前記操作装置の電源を入り切りする電源スイッチと、
前記電源スイッチにより前記操作装置の電源が入れられていることを検出する電源検出手段と、
前記格納検出手段および前記電源検出手段の少なくとも一方の検出信号により、前記作業台または前記昇降装置が格納位置にないか、あるいは前記操作装置の電源が入れられているときに、前記キャビン内での前記走行制御手段による前記軌道走行用車輪の駆動を規制する走行規制手段を備えたことを特徴とする軌陸車の安全装置。
