2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, soundproof walls are provided in places where noises are severe, such as roads and tracks. However, these soundproof walls are made of metal, ceramic, synthetic resin, or other opaque plates on the surface and are continuously provided along the side edges of roads, tracks, and the like. The structure is uniform and has little change. If such a uniform, monotonous sound barrier continues along the road for a long distance, the scenery of the road space is murky and the change is poor, and the psychological stress such as emotional tension and oppression given to the driver The problem is that the physical influence is large and the body and mind are easily fatigued. Also, in the case of a track, when a soundproof wall is provided, the enjoyment of viewing the scenery around the passenger is reduced by half. As a method for solving this problem, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 4-6111 filed by the applicant of the present invention previously filed.
A light-transmitting soundproofing plate described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4 (Kokai) No. 4 is known.

[0003] This transparent soundproofing plate is preferable because it is transparent and the scenery is visible, so that the driver's fatigue is reduced and the enjoyment of seeing the scenery around the passenger does not decrease. This light-transmitting soundproofing plate can be attached to a transparent plate in a rectangular frame made of a long frame material, or a long frame material having an opening along the length direction with the opening inside. A frame is formed by forming a frame in a square shape, and a peripheral portion of the light transmitting plate is inserted and held in an opening of the frame. The means for attaching the light-transmitting plate to this frame is usually as shown in FIG.
The frame 100 and the periphery 101 of the light-transmitting plate are bolted to the nut 1
02 is firmly held. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the means for holding the frame in the opening of the frame body may be provided with a retaining pin 104 at the peripheral edge 103 of the light-transmitting plate inserted into the opening, or described in the above-mentioned publication. However, in the method of fixing with the bolt and nut 102, since the thermal expansion coefficients of the light transmitting plate and the frame body are different, the light transmitting plate and the frame are changed by the difference in thermal expansion due to the temperature difference in summer and winter. The body may flex or break. For example, when the frame has a higher mechanical strength than the light-transmitting plate and a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, the light-transmitting plate is deformed or damaged in summer due to expansion larger than the light-transmitting plate frame. Further, in winter, there is a problem that the light-transmitting plate shrinks more than the frame and cracks occur.
In the case of attaching a retaining pin or fixing by providing a protruding portion, since the coupling between the frame and the light transmitting plate is loose, the light transmitting plate is not deformed or cracked. ,
There is a problem that the light transmitting plate slides or vibrates at a contact portion between the light transmitting plate and the frame body due to vibration due to the passage of the vehicle, wind pressure in a strong wind, and the like, so that the edge portion is easily damaged. In particular, on highways, vehicles pass at high speed, and there are many elevated parts,
Accordingly, since the vibration and wind pressure become stronger, the light-transmitting plate is easily damaged. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a light-transmitting soundproofing plate that is not deformed or cracked due to a temperature difference between summer and winter, and that the light-transmitting plate is not damaged by passing of a vehicle or strong wind. Is to provide a board.

According to the holding structure of the light-transmitting soundproofing plate of the present invention, elastic packings are provided in contact with both sides of a peripheral portion of the light-transmitting plate inserted into the opening of the frame, and the elastic packing and the inner surface of the opening are provided. And a spacer is press-fitted between the frame ridge and the inner surface of the opening. Then, the periphery of the translucent plate,
Since the spacer is forced into the opening in which the elastic packing and the frame ridge which are in contact with the both sides are inserted, they are pressed against each other, and as a result, the easily deformable elastic packing is pressed in a compressed state, and is pressed The light-transmitting plate is firmly held by the frame by the elasticity of the elastic packing to return to the original state.

As described above, the light-transmitting plate of the light-transmitting sound insulating plate of the present invention is held by the frame by the elastic packing provided on both sides of the peripheral portion inserted into the opening, so that the temperature in summer and winter can be maintained. Even if the translucent plate or the frame body expands and contracts due to the difference, the difference between the expansion and contraction is absorbed by the elastic deformation of the elastic packing. Therefore, the light-transmitting plate is not deformed, broken or cracked. Further, since the light-transmitting plate is firmly held by being sandwiched by the elastic packing, the light-transmitting plate does not slide at the contact portion between the light-transmitting plate and the frame due to the vibration or wind pressure of the vehicle. The edge does not hurt.
