従来のプリント基板のアース構造は図6に示すように構成されている。図示しないケース内に複数枚のプリント基板16が収納され、このプリント基板16の板面には複数の電子部品(図示せず)が設けられ、電子部品相互をプリント配線により接続してある。前記プリント基板16の前面にコネクタ17が取付けられ、このコネクタのアース接続端子(図示せず)に接続したフレームグランドパターン18がプリント基板16の前面側部を通り、さらにプリント基板内を通って後面にプリント配線され、プリント基板16の後面に設けた端子19をプリント基板16の後方に設けたマザーボード20の端子21に接続し、この端子21をアース線22に接続して大地に接地していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来のプリント基板16のアース構造は、フレームグランドパターン18がプリント基板内を通るため、プリント基板16のプリント配線回路に近接し、フレームグランドパターン18から発生するノイズが前記プリント配線回路に大きく影響し、プリント基板16の耐ノイズ性を低下させるという問題があった。
そこで、本発明はプリント基板の耐ノイズ性を向上させるプリント基板のアース構造を提供することを目的とする。

1はケースで、側面および上面に風穴2が設けられ、前面には外部からの接続端子を挿入する穴3が設けられている。このケース1内にはプリント基板4が収納され、板面には図示しない電子部品が取付けられて、電子部品相互をプリント配線により接続してある。5は前記プリント基板4の前面側部に取付けたコネクタで、外部機器に接続する電線のコネクタ5Aが嵌合するようにしてある。6は前記プリント基板4の前面側部にプリント配線したフレームグランドパターンで、その一端を前記コネクタ5のアース線に接続し、プリント基板の前面の側部のみに配線してある。7はそれぞれのプリント基板4に取付けた端子金具で、前記フレームグランドパターン6の一端に接続してある。この端子金具7にはタップが設けられ、相隣るプリント基板4の端子金具7のタップにアースプレート8をネジ9により締め付けて端子金具相互を接続してアース線10を介して大地に接地してある。
図3は本発明の第2の実施例を示すアース構造の要部の斜視図で、電線11の両端に圧着端子12を取付け、端子金具7にネジ締め固定するようにしてある。
図4は本発明の第3の実施例を示すアース構造の要部の斜視図で、端子金具7の相互をストラップ導体13で接続するようにしてある。
図5は本発明の第3の実施例を示すアース構造の要部の斜視図で、電線11の両端に挿入型端子14を取付け、プリント基板のフレームグランドパターンに接続固定したタブ端子15に接続するようにしてある。
また、実施例ではケース内に複数のプリント基板を収納した場合について説明したが、1枚収納した場合もでもよい。この場合にはアースプレートは設ける必要はない。

以上述べたように、本発明によれば、プリント基板の前面側部のみにフレームグランドパターンを配線したので、フレームグランドパターンから発生するノイズがプリント基板のプリント配線回路にほとんど影響することがなく、したがってプリント基板の耐ノイズ性を向上させることができる。
