Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a see-through sound insulation board installed along a road or a railway line for the purpose of sound insulation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to insulate noise from vehicles, sound insulation boards are installed along roads and railway lines. Some of these sound insulation plates are made of non-transparent sound insulation plates such as PC concrete and metal, but those made of non-permeability sound insulation plates are excellent in sound insulation, but due to their non-permeability, the surroundings Because the scenery is blocked, there is a sense of pressure and the scenery is poor. Therefore, in recent years, sound-insulating plates having a high degree of transparency have been installed on roads and along railway lines.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, a light-transmitting synthetic resin plate such as a polycarbonate plate is generally used as a sound-insulating plate having transparency. In the sound insulation board using this synthetic resin board, in order to obtain sufficient sound insulation performance, it is necessary to make the wall thickness considerably heavy by increasing the thickness to 10 mm or more. However, the thicker the wall, the higher the sound insulation performance, but the higher the cost, and the thick synthetic resin plate exceeding 10 mm is difficult to mold, deforms due to thermal shrinkage during molding, and warps. It's difficult to make something that doesn't exist. In addition, when an external force such as a wind load or an impact caused by a vehicle collision acts on the synthetic resin plate and cracks, there is a problem that the synthetic resin plate is scattered and dropped.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention solves the above-described problems in a transparent sound insulation board that uses a synthetic resin board so that the surrounding scenery is not obstructed, and without particularly increasing the thickness of the synthetic resin board. It is intended to provide a transparent sound insulation board that has sufficient sound insulation performance and is difficult to break even when external forces such as wind loads and impacts caused by vehicle collisions are applied, and that does not scatter and fall even when broken. It is.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.
That is, the see-through sound insulating board according to the present invention is formed by joining and integrating a metal perforated plate having a large number of through holes between two synthetic resin plates having translucency with an adhesive, and 2 While keeping the interval between the two synthetic resin plates constant and preventing the rainwater from entering between the two synthetic resin plates, installing a sealing material to prevent the metal porous plate from rusting by rainwater , The through-hole portion of the metal porous plate is characterized in that it is left without being filled with an adhesive.
[0006]
According to the present invention, since the metal porous plate having a large number of through holes is sandwiched and integrated between the two synthetic resin plates having a light transmitting property, the transparency is provided by the large number of through holes. Further, even if the thickness of the synthetic resin plate is not increased, the metal perforated plate is heavier and the sound insulation performance is improved. Further, since the synthetic resin plate is reinforced by the metal perforated plate, it is difficult to break, and even if it is broken, the synthetic resin plate is not scattered and dropped. Furthermore, since a sealing material is attached to the peripheral portion to prevent rainwater from entering between the two synthetic resin plates, the metal porous plate does not rust.
[0007]
In addition, if a metal porous plate is perforated | pierced with a diameter of 2 mm-10 mm with the transmittance | permeability of 40-70%, sufficient transparency will be acquired and the reinforcement effect will also be maintained.
[0008]
Moreover, it is preferable to form the synthetic resin board which has translucency from the polycarbonate board which is excellent in impact resistance and excellent in translucency.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway front view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view thereof.
[0010]
1-2, 1 is a synthetic resin board which has translucency, and two sheets are arrange | positioned facing each other. As the synthetic resin plate 1, a plate material made of a synthetic resin of an appropriate material having translucency such as a polycarbonate or an acrylic resin plate is used, and is not particularly limited, but generally has excellent impact resistance and translucency. It is preferable to use a polycarbonate plate that is excellent in resistance. In addition, a polycarbonate plate is preferably used for all of the two synthetic resin plates 1, but a polycarbonate plate may be used for one synthetic resin plate 1 and an acrylic resin plate may be used for the other synthetic resin plate 1. The shape of the synthetic resin plate 1 is generally a square shape, but is not particularly limited and is preferably as thick as possible, but is not particularly limited, as described below. Since it is reinforced by the metal porous plate 2, it may be thin, for example, 10 mm or less.
[0011]
2 is a metal perforated plate having a large number of through holes 21, and generally a punching plate made of iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy or the like is used. If the through hole 21 has a hole diameter of about 2 mm to 10 mm and is uniformly drilled with a transmittance of 40 to 70%, sufficient transparency can be obtained by the through hole 21 and a reinforcing effect is expected. Therefore, it is preferable. If the transmittance is less than 40%, sufficient transparency cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 70%, the reinforcing function by the metal porous plate 2 is lowered. The shape of the through-hole 21 may be a round hole or a square hole, and a through-hole 21 shaped with a design such as an animal picture or a floral pattern or character information may be provided. Note that the color of the metal porous plate 2 is preferably a dark color close to black. If the color is made dark, the contrast between the through-hole 21 portion and the other portions is clear and easy to see through.
[0012]
The metal porous plate 2 is sandwiched between the two synthetic resin plates 1 and joined and integrated by the adhesive 3. The metal perforated plate 2 has a large number of through holes 21 to provide transparency, and even if the thickness of the synthetic resin plate 1 is not increased, the metal perforated plate 2 increases the weight and improves the sound insulation performance. In addition, the synthetic resin plate 1 is reinforced by the metal perforated plate 2 so that it is difficult to break, and even if it is broken, the synthetic resin plate 1 is prevented from scattering and dropping. Note that if the adhesive 3 is not filled in the through hole 21 and the space is left as it is, the noise is attenuated in the through hole 21 and the sound absorbing effect can be exhibited. The adhesive 3 is transparent after curing.
[0013]
Reference numeral 4 denotes a sealing material made of synthetic resin, rubber, or the like, and is inserted into the peripheral edge of the two synthetic resin plates 1. This sealing material 4 keeps the distance between the two synthetic resin plates 1 uniform, prevents rainwater from entering between the two synthetic resin plates 1, and prevents the metal porous plate 2 from rusting. It is to do.
[0014]
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, a reinforcing frame member 5 made of a mold material such as an aluminum alloy can be attached to the outer periphery of the two synthetic resin plates 1. Although the transparency is somewhat hindered by attaching the reinforcing frame member 5, the reinforcing effect against the crack of the synthetic resin plate 1 is further improved.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 4, the above-described see-through sound insulating board P according to the present invention can be installed along the longitudinal direction of a road on a side edge of an expressway or the like. That is, in FIG. 4, 6 is a column made of H-shaped steel standing at a predetermined interval along the longitudinal direction of the road on the side edge of an expressway or the like. The plate P is held. The driver of the vehicle can see through the surrounding scenery by transmitting light through the synthetic resin plate 1 having translucency and the through hole 21 of the metal porous plate 2. In addition, since the weight is increased by the metal porous plate 2, it is possible to effectively insulate vehicle noise and the like.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the metal porous plate having a large number of through holes is sandwiched and integrated between the two synthetic resin plates having a light transmitting property, the transparency is provided by the large number of through holes. Further, even if the thickness of the synthetic resin plate is not increased, the metal perforated plate is heavier and the sound insulation performance is improved. Further, since the synthetic resin plate is reinforced by the metal perforated plate, it is difficult to break, and even if it is broken, the synthetic resin plate is not scattered and dropped.
