Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a refrigeration cycle apparatus, and more particularly to a refrigeration cycle apparatus with high reliability when an alternative refrigerant not containing chlorine is used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many of the conventional refrigeration cycle apparatuses, as represented by refrigerators and room air conditioners, use chlorofluorocarbon-based
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional general technology so far, the refrigerant used in the refrigeration cycle apparatus contains chlorine, and when the refrigerant is released into the atmosphere, the ozone layer is reduced by a chemical reaction. It has been pointed out that it has a great potential to adversely affect the global environment.
[0004]
On the other hand, when focusing on the compressor, which is the main component of the refrigeration cycle, chlorine contained in the refrigerant binds to the metal surface of the sliding portion inside the compressor to form a compound film, and slides on each other. It has recently become clear that it has the effect of avoiding direct contact between moving metals and preventing wear and seizure. In addition, the effect is remarkably exhibited even in a boundary lubrication state in which an oil film of a lubricating oil cannot be formed between metals sliding on each other.
[0005]
As described above, when trying to solve the concern about global environmental conservation, it is necessary to change the refrigerant to a substance that does not contain chlorine in the chemical composition instead of the refrigerant containing chlorine that adversely affects the ozone layer. However, as described above, new problems in terms of reliability, such as increased wear and seizure at the sliding portion of the compressor, arise. In particular, in the case of the above-described conventional rotary piston type rotary compressor, the line contact portion between the vane tip and the roller cylindrical outer peripheral surface is local and has a very high surface pressure, resulting in boundary lubrication. Therefore, when HFC134a, which is a refrigerant that does not contain chlorine, is used, the effect of preventing wear and seizure cannot be expected, resulting in a decrease in reliability and a serious problem in practical use.
[0006]
In addition, in connection with the use of HFC-based refrigerants that do not contain chlorine, refrigeration machine oils that are mutually soluble with those refrigerants and are easy to return to the compressor from the refrigeration cycle, ester-based refrigeration machine oils The following problems also occur when using. First, the ester oil refrigerating machine oil is hygroscopic and has a property of generating fatty acids by hydrolysis, whereas in the conventional rotary piston type rotary compressor, the vane tip and the roller cylindrical shape are used. Since the line contact portion with the outer peripheral surface is in the boundary sliding state, the temperature is locally extremely high, and the high temperature promotes fatty acid generation by hydrolysis of the ester-based refrigeration oil. Next, the large amount of fatty acid produced directly corrodes the sliding surface and promotes wear of the sliding surface. Or after the said fatty acid melt | dissolves the copper material currently used for piping etc., it deposits on each component surface of a compressor, changes a sliding characteristic and a dimension, and causes the damage of a sliding part. Or the metal soap which the said fatty acid combined with various metals in a refrigerating cycle, and the oligomer which the fatty acid extracted from organic materials, such as an enamel coating of a copper wire of a compressor drive motor, and an insulation film, are all Since it is a sticky substance, it causes problems such as clogging of capillary tubes used in the squeezing mechanism of the refrigeration cycle and adhesion to a drier installed in the refrigeration cycle to reduce its moisture absorption performance.

As described above, as the refrigerant is changed to a refrigerant that does not contain chlorine, the compressor used in the refrigeration cycle apparatus is also changed to the reciprocating type or the scroll type, so that the vane of the rolling piston type rotary compressor shown in FIG. It is conceivable that an extreme line contact portion that occurs between the tip and the roller cylindrical outer peripheral surface is eliminated to make it difficult to generate the boundary lubrication state.
[0008]
However, in order to realize these, there are some problems as follows.
(1) As described in the above prior art, many current refrigeration cycle apparatuses use a rolling piston type rotary compressor. Instead, a large number of reciprocating compressors and scroll compressors are used. This is a problem that a large amount of capital investment is required for production. In particular, when changing to a scroll type compressor, unlike a scroll piston type rotary compressor, which can be configured with relatively simple parts, a special shape such as a scroll wrap is highly accurate. Since there are parts that are required to be processed by the method, there is a problem that the capital investment for processing becomes large, the production cost increases, and the cost becomes higher than the conventional one. In addition, when changing to a reciprocating compressor, the size is generally larger than that of a conventional rolling piston rotary compressor, and the vibration is also large, so the design change and enlargement of the entire refrigeration cycle apparatus, There is a problem that anti-vibration measures are also required. (2) Speaking of the efficiency of the compressor, the reciprocating compressor is generally lower than the rolling piston type rotary compressor, and the scroll piston type is also a rolling piston type in a small capacity such as a refrigerator. Since it does not reach the rotary compressor, there is a problem that, if the compressor method is changed, the power consumption of the entire refrigeration cycle apparatus increases, which affects global warming.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to provide a reliable and inexpensive refrigeration cycle apparatus even when a chlorine-free refrigerant that has a small adverse effect on the global environment such as ozone layer depletion and global warming is used.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the refrigeration cycle apparatus of the present invention comprises:As a refrigerant, a substance that does not contain chlorine in a basic chemical composition, an ester-based refrigerator oil is enclosed as a refrigerator oil, and a compressor for compressing the refrigerant includes a cylinder having a cylindrical inner peripheral surface; A side plate for closing both ends of the cylindrical inner peripheral surface of the cylinder, and a cylindrical outer peripheral surface portion, while maintaining a minute gap between the cylindrical outer peripheral surface portion and the cylindrical inner peripheral surface of the cylinder A compression chamber is formed by a roller that revolves and a plate-like vane portion that is integrally coupled to the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the roller and protrudes in the radial direction, and the vane portion and the cylindrical inner portion of the cylinder A sliding member having a cylindrical surface portion that slidably contacts the cylindrical hole portion of the cylinder and a flat surface portion that slidably contacts the flat surface portion of the vane is incorporated between the cylindrical hole portion formed outside the peripheral surface. With its sliding member A rotary compressor in which an oil film of lubricating oil supplied along with the flow of the refrigerant is formed between the sliding vane and between the sliding member and the cylindrical hole, and is compressed by the compressor. A condenser that cools the refrigerant gas that has become high pressure, a throttle mechanism that decompresses the high-pressure refrigerant liquefied by the condenser, and an evaporator that gasifies the decompressed liquid refrigerant are connected by piping. It is characterized by comprising.
[0011]
PreviousThe refrigerant is a single substance in a substance group classified as hydrofluor carbon (hereinafter referred to as HFC), or a mixture of a plurality of substances in a substance group classified as HFC. It is a refrigerant, or it is a single substance in a substance group classified as hydrocarbon (hereinafter referred to as HC), or a plurality of substances in a substance group classified as HC are mixed. Any of the mixed refrigerants is preferable.
[0014]
[Action]
PressureIn a compacting machine, a roller having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface and a plate-like vane are integrally formed so that they do not slide in line contact with each other, and the vane and the sliding member are in contact with each other in a plane. Since the sliding member and the cylinder are in contact with each other on the cylindrical surface, it is possible to make the sliding portion of each part of the compressor only the sliding portion by surface contact, and an oil film is formed between the sliding surfaces by fluid lubrication with lubricating oil. Since the formed sliding surfaces are difficult to directly contact with each other, wear and seizure hardly occur even if chlorine is not present. Also, since the friction coefficient is reduced by the formation of the oil film and the local temperature of the sliding part is lowered, ester-based refrigerating machine oil is used as the lubricating oil, and fatty acid generation by hydrolysis is ensured while ensuring oil return from the refrigeration cycle. The overall reliability as a refrigeration cycle apparatus can be maintained.
[0015]
In addition, the compressor structure described above has a separate roller and vane, which are separate from the conventional rolling piston type rotary compressor, and a slight change in cylinder shape and additional parts. Since the change can be made, most of the parts can be diverted from the equipment for producing the conventional rolling piston type rotary compressor, and the equipment investment required for producing the refrigeration cycle apparatus is small.
[0016]
Furthermore, since the structure of the compressor is basically similar to the structure of a conventional rolling piston type rotary compressor, the production cost, performance, and size can be expected to be not significantly different from the conventional ones. Even a refrigeration cycle apparatus using the compressor can maintain the same performance and compactness without being so expensive as compared with the prior art.

Next, the operation and effect of the refrigeration cycle apparatus using a refrigerant not containing chlorine as the refrigerant and using the compressor having the structure shown in FIG. 2 as the compressor will be described.

[0035]
That is, in general, when the sliding surface is in contact with a clean metal surface, the metal surfaces tend to adhere to each other and wear and seizure are likely to occur. In the conventional refrigeration cycle apparatus, as shown in FIG. 3, it is difficult to form an oil film of lubricating oil as in the line contact portion between the vane 21 and the
[0036]
In addition, since an oil film is formed on each sliding part to reduce the coefficient of friction and to prevent the local temperature of the sliding part from rising, the hydrolysis can be achieved even if ester refrigerator oil is used as the refrigerator oil. Inhibits the reaction and causes problems such as corrosion wear caused by fatty acids generated by the hydrolysis reaction, copper plating phenomenon, clogged capillary tubes due to the generation of metal soap and oligomers, and reduced dryer performance. Therefore, the oil return property in the refrigeration cycle can be ensured by the mutual solubility of the ester refrigeration oil with the HFC refrigerant without causing any harmful effects. As a result, the overall reliability of the refrigeration cycle apparatus can be maintained.
[0037]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, an adverse effect of reducing the ozone layer is small, energy consumption is not increased, and a highly reliable and inexpensive refrigeration cycle apparatus is compared with a conventional product production facility. This can be realized without significant changes.
[0038]
In other words, it is possible to quickly change the world's refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to refrigeration and air conditioning equipment that has little adverse effects on the global environment and is friendly to the earth.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a highly reliable refrigeration cycle apparatus even when a chlorine-free refrigerant is applied to the refrigeration cycle apparatus. As a result, the adverse effects on the environment can be reduced early, and the global environment can be preserved while utilizing the functions of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment in the future.
