. This test is performed four times based on the Latin square method, the number of fish or the number of individuals for each minute is summed and integrated with the passage of time, and the time course of the number of staying cats or the number of individuals is calculated using the logistic curve y = g / When the fitting coefficients g, r, and a were determined for {1 + exp [−r (x−a)]}, the attracting indices for loach, black abalone, and yellowtail were a, a, and gr, respectively. Here, a represents the average residence time (minutes) in the loquat and black abalone test plots, and gr represents the instantaneous number of activity of yellowtails in a (minutes). Further, y represents the number of tails or the number of individuals in x (minutes), and the coefficients g, r, and a are constants. In addition, apparent search and feeding behavior were observed. In addition, the display criteria for the determination of food / attractive effect are defined as shown in Table 1 by comparing the attractive index of the test sample and the apparent search diet behavior with the control (no test sample). Based on the above, the bait / attractive effect was displayed for each example. The results of the above procedures were combined to examine the feeding and attracting effects of each sample.
[0007]
[Example 1]
With regard to loach, black abalone, and yellowtail, the effects of feeding and attracting with the vegetable water extract described in Table 2 were examined. The results are shown in Table 2. This example shows that turnips, cabbage, potatoes, and onions have a positive attractive effect on all marine animals such as loach, black abalone, and yellowtail. Udo, ginger, broad bean, horseradish, mugwort have an attracting effect on loach and black abalone, Japanese radish, carrot, mioga, rakyou have an effect on loach and yellowtail, and green beans, celery, lettuce have an attractive effect on black abalone and yellowtail. It is shown that. In addition, cauliflower, sunny lettuce, garlic, spring bream, leek, parsley, broccoli, and honey bean attracted to loach, red pea, burdock, seri, and bamboo shoot attracted to black abalone, and cucumber and perilla only attracted to yellowtail. It shows that there is.
[0009]
[Example 3]
With regard to loach, black abalone, and yellowtail, the dietary / attractive activity effects of the hydrous alcoholic extracts of vegetables listed in Table 4 were examined. The results are shown in Table 4. Also in this example, as in the case of Examples 1 and 2, the hydrous alcoholic extract of vegetables was all of turnip, ginger, broad bean, wasabi, mugwort, and turnip, ginger, broad bean, wasabi, and mugwort. And radish, radish, carrots, ginger, and rakkyo were found to have an attractive effect on loach and yellowtail, and green beans, celery, and lettuce were found to have an attractive effect on black abalone and yellowtail.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, by adding water or hydrous alcoholic extract of Udo, turnip, cabbage, perilla, sengoku, radish, leek or wasabi to the aquatic animal, the bait activity for the aquatic animal is increased.
Improvement in fishing results can be expected by being absorbed or adsorbed on fishing baits or other suitable carriers. For fish farming, the effect of bait is increased, and the growth of aquatic animals is accelerated. Moreover, this bait / attractive active substance is available in a stable manner and has high utility value in that it is qualitatively stable.
