Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a wall structure installed along a road or a railway. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, wall structures such as soundproof walls have been installed along roads and railroads for the purpose of preventing vehicle noise and projections. Some of such wall structures are formed from opaque face plates made of metal or the like, but those formed from opaque face plates are shielded from surrounding scenery by the face plates. As a soundproof wall, a light-transmitting wall structure formed from a face plate made of a transparent or translucent light-transmitting plate such as a synthetic resin or glass is installed along a road or a railway. . As the structure of the wall structure, there is a structure in which an end of a face plate is directly fixed to a support member erected on a road surface by bolts, but in particular, synthetic resin or glass is used. In the case of a plate made of a light-transmitting plate, the stress due to the deflection caused by wind load etc. is concentrated on the fixed part, and free expansion and contraction due to thermal expansion etc. of the face plate is prevented. There is a problem that it is damaged from the fixed part. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, for example, an L-shaped fixing member c is bolted to a web b in a concave groove of a supporting member a made of H-shaped steel, and an inner surface of a flange e of the supporting member a and the fixing member c are connected to each other. There is also proposed an apparatus in which an end portion of a face plate f is interposed therebetween to movably support the face plate f, thereby preventing stress concentration due to a wind load and breakage due to expansion and contraction such as thermal expansion. However, in order to make the face plate f movable,
It is necessary to make the distance between the inner surface of the flange e of the support member a and the fixing member c larger than the thickness of the face plate f, but the face plate f is simply sandwiched between the flange e of the support member a and the fixation member c. Therefore, when the face plate f is made of a light-transmitting plate such as a synthetic resin or glass, there is a problem that the face plate f bends and falls off due to wind pressure or the like and drops. Accordingly, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and provides a wall structure which prevents damage to the face plate due to stress concentration due to wind load and expansion and contraction such as thermal expansion, and also prevents falling due to deflection such as wind pressure. It will not be provided. [0006] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following arrangement. That is, in the wall structure according to the present invention, a plurality of face plates made of a light-transmitting plate are arranged in a row, and each face plate is supported at a height substantially equal to the lower half of the face plate and at predetermined intervals on the front and back sides. Between the member and the holding member, a metal fitting having a U-shaped cross section is mounted on the upper part thereof so as to be movably supported in the length direction and straddle between adjacent face plates, and one of the metal fittings is provided on one of the face plates. It is characterized by being bolted to. According to the present invention, since the face plate is supported between the holding member and the support member so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction, stress such as wind load applied to the face plate is dispersed,
Since the expansion and contraction of the face plate due to thermal expansion or the like is not hindered, damage of the face plate due to these is prevented. Further, since the face plate is supported between the support member and the holding member having a height substantially lower than that of the face plate, the upper half of the face plate is not concealed by the support member and the holding member. Further, since a metal fitting having a U-shaped cross section is attached to an upper portion of the metal plate so as to straddle the adjacent surface plates, the surface plate is supported by the support member and the holding member only at a height substantially lower than the lower half of the surface plate. Although not shown, the fitting prevents the upper part of the face plate from swaying, aligns the respective face plates in a line, and prevents the upper part from rattling. Furthermore, since this fitting is bolted to only one of the face plates, stress due to wind load applied to the fitting portion is dispersed, and expansion and contraction due to thermal expansion of the face plate and the like are prevented by this fitting. Absent. An embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 9, reference numeral 1 denotes a support member made of a metal plate or the like. The support member 1 includes a base plate 12 attached to a lower end of a column 11 and an anchor bolt 13.
The support pillars 11 are screwed on the road, and are erected on a road surface or a retaining wall at predetermined intervals along the road, and are attached to the side surfaces of the support pillars 11 in the vertical and vertical directions through mounting members 14 having a U-shaped cross section. ing. Note that the support member 1 is provided with a plurality of bolt through holes 15 in the height direction, that is, in the present embodiment, two bolt through holes 15 are provided at an interval vertically. Reference numeral 2 denotes a lower panel formed of a metal plate or the like and having a U-shaped cross section. The lower panel 2 covers and conceals an upper portion of the support 11 such that a mounting portion of the base plate 12 and the like is not exposed to the outside. It is attached to a lower panel plate 17 protruding in the horizontal direction on the left and right from a rib plate 16 erected on the base plate 12, and is attached between the lower portions of the columns 11. Reference numeral 3 denotes a lower frame made of an extruded aluminum or the like disposed on the upper surface of the lower panel 2, and has a concave groove 31 with a narrow entrance formed on the upper surface. The lower frame 3 reinforces the lower end of the face plate 4 described later and eliminates a gap between the face plate 4 and the lower panel 2 to improve aesthetic appearance. Reference numeral 32 denotes a backing plate that fills a gap between the lower frame 3 and the support 11. Reference numeral 4 denotes a face plate made of a light-transmitting synthetic resin plate such as polycarbonate or acrylic resin or a light-transmitting plate such as glass disposed along the support member 1. A central portion is opposed to the support member 1, and a plurality of elongated holes 41 elongated in the longitudinal direction are provided at both ends and the central portion at appropriate intervals in the height direction. In each, five are provided. Further, the lower end of the face plate 4 is inserted into the concave groove 31 of the lower frame 3, and a projection 42 is formed at the inserted end by, for example, driving a blind rivet. The face plate 4 is prevented from falling out of the groove 31 by being locked at the entrance of the groove. 5 is a front surface of the long hole 41 of the face plate 4;
That is, it is a holding member made of an aluminum casting or the like provided at each of both ends and a central portion. The holding member is provided with a bolt mounting hole 51 and has a height higher than the thickness of the face plate 4 on the back surface and a long hole of the face plate 4. 41 is provided with a round bar-shaped retaining projection 52 having a diameter that can penetrate. The bolt mounting hole 51 and the retaining projection 52 are arranged in the height direction of the holding member 5 and at the same interval corresponding to the long hole 41 of the face plate 4. In other words, in this embodiment, two bolt mounting holes 51 are provided alternately.
2 are provided in total of three. The holding member 5 has bolts 53 inserted from the respective bolt mounting holes 51 passing through the long holes 41 corresponding to the respective face plates 4, and protruding from the bolt through holes 15 of the support member 1, and The retaining member 52 and the supporting member 1 are screwed into the nuts 54 and the retaining protrusions 52 are further penetrated through the corresponding long holes 41.
The holding member 5 is attached to the supporting member 1 while the face plate 4 is supported between the supporting member 1 and the upper end of the retaining projection 52 is brought into contact with the surface of the supporting member 1. Is wider than the thickness of the face plate 4, and the supported face plate 4 can be moved in the length direction within a range of a difference between the inner size of the long hole 41 and the outer diameter of the bolt 53 and the retaining projection 52. It has been done. The bolt 53
A female screw may be formed in the bolt through-hole 15 of the support member 1 instead of the nut 54 into which is screwed. The pressing member 5 attached to the center portion of the face plate 4 is for preventing the face plate 4 from bending due to wind pressure or the like, and may be omitted if the length of the face plate 4 is short. Is longer, it is preferable to further add the pressing member 5. In the present invention, each of the support member 1 and the holding member 5 has a height substantially equal to the lower half of the face plate 4. That is, the face plate 4 is supported between the holding member 5 and the support member 1 having a height approximately half the lower half of the face plate 4. Numeral 6 denotes a cushion material, which movably supports the face plate 4 between the holding member 5 and the support member 1 which are wider than the thickness of the face plate 4 as described above, so that wind pressure and vibration Since the face plate 4 may rattle due to the like, the cushion member 6 is inserted between the pressing member 5 and the face plate 4 and between the face plate 4 and the support member 1 as long as the movement of the face plate 4 is not impaired. This rattling is prevented. Reference numeral 7 denotes a metal fitting having a U-shaped cross section which is attached to an upper portion of the metal plate so as to straddle the adjacent face plates 4. According to the present invention, only the lower half of the face plate 4 is provided with the holding member 5, the support member 1, Therefore, the swinging of the upper portion of the face plate 4 is restricted by the metal fittings 7, and the respective face plates 4 are aligned in a line, and the upper portion is prevented from rattling. The joint 7 is fixed to only one of the face plates 4 with bolts 71 to disperse the stress due to the wind load applied to the joint 7 and to prevent expansion and contraction of the face plate 4 due to thermal expansion and the like. There has been no such thing. In the wall structure according to the above embodiment,
The support member 1 is mounted on a road surface or a support wall 11 standing on a retaining wall at predetermined intervals along the road, but the support member 1 and the support member 1 are not separately provided. The H-shaped steel may be erected at predetermined intervals along the road, and the square steel pipe or the H-shaped steel may be directly used as the support member 1. In the above embodiment, the lower end of the face plate 4 is reinforced by the lower frame 3 or the like. However, a groove is formed directly on the upper surface of the lower panel 2, and the lower end of the face plate 4 is inserted into the groove. In this way, the lower frame 3 becomes unnecessary, and the face plate 4 without the four-sided frame can be directly supported between the support member 1 and the holding member 5. Further, in the above embodiment, the bolt mounting hole 51 and the retaining projection 52 provided on the holding member 5 are formed separately, and the face plate 4 is formed with the bolt 53 and the retaining projection 52 penetrated through the elongated hole 41 respectively. The bolts 53 are locked by the two, and the number of
The number of retaining projections 5 of the holding member 5 is reduced.
2 may be hollow, and the hollow portion may be formed as a bolt mounting hole 51. In such a form, the face plate 4 is locked by a retaining projection 52, and the retaining projection 52 is connected to the bolt mounting hole 51 of the hollow portion. Is reinforced by bolts 53 inserted into the holes. According to the present invention, since the face plate is supported between the holding member and the support member so as to be movable in the length direction, stress such as wind load applied to the face plate is dispersed. Along with
Since the expansion and contraction of the face plate due to thermal expansion or the like is not hindered, damage of the face plate due to these is prevented. Further, the face plate is supported between the supporting member and the holding member having a height substantially lower than that of the face plate, and the upper half of the face plate is not concealed by the supporting member and the holding member. Further, since a metal fitting having a U-shaped cross section is attached to an upper portion of the metal plate so as to straddle the adjacent surface plates, the face plate is supported by the supporting member and the holding member only at a height of substantially lower half of the surface plate. Although not shown, the fitting prevents the upper part of the face plate from swaying, aligns the respective face plates in a line, and prevents the upper part from rattling. Further, since this fitting is bolted to only one of the face plates, stress due to wind load applied to the fitting portion is dispersed, and expansion and contraction of the face plate due to thermal expansion or the like is prevented by this fitting. Absent.
