Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wheelchair that is characterized by a footrest (footrest) and that allows a physically disabled person to get on and off easily.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 4 shows a specific example of a conventional wheelchair. Large wheels (A) and (A) are provided on both sides, and a frame (B) is supported by these large wheels (A) and (A). ing. The frame (b) has a seating section (c) and can be seated on this part, and handles (d) and (d) extend behind the frame (b). ), (D) can be held and pushed. Of course, auxiliary wheels (e) and (e) are coaxially attached to the outside of the large wheels (a) and (a), and hands are placed on the auxiliary wheels (e) and (e). You can move by turning yourself.
[0003]
Small front wheels (f) and (f) are provided in front of the frame, and footrests (g) and (g) are attached to the frame extending further forward from the front wheels (f) and (f). Handicapped persons can sit on the seat (c) and place their feet on these footrests (g) and (g).
[0004]
By the way, the footrests (g) and (g) are positioned horizontally so that it is easy to place their feet on them, but when getting on and off, the space (h) between both footrests (g) and (g) is narrow. The space (h) can be expanded by rotating and standing vertically. FIG. 5 shows a case where the footrests (g) and (g) are rotated and vertically raised, but a leaf spring is attached so that the standing footrests (g) and (g) do not fall down.
[0005]
FIG. 6 shows an AA cross-sectional enlarged view of FIG. 5, and a leaf spring (le) is attached to the shaft hole (nu) into which the shaft (re) fits. The spring force is urged by abutting on (b), and as a result, a frictional force is given to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft. Therefore, the footrest (g) can be stopped at any position via the leaf spring (le) and, of course, does not fall down. However, when getting on and off the wheelchair, it is troublesome to operate the footrests (G) and (G) one by one, but if you get on and off without getting up, there is a risk of getting caught and falling.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the footrest mounted on the conventional wheelchair has the above-described problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a wheelchair in which the footrest can automatically rotate and stand up when getting on and off without turning by hand.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problems]
In the wheelchair of the present invention, the footrest is always in a vertically standing state so that the disabled person sits on the seating portion and at the same time the footrest rotates and falls. Therefore, a push-down member is attached to the seating portion. If a person sits down, the push-down member is pushed down, and the footrest is rotated and tilted in conjunction with the movement of the push-down member.
[0008]
A coil spring or a spring spring is attached to the shaft to which the footrest is attached, and the footrest can stand up constantly by the force of this spring. The push-down member can overcome the spring force and rotate and defeat the footrest. By the way, the interlocking device that transmits the movement of the pressing member to the footrest is not particularly limited. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a wheelchair according to the present invention. The basic structure is the same as that of the wheelchair shown in FIG. 4, and large wheels 1 and 1 are provided on both sides, and a

[0017]
The wheelchair of the present invention is characterized by the operation of the footrest, and the structure of the wheelchair body is not particularly limited, and can be applied to a folding wheelchair, and can be an electric wheelchair. The means for transmitting the force acting on the seating portion to the footrest is not limited to the above embodiment, and other means can be used. In the case of an electric wheelchair, it is possible to adopt a structure in which the footrest is rotated by a motor when the weight acts on the seating portion, instead of the link-type interlocking device described in the above embodiment.
[0018]
As described above, the wheelchair of the present invention always keeps the footrest standing, and at the same time sits on the seating portion, the footrest rotates to be horizontal so that the force acting on the seating portion is transmitted to the footrest. The following effects can be obtained.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
In the wheelchair according to the present invention, the footrest on which the foot is placed is always standing, and can be rotated to be in a horizontal state at the same time as sitting on the seating portion. Also, the footrest can rotate and stand upright at the same time as it stands up from the seat. Therefore, since both footrests stand vertically when getting on and off the wheelchair, the space between them is large, and there is no possibility of falling or injured by hitting the footrest. Of course, it is not necessary to manually rotate the footrest one by one when getting on and off, which is very convenient.
