Description

【0001】
【0052】

Moreover, the toilet bowl is detachably attached to the toilet seat.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated embodiment.
[0011]
1, 2, 3, and 4 show an embodiment of a toilet device according to the present invention, which is used for an elderly person, an injured person, a sick person, and a physically handicapped person with weak legs. The toilet seat 1 disposed above the western toilet body A and the support frame 2 are for assisting the seating and rising of the vulnerable person in the stool. The support frame 2 having a pair of left and right parallel four-bar links 8 and 8 supported so as to be movable up and down between the lowered positions, and one of the pair of left and right parallel four-bar links 8 and 8 of the support frame 2. The electric telescopic drive body 3 that swingably drives the node link 8 to the stepless swing position and the other parallel four-bar link 8 are elastically biased in the swinging direction in which the toilet seat 1 tilts forward and downward. And urging means 35. The biasing means 35 shows an example of a gas spring in FIG. The biasing means 35 is not limited to a gas spring, and the other parallel four-bar link 8 such as a coil spring, a leaf spring, an air spring, or a torsion bar is elastically moved in a swinging direction in which the toilet seat 1 tilts forward and downward. It may be anything that can be energized on its own.
[0012]
The support frame 2 includes a horizontal hook 4a fixed or placed on the floor, a vertical hook 4b connected to the rear end thereof, and a rear link 42 formed integrally with the vertical hook 4b. A pair of left and right side frame parts 4 and 4 and a connecting horizontal gutter 5 that bridges the upper end of the vertical gutter part 4b of the pair of side frame parts 4 and 4 are provided.
[0013]
The parallel four-bar link 8 includes a rear link portion 42 formed integrally with the vertical flange portion 4b of the side frame portion 4, and upper and lower link rods 9 whose rear end portions are pivotally connected to the rear link portion 42, 10 and a front link portion 11 to which the front end portions of the upper and lower link rods 9 and 10 are pivoted, and the upper and lower link rods 9 and 10 are made parallel, and the upper and lower link rods Two pivot axes S at the rear end of 9, 10 1 , S 2 A straight line L passing through and two pivot axes S at the front ends of the upper and lower link rods 9 and 10 Three , S Four A straight line M passing through is parallel.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper and lower link rods 9 and 10 are configured to be inclined forward and downward when the toilet seat 1 is raised. Further, the vertical flange 4b of the side frame 4 of the support frame 2 is slightly inclined forward. As a result, the connecting horizontal gutter 5 that connects the upper ends of the left and right vertical gutter portions 4b, 4b moves slightly forward and does not hit the water tank T behind the toilet body A. In addition, since the toilet seat 1 rises forward and upward, the rear end portion of the toilet seat does not interfere with the connecting reed 5 of the support frame 2. Moreover, even if a local cleaning device having a nozzle for injecting cleaning water toward a local part of a person is attached to the rear portion of the toilet seat 1, the local cleaning device does not interfere with the connecting reed 5. Also, the vertical shaft 4b is connected to the pivot axis S. 1 , S 2 It is rational in design because it is inclined in the same direction as the straight line L passing through. Note that the upper and lower link rods 9 and 10 may be configured to be horizontal when the toilet seat 1 is raised.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the front link portion 11 is inclined forward so that a space portion R is generated in the lower front portion of the parallel four-bar link 8 in the lowered state. . Further, the upper link rods 9, 9 of the pair of left and right parallel four-bar links 8, 8 are connected to each other by the horizontal connecting member 6. The horizontal connecting member 6 includes support pieces 6a and 6a fixed to the upper link rods 9 and 9 so as to protrude upward, and a horizontal connection rod 6b fixedly provided between the support pieces 6a and 6a. . The horizontal connecting rod 6b receives the lower surface of the rear end portion of the toilet seat 1 in the lowered state.
[0016]
Thus, the armrest 7 is detachably attached to the front link portion 11 so as to swing integrally with the front link portion 11. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 5, mounting support portions 12, 12 are provided on the front link portions 11, 11 of the parallel four-bar links 8, 8 so as to extend upward. The left and right side surfaces of the front portion of the annular toilet seat 1 are fixed to the upper ends of the support portions 12 and 12 when viewed in plan. Further, a concave portion 44 that opens upward and laterally is provided at the upper end portion of the mounting support portions 12 and 12, and a connecting portion 43 to which the bolt members 45 and 45 are fixed in a laterally projecting manner is provided.
[0017]
Moreover, the armrest 7 has the horizontal part 7a and the handle part 7b provided in a row in front of the horizontal part 7a. The upper end portion of the mounting vertical member 46 is fixed to the lower surface of the middle portion of the armrest 7. The vertical member for attachment 46 has an insertion convex portion 47 at the lower end portion, which is detachably inserted into the concave portion 44 of the attachment support portion 12. In addition, a mounting piece 49 having small through holes 48 and 48 through which the bolt members 45 and 45 of the mounting support portion 12 are inserted is fixed to the outer surface on the side of the fitting convex portion 47. Then, the fitting convex portion 47 is fitted into the concave portion 44 of the mounting support portion 12, and the screw shaft portion of the bolt members 45, 45 is inserted into the small through holes 48, 48 of the mounting piece 49, and the nut is inserted into the screw shaft portion from the tip side. The armrest 7 is indirectly attached to the front link portion 11 by screwing the members 50 and 50 together. Further, the armrest 7 can be removed by removing the nut members 50, 50 by screwing them off. A switch 30 for performing an expansion / contraction operation of the electric expansion / contraction driving body 3 is attached to the tip of one armrest 7. Both the left and right armrests 7 are detachable with the structure described in FIG. In addition, a screw hole is provided in the connecting portion 43, and a bolt member as a separate body is inserted into the small through holes 48, 48 of the attachment piece 49 on the armrest 7 side so as to be screwed into the screw hole of the connecting portion 43. You may comprise so that 7 may be attached.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the electric telescopic drive body 3 is pivotally attached to an attachment support portion 12 provided at an upper end portion of one parallel four-bar link 8 of the support frame 2. A member 15 and a lower member 16 whose lower end is pivotally attached to one side frame 4 of the support frame 2 are provided.
[0019]
Specifically, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 6, the upper member 15 is formed by fixing a nut member 15b to the lower end of a cylindrical inner cylinder 15a (in FIG. It is drawn with the top and right side down.) That is, the upper member 15 has a female thread portion 17 at the lower end. Further, a boss portion 18 having a pivotal through hole 18a is provided at the upper end portion of the inner cylinder 15a.
[0020]
Further, the lower member 16 includes a casing 22 having an elongated attachment hole 14 for pivoting projecting at the lower end, an outer projecting shape provided on the casing 22 and an upper member 15 being slidably inserted. A cylindrical body 20, a screw shaft 24 that is screwed into the female thread portion 17 at the lower end of the upper member 15 so as to be able to advance and retreat, an electric motor 23 attached to the casing 22, and a reduction gear that interlocks and connects the electric motor 23 and the screw shaft 24 And a mechanism 25.
[0021]
The reduction mechanism 25 includes, for example, a large-diameter and a small-diameter helical gear that mesh with each other, and the large-diameter helical gear is fixed to the lower end of the screw shaft 24, and the small-diameter helical gear is fixed to the output shaft of the electric motor 23. .
[0022]
Thus, when the electric motor 23 is rotationally driven so that the screw shaft 24 rotates in the direction of arrow B, the nut member 15b rises and the inner cylinder 15a goes out from the outer cylinder 20, so that the electric expansion and contraction is performed. The length of the driving body 3 increases. Further, when the electric motor 23 is driven to rotate so that the screw shaft 24 rotates in the direction of arrow C in the extended state of the electric telescopic driving body 3, the nut member 15b is lowered and the inner cylinder 15a is changed to the outer cylinder. Since it is inserted into 20, the length of the electric telescopic drive body 3 is reduced.
[0023]
1 to 4, if the switch 30 is swung upward, the electric telescopic drive body 3 is extended, and if it is swung downward, the electric telescopic drive body 3 is shortened. The electric telescopic drive body 3 is configured to stop when the hand is released.
[0024]
(Returning to FIG. 6) The upper and lower limit switches 34a and 34b are attached to the outer cylinder 20. The limit switches 34a and 34b are configured to detect a protrusion provided on the lower portion of the inner cylinder 15a of the upper member 15, and the electric motor 23 is stopped by the detection signal. That is, it automatically stops when the length of the electric telescopic drive body 3 is maximized and minimized. FIG. 4 shows a state where the electric telescopic drive body 3 is the shortest.
[0025]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7, 8 and 9, a mounting hole 14 with a long hole is provided at the lower end of the electric telescopic drive body 3—the lower end of the lower member 16—and the mounting with the long hole is performed. A horizontal support shaft 36 penetrating the long hole 14a of the piece 14 is pivotally attached to the support frame 2 so as to be swingable, and the electric telescopic drive body 3 is substantially parallel to the telescopic direction. A resilient member 37 that is always resiliently biased downward is provided. The horizontal support shaft 36 is fixed to an upper portion of a support piece 38 fixed to the horizontal flange portion 4a of the side frame portion 4 of the support frame 2 so as to protrude upward. Further, the attachment piece 14 with the long hole and the side frame portion 4 of the support frame 2 are provided with spring locking portions 40a and 40b, respectively, and the spring locking portions 40a and 40b are tension springs as the elastic members 37. Both ends of the are locked.
[0026]
When the toilet seat 1 is lowered, a hand or the like is sandwiched between the toilet seat 1 and the toilet body A, and when an external force in the direction of pushing up the toilet seat 1 acts, the elastic member 37 is electrically stretched against the elastic member 37. As shown by the arrow E, the driving body 3 is configured to move obliquely upward and escape. It should be noted that the stroke width W that allows the electric telescopic drive 3 to move obliquely upward and escape is set to a value that does not cause injury even if a hand or the like is caught between the toilet seat 1 and the toilet body A (FIG. 8 and FIG. 9).
[0027]
To sit on this device, the toilet seat 1 is raised and seated on the toilet seat 1 as shown in FIG. At this time, since the toilet seat 1 has moved slightly forward compared to the lowered state, the toilet body A does not get in the way. In addition, the height of the front-end part of the toilet seat 1 at this time is slightly lower than the heel of the person who stood up.
[0028]
As a result, it is possible to support the seated person in the middle waist state with the buttocks abutting against the toilet seat 1 only by lowering the waist slightly. In addition, since the toilet seat 1 is maintained in the horizontal state at this raised position, there is no possibility that the body slides down from the toilet seat 1, and it is safe for the weak to feel no anxiety. Thereafter, if the switch 30 at the tip of the armrest 7 is swung downward, the electric telescopic drive body 3 is shortened at a constant speed, and the toilet seat 1 is slowly lowered rearward and downward.
[0029]
Thereafter, the toilet seat 1 is lowered to a position directly above the toilet body A as shown in FIG. 3, and the limit switch of the electric telescopic driving body 3 is activated to automatically stop. Thus, the toilet seat 1 is held in the horizontal lowered position. At this time, since the space R is formed in the front lower part of the parallel four-bar links 8, 8, it does not interfere with the movement of the weakly-worked person.
[0030]
Next, after the stool is finished, if the switch 30 is swung upward, the electric telescopic drive body 3 extends at a constant speed, and the toilet seat 1 slowly rises forward and upward. Thereafter, as described above, when the toilet seat 1 reaches the raised position in the horizontal state, the electric telescopic driving body 3 automatically stops.
[0031]
Thereby, since the toilet seat 1 stops at a sufficiently high position, the buttocks are pushed up to a position close to the standing state. And since the toilet seat 1 is hold | maintained horizontally, a buttocks does not slide down from the toilet seat 1, and it is safe. Therefore, even a weak person can stand up easily and safely by himself.
[0032]
Further, when the toilet seat 1 is lowered or raised, if the hand is released from the switch 30, the toilet seat 1 can be stopped at the position at that time. This is convenient for taking a dose on the way or re-sitting, and has the advantage that the toilet seat 1 can be stopped at any position where the user can easily stand up. And it is better in terms of safety. Furthermore, the descending speed and the ascending speed of the toilet seat 1 are substantially constant regardless of the weight of the person who is seated, and the toilet seat 1 slowly descends or rises, so that safety is further enhanced.
[0033]
Further, since the entire toilet seat 1 is pushed forward and upward by the parallel four-bar link 8, the buttocks of the weak body can be pushed forward and upward, and it is easier to stand up. Furthermore, since there is no obstruction such as a support post at the front end of the support frame 2, there is an advantage that even if it is installed in a narrow toilet, it does not obstruct the entry and exit of the physically weak.
[0034]
Further, as described with reference to FIG. 7, even during cleaning, even if the electric telescopic drive body 3 is mistakenly operated and a hand or the like is sandwiched between the toilet seat 1 and the toilet body A, the elastic member 37 On the contrary, the electric telescopic driving body 3 moves obliquely upward as shown by an arrow E and escapes. That is, in a normal lowered state (without a hand or the like), as shown in FIG. 8, the electric telescopic drive body 3 descends downward and the horizontal support shaft 36 is located at the upper end of the long hole 14a. When the hand or the like is sandwiched as described above, the electric telescopic drive body 3 escapes obliquely upward against the resilient force of the resilient member 37 without lowering the toilet seat as shown in FIG. Thereby, a hand etc. are not crushed between the toilet seat 1 and the toilet bowl main body A, and it is further excellent in safety | security.
[0035]
Further, as described with reference to FIG. 5, it is also preferable to remove the armrest 7 for use. If it does in that way, it will become easy for a caregiver to move the seriously handicapped person who cannot use the stool by himself / herself from the wheelchair to the toilet seat 1 or from the toilet seat 1 to the wheelchair.
[0036]
In addition, this toilet device does not require a locking mechanism for maintaining a horizontal state, as compared with the conventional toilet device configured to push up the toilet seat by the spring force of the spring, and the lifting force This is advantageous in that a mechanism for changing the mounting position of the spring member is not necessary to adjust the angle. In addition, there is an advantage that the toilet seat 1 can be stopped at any intermediate height position.
[0037]
In addition, the electric telescopic drive body 3 swings one parallel four-bar link 8 upward, and the biasing means 35 elastically biases the other parallel four-bar link 8 in the upward direction. The parallel four-bar links 8, 8 can be lifted and lowered in a balanced manner without causing any kneading, and the entire constituent members can be simplified. Further, the lateral connecting member 6 and the annular toilet seat 1 can increase the rigidity of the structure including the lateral connecting member 6, the toilet seat 1, and the left and right parallel four-joint links 8, 8, and can be raised and lowered and stopped. Occasionally, the toilet seat 1 can be prevented from wobbling or tilting left and right, and the safety is further improved.
[0038]
Further, the toilet seat 1 and the armrests 7 and 7 can be directly and detachably attached to the front link portions 11 and 11 of the parallel four-bar links 8 and 8, respectively. In that case, a recess 44 is provided at the upper end portion of the front link portion 11, bolt members 45, 45 are fixed, and a long mounting support portion 12 is fixed to the armrest 7 in the vertical direction.
[0039]
Next, FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 show another embodiment, and the armrest 7 is attached to the front link portion 11 so as to be able to be turned over and restored indirectly. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the upper end portion of the attachment support portion 12 and the lower end portion of the attachment vertical member 46 of the armrest 7 are connected in the front-rear direction via the hinge mechanism 60 and the lock / release mechanism 61. It is connected so as to be switchable between a released state in which the armrest 7 can be turned around and a locked state in which the armrest 7 can be held in the retracted state, so that the armrest 7 can be rotated around the horizontal axis. Then, the armrest 7 can be turned sideways outward to a position lower than the toilet seat 1.
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 11, the lock / release mechanism 61 includes an attachment piece 62 fixed to the attachment support portion 12, a slide member 63 attached to the attachment piece 62 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction, and an attachment vertical member 46. A locking piece 65 having a hole 64 into which the hemispherical tip of the slide member 63 is inserted and removably inserted, and a resilient member 66 that resiliently biases the slide member 63 toward the distal end. And comprising.
[0041]
When the slide member 63 is pulled in the proximal direction as indicated by the arrow G, the distal end portion is pulled out of the hole 64 and is released, and the armrest 7 is moved to the side as indicated by the arrow H in FIG. Can be defeated outward.
[0042]
Further, when the armrest 7 is raised as shown by the arrow I from the collapsed state, the tip of the slide member 63 of the lock / release mechanism 61 automatically enters the hole 64 and enters the locked state (see FIG. 11). ). Note that the armrest 7 may be attached to the front link portion 11 so that it can be directly turned over and restored. In that case, a hinge mechanism 60 and a lock / release mechanism 61 may be provided between the upper portion of the front link portion 11 and the lower portion of the attachment vertical member 46.
[0043]
Next, FIG. 12 and FIG. 13 show another embodiment, and the armrest 7 is attached to the front link portion 11 so as to be movable up and down indirectly. That is, as shown in FIG. 12, a mounting bracket 67 forming a vertical hole 68 is fixed to the upper portion of the mounting support 12, and the armrest 7 is attached to the square hole 68 formed by the mounting bracket 67. The vertical mounting member 46 is inserted from above. The armrest 7 can be lowered to a position substantially equal to the upper surface of the toilet seat 1.
[0044]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, a slide member 69 for locking and releasing is slidably attached to the mounting bracket 67, and a hemisphere of the slide member 69 is attached to the mounting vertical member 46. A plurality of hole portions 70 are inserted at predetermined pitches in the upper and lower directions so that the tip end portion is inserted so as to be freely inserted and removed. Further, a resilient member 71 for resiliently biasing the slide member 69 toward the tip is interposed between the mounting bracket 67 and the head at the tip of the slide member 69.
[0045]
With the above-described configuration, when the slide member 69 is pulled outward, the tip end portion can be removed from the hole portion 70 and the armrest 7 can be moved up and down. Also, if the arm rest 7 is slowly raised or lowered by releasing the hand from the slide member 69, the tip of the slide member 69 automatically enters the hole 70 and is locked to maintain the height of the arm rest 7 as it is. it can. That is, in the toilet device of FIG. 14, L-shaped rail-like hook portions 80, 80 in front view are fixed to each other on the left and right sides of the lower surface of the toilet seat 1 so as to face each other. The toilet bowl 81 has an outer collar 81a at the upper edge. Then, the outer collar 81a of the toilet tub 81 is locked to the hooks 80 and 80. Thereby, after using this toilet device, the toilet bowl 81 can be pulled forward, removed from the toilet seat 1 and the excrement can be easily discarded.
[0048]
Further, in the toilet apparatus of FIG. 15, hook members 82 and 82 for detachably attaching the toilet tub 81 to the toilet seat 1 are detachably attached to the toilet seat 1. That is, the hooking members 82 and 82 include a locking part 82a that is detachably locked to the toilet seat 1, and a hooking main body part 82b that is formed at the lower end of the locking part 82a. With this configuration, when filth adheres to the hook members 82, 82 and the back of the toilet seat 1, the hook members 82, 82 can be easily removed from the toilet seat 1 by cleaning. Therefore, it is excellent in cleanability and hygienic.
[0049]
In addition, this invention can also be set as forms other than the above-mentioned form, for example, it is also free to attach to this apparatus the local washing | cleaning apparatus which has a nozzle which injects washing water toward a person's local part. In that case, a nozzle may be attached to the rear lower surface side of the toilet seat 1 or the lateral connecting member 6 (so that the washing water is jetted substantially upward). Further, as the biasing means 35, for example, a coil spring or a leaf spring may be used in addition to the gas spring.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following remarkable effects by the above-described configuration.
[0051]
According to the toilet device of claim 1, since the toilet seat 1 can be moved up and down while maintaining the horizontal state, the body does not slide off the toilet seat 1 when sitting, while the toilet seat 1 is in the raised state. There is no feeling. Moreover, the physically weak can easily sit and stand before and after the toilet. In particular, regardless of whether the electric telescopic driving body 3 is provided only on one side, the support frame 2 and the like can be moved up and down stably by arranging the urging means 35 on the other side, and the toilet seat 1 is raised and lowered. In addition, the toilet seat 1 can be prevented from wobbling or tilting left and right when stopped. Moreover, there is no possibility that the toilet seat 1 will be lifted unexpectedly in the seated state, and the safety is high. In addition, the toilet seat 1 can be stopped at an arbitrary position in the middle of ascending or descending, which is convenient when it is desired to take a rest on the way or to stop at the ascending position where it is easy to stand up. Furthermore, when the user sits and stands up, the toilet seat 1 slowly descends or rises, so that safety is further enhanced and the vulnerable person can use it with peace of mind. Moreover, the whole structure can be simplified.
[0052]
According to the toilet device of the second aspect, the same effect as that of the first aspect is achieved, and the toilet seat 1 and the armrests 7 and 7 are integrally lowered when the armrests 7 and 7 are attached.
