Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a coating film transfer tool that is used when a transfer object and another adhesive body are bonded, and can be surely broken in place without being consumed more than necessary. is there.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a coating film transfer tool for bonding a transfer target body and another bonded body with a coating film, for example, there is one shown in FIG. A coating film transfer tool 31 shown in FIG. 3 includes a feeding reel 33 in which a strip-shaped film F having a coating film P attached to the surface thereof is wound inside a casing 32, and a strip-like shape fed from the feeding reel 33. An opening 32a is formed at one end of the casing 32 from the delivery reel 33 to the take-up reel 34, and the strip film F is fed to the delivery reel. The transfer roller 35 is provided in a state where the transfer roller 35 is fed from the transfer belt 33 to the take-up reel 34 and the transfer film 35 is transferred to the transfer target T.
[0003]
The coating film transfer tool 31 having the above configuration presses the transfer roller 35 against the transfer target T and moves it in the direction indicated by the solid line arrow, so that the belt-like film F is removed from the delivery reel 33 by the rotation of the transfer roller 35. It is sent to the take-up reel 34. When the belt-like film F is sent from the delivery reel 33 to the take-up reel 34, the coating film P adhered to the surface side of the belt-like film F by the transfer roller 35 is transferred to the transfer target T, and the belt-like film F Peel from. One side of the coating film P is transferred to the transfer target T, and another sticking body is attached to the other side, whereby the transfer target T and the sticking body are attached.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional coating film transfer tool 31 as shown in FIG. 3, when the coating film P is transferred to the transfer target T by the transfer roller 35 and the coating film P is peeled off from the belt-like film F, the coating film P The coating P does not break due to the adhesive strength of the film, but stretches as if a thread is pulled between the transfer target T and the strip-shaped film F, and finally breaks on the transfer target T side or the strip-shaped film F side. However, there is a problem in that the stretched portion contracts intensively on the transfer target T side or the belt-like film F side to become a dumpling.
[0005]
When the stretched coating film P breaks and becomes a dumpling on the transfer target T side or on the belt-like film F side, when the coating film P becomes a dumpling on the transfer target T side, When the thickness of the bonding surface with the sticking body is increased, and the coating film P becomes dumpling on the side of the belt-like film F, the portion that becomes the dumpling is transferred to the transfer target T at the next use. In the same manner as described above, there is a problem in that the thickness of the bonded surface between the transfer target T and the adherend is increased, and the coating film P does not peel cleanly from the belt-like film F during use.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and a coating film transfer tool capable of easily breaking a coating film at an appropriate position after the coating film is transferred to a transfer target by a necessary amount. It is intended to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention pivotally supports a feeding reel wound with a belt-like film with a coating film on the surface and a take-up reel that winds the belt-like film in the housing. A transfer roller for transferring the coating film to an opening formed at one end of the body is disposed, and the transfer roller is positioned upstream of the transfer roller in the feeding direction of the belt-like film at a position facing the transfer roller. by the rollers it is of providing the separating member of the coating film to sandwich the coating film. By doing so, the separating member breaks the coating film that is about to extend between the transfer target and the strip film, so that the coating film does not peel from the strip film more than necessary.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The coating film transfer tool of the present invention includes a feeding reel in which a belt-like film having a coating film attached to the surface thereof is wound in a housing, and a take-up reel that winds the belt-like film fed from the feeding reel. And an opening is formed at one end of the casing from the delivery reel to the take-up reel, and the opening is supported in parallel with the pivot axis of the feed reel and the take-up reel to feed the belt-like film. And a transfer roller for transferring the coating film to the transfer object, and on the upstream side of the transfer direction of the belt-like film with respect to the transfer roller , by the said transfer form roller in opposing proximity position is provided with a separating member of the coating film to sandwich the coating film.
[0009]
If the coating film transferred to the transfer object by the transfer roller does not break on the transfer object side, it stretches so as to pull a thread between the transfer object and the band-shaped film, and the coating film is removed from the band-shaped film more than necessary. Although it peels off, the coating film transfer tool of the present invention is such that the back side of the belt-shaped film is in close contact with the transfer roller, and the coating film is adhered to the front surface side of the belt-shaped film. Since the separation member is provided at a position facing the transfer roller in contact with the member, that is, sandwiching the belt-like film and the coating film, the separation member breaks the coating film at the position where the separation member is disposed. Therefore, the coating film does not peel from the strip film more than necessary.
[0010]
In addition, since the separating member is in contact with the coating film, for example, silicon may be coated or a fluororesin material may be formed so that the coating film and the separating member are not attached. The separating member may be, for example, a tongue piece that satisfies the above-described arrangement position, but may be in the form of a roller so as not to hinder the feeding of the belt-like film with the coating film attached thereto.
[0011]
In the coating film transfer tool of the present invention, in the above configuration, if the separating member is a roller having a plurality of irregularities on the surface, the coating film can be peeled off from the strip film more than necessary as described above. In addition, as compared with the above, it is possible to more smoothly feed the belt-like film on which the coating film is adhered.
[0012]
【Example】
Examples of the coating film transfer tool of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a coating film transfer tool of the present invention for transferring a coating film P to a transfer target T, which is configured as follows. Reference numeral 2 denotes a casing that configures the outer shape of the coating film transfer tool 1 and accommodates members to be described later. In the illustrated state, the casing 2 shows only one divided into two in the center and the vertical direction. The housing 2 has an opening 2a at one end thereof.
[0013]
Reference numeral 3 denotes a delivery reel in which a belt-like film F having a coating film P attached on the front side is wound. The delivery reel 3 is located in the housing 2 from the opening 2a and can be rotated by a shaft 3a. It is pivotally supported by. Reference numeral 4 denotes a take-up reel for taking up the belt-like film F sent out from the send-out reel 3. The take-up reel 4 is located in the housing 2 on the opening 2a side from the send-out reel 3 and can be rotated by a shaft 4a. It is pivotally supported by.
[0014]
Reference numeral 5 denotes a transfer roller provided in an exposed state from the opening 2a. The transfer roller 5 is located in the middle of the delivery path of the belt-shaped film F from the delivery reel 3 to the take-up reel 4, and is attached to the transfer roller 5. By pressing the roller 5 against the transfer target T and moving the casing 2 in the direction of the solid line in the figure, the belt-like film F is sent from the delivery reel 3 to the take-up reel 4 and the coating film P is applied to the transfer target T. Transfer.
[0015]
6 is a cut of the coating film P provided in the vicinity of the opening 2a, on the upstream side of the transfer roller 5 in the feeding direction of the belt-like film F, at a position facing the transfer roller 5 through the belt-like film F. In this embodiment, the separating member is formed in a roller shape. The separation member 6 contacts the coating film P in a state before the coating film P is transferred to the transfer target T, that is, in a state where the coating film P is not peeled off from the surface side of the belt-like film F. For this reason, for example, a fluororesin is used so that the coating film P does not stick to the separating member 6.
[0016]
Reference numeral 7 denotes an interlocking gear that meshes with a gear (not shown) provided on the illustrated back side of the delivery reel 3 and the take-up reel 4, and this interlocking gear 7 sends out the belt-like film F and the coating film P by the delivery reel 3. The speed and the winding speed of the strip film F by the winding reel 4 are synchronized.
[0017]
Next, operation | movement of the coating-film transfer tool 1 of the said structure is demonstrated.
In the coating film transfer tool 1, when the casing 2 is moved in the direction indicated by the solid line arrow with the transfer roller 5 pressed against the transfer target T, the transfer roller 5 rotates due to frictional resistance with the transfer target T. Thus, the belt-like film F in a state where the coating film P is adhered is sent out from the delivery reel 3, and the coating film P is transferred to the transfer target T at a position where the transfer roller 5 and the transfer target T are pressed. At the same time, the belt-like film F with the coating film P peeled off is sent to the take-up reel 4, and the belt-like film F with the coating film P peeled off is sequentially wound around the take-up reel 4.
[0018]
Then, after the coating film P is transferred to the transfer target T, when the casing 2 is moved upward so that the transfer roller 5 is separated from the transfer target T, the coating film P pulls the yarn with its adhesive force. In such a situation, the separating member 6 provided close to the transfer roller 5 so as to sandwich the belt-like film F and the coating film P is the transfer roller 5 and the separating member. Since the coating film P is sandwiched between the coating film P and the coating film P, the coating film P is easily broken, and thus the strip film F and the coating film P are prevented from peeling from this position toward the upstream in the feeding direction of the strip film F. .
[0019]
As described above, the coating film transfer tool 1 is provided with the separating member 6 on the upstream side in the feeding direction of the belt-shaped film F with respect to the transfer roller 5 at a position in the proximity of the transfer roller 5 via the belt-shaped film F. Therefore, the coating film P is easily broken, and therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the coating film P from peeling off from the strip film F more than necessary.
[0020]
In the above embodiment, the separating member 6 has a roller shape. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. The surface of the piece-like separating member 16 is coated with, for example, silicon so that the coating film P does not adhere to the separating member 16. The separating member 16 is composed of the transfer roller 5 and the transfer object. The belt-shaped film F is provided so as to be inclined from the upper side on the upstream side in the feeding direction to the lower side on the downstream side so as to be close to the contact position with T. The separating member 16 is separated from the belt-like film F when the coating film P is transferred to the transfer target T, and contacts the belt-like film F when the transfer roller 5 is separated from the transfer target T. Even if it does in this way, the effect equivalent to the above can be acquired, and the coating film P can be fractured more effectively.
[0021]
Moreover, the roller-shaped separating member 6 may form a plurality of irregularities on the surface thereof, and in this way, the coating film does not peel from the strip film more than necessary as described above. Compared with the above, the strip | belt-shaped film with which the coating film was stuck can be sent out still more smoothly.
[0022]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible. As a structure for preventing the coating film P from sticking to the separation members 6 and 16, the surface is coated with silicon. Instead of forming the whole with a fluororesin material, other materials may be adopted. Further, the coating film transfer tool 1 sandwiches the coating film P between the transfer roller 5 and the transfer roller 5 at a position facing the transfer roller 5 on the upstream side in the feeding direction of the belt-like film F with respect to the transfer roller 5. If the conditions to provide are satisfied, the shape of the separating member is not limited.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the coating film transfer tool of the present invention sandwiches the coating film between the transfer roller and the transfer roller at a position facing the transfer roller on the upstream side in the feeding direction of the belt- like film. is provided with the separating member of the coating film, it is possible to break the coating at positions of該切away member by the separating member, thus that the coating film may be peeled off from the film strip more than necessary eliminated .
[0024]
In the coating film transfer tool of the present invention, in the above configuration, if the separating member is a roller having a plurality of irregularities on the surface, the same operational effects as the above can be obtained, and compared with the above. The belt-like film to which the coating film is adhered can be sent out more smoothly.
