BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cooling water purification method and apparatus for a water-cooled cooling tower that cools and purifies warmed cooling water returned from a water-cooled air conditioning cooler.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, the cooling water in the water-cooled cooling tower is cooled by contacting it with the outside air, so it takes in oxides and pollutants in the atmosphere, and the water is also scattered and evaporated to add salt in the water. As the concentration increases, the pipes around the cooling tower corrode, silica adheres, algae are generated in the cooling water, and Legionella grows. A treatment for replenishing the water and replenishing the cooling water and a chemical injection process for introducing the chemical into the cooling water are performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the former disposal procedure has a problem of wasting water resources because the cooling water is discarded. Also, in the latter chemical injection process, a concentration measuring device is installed in advance to prevent cooling water concentrated with chemicals by splashing / evaporation from flowing into the nearby private house and causing human damage. If it exceeds the specified concentration, it must be equipped with a control device that replenishes the cooling water and returns the concentration to a predetermined value, and there is a problem that extra equipment costs are required and the replenished cooling water is not agitated. Still, there is a problem that the cooling water has a high concentration portion, and the cooling water of this high concentration portion is scattered as water droplets.
[0004]
Accordingly, the present inventors have provided a cooling water purification method capable of preventing pipe corrosion, silica adhesion, algae generation and Legionella bacteria generation without resorting to cooling water disposal or chemical injection treatment, and Providing the device has been a technical issue, and research and experiments have been repeated to realize it. In this process, we focused on the fact that tourmaline generates negative ions due to environmental changes such as slight temperature changes, and as a result of further experiments, red rust changed to black rust due to the negative ion effect of tourmaline and water quality improvement. In addition, the above-mentioned technical problem has been achieved by obtaining remarkable knowledge that scales such as silica are dissolved and peeled, and that the generation of algae and Legionella is suppressed.

The heated cooling water returned from the air conditioner cooler is cooled by dropping into the filler and bringing it into contact with the outside air, and the cooled cooling water is stored in a water tank provided at the lower part and water-cooled again. In the cooling water purification method for a water-cooled cooling tower for purifying cooling water in a water-cooled cooling tower to be sent to a water-cooled air-conditioning cooler, a supply port of a hot water supply pipe piped to the water-cooled air-conditioning cooler is placed above the filler A tourmaline-containing film is formed by positioning and firing a ceramic powder raw material containing tourmaline on the surface of the ceramic carrier between the supply port and the filler, apart from the supply port of the hot water supply pipe. By installing a container having a cooling water outflow hole containing tourmaline-containing ceramic particles having a diameter of 5 to 10 mm and spraying warmed cooling water discharged from the supply port into the container, it is obtained so as to pass between the tourmaline containing ceramic particles in the vessel prior to drop.
[0007]
Further, the cooling water purification apparatus for a water-cooled cooling tower according to the present invention is a packing material disposed on the side by taking outside air into the tower from the side by a forced draft fan provided at the top of the water-cooled cooling tower. The heated cooling water returned from the water-cooled air-conditioning cooler is dropped into the filler through the hot water sprinkling tank disposed above the filler. The water-cooled cooling tower purifies the cooling water in the water-cooled cooling tower which is cooled by being brought into contact with the outside air and stored in the water tank provided in the lower part and sent to the water-cooled air-conditioning cooler again In the cooling water purification apparatus, a hot water supply pipe supply port connected to a water-cooled air conditioning cooler is positioned above the hot water sprinkling tank, and the hot water sprinkling tank has a groove facing the groove of the hot water sprinkling tank. A lid-type water spray box with an open side wall is hot water It is provided over the supply port of the supply pipe, and the opening of the lid-type water spray box contains tourmaline on the surface of the ceramic carrier between the supply port and the hot water sprinkling tank, apart from the supply port of the hot water supply pipe A container with a cooling water outflow hole containing tourmaline-containing ceramic particles with a diameter of 5 to 10 mm formed by adhering and firing a ceramic powder raw material to form a tourmaline-containing film is installed from the supply port of the hot water supply pipe in which the cooling water warmed emitted by sprinkling on the container cooling water warmed said is adapted to pass between tourmaline containing ceramic particles in the vessel prior to falling into the filler is there.
[0008]
Furthermore, the cooling water purification apparatus for a water-cooled cooling tower according to the present invention includes a packing material disposed below the forced ventilation fan by taking outside air into the tower by a forced ventilation fan provided at the upper part of the water-cooled cooling tower. The warmed cooling water that has returned from the water-cooled air conditioning cooler by causing an air flow toward the upper part through the water is dropped into the filler and cooled by contacting with the outside air, and the cooled cooling water In the cooling water purification apparatus of the water-cooled cooling tower that purifies the cooling water in the water-cooled cooling tower that is stored in the water tank provided at the lower portion and sent to the water-cooled air conditioning cooler again, between the forced ventilation fan and the filler Is provided with a supply port of a hot water supply pipe for supplying warmed cooling water to the filler, and the supply port of the hot water supply pipe is positioned between the supply port and the filler from the supply port.
