本発明は、化粧料容器に関するもので、より具体的には、容器本体と蓋体とをそれぞれの後端縁部で開閉自在に連結してなる化粧料容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の化粧料容器においては、化粧料を充填した化粧皿を容器本体内に着脱自在に収納固定するために、実開平2−1010号公報に示されるような容器が公知となっている。この公知のコンパクトケースでは、器体と蓋体とが蝶番により開閉自在に蝶着され、器体内に収納凹所が形成され、ここに化粧料を収納した化粧料カートリッジが係合されている。この化粧料カートリッジの前端部には、支持片が前方に突出して形成され、一方、後端部には、保持片が下方に垂下して形成され、それぞれ収納凹所に係合可能になっている。また、器体内の化粧料カートリッジの後方部にはリフィールボタンが上下動自在に形成されている。このリフィールボタンの上端部には、押上片が立設されており、リフィールボタンを器体内に装着した状態では、押圧部が器体の下面から露出した状態で、押上片の上端部は化粧料カートリッジの保持片の下端部に当接している。そして、器体の下面からリフィールボタンを上方に押圧すると押上片の上端部が保持片の下端部を押上げ、これにより器体と化粧料カートリッジの保持片との係合が解除され、さらに化粧料カートリッジの前端部の支持片との係合も解除され、器体から化粧料カートリッジを取り出すことができるようになっている。

本発明は係る従来の問題に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的は、容器本体内に交換皿を容易にかつ確実に装着することができ、一方、衝撃によって交換皿が偶発的に外れたりするおそれがなく、さらに容器本体と交換皿との係合を解除するための別途の組付部品が不要で従って低コストで製造性が良く、そしてさらに脱着性にも優れた化粧料容器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するために本発明に係る化粧料容器では、容器本体と蓋体とをそれぞれの後端縁部で開閉自在に連結してなる化粧料容器において、該容器本体内に形成した凹部内に、該容器本体前方への摺動用空間を空けて、摺動自在に装着される交換皿と、該交換皿と該凹部との間に形成され、該交換皿の摺動を許容しつつ、これら両者を上下方向に互いに係合させて、該交換皿を該凹部内に保持する、突条もしくは突部を含む係合手段と、該係合手段で互いに係合された状態の該交換皿と該凹部との間の間隙に位置させて形成され、該交換皿の摺動に従って、該係合手段の突条もしくは突部が乗り上げることにより該交換皿と該凹部を横方向に互いに離隔させて、該係合手段の係合を解除する係合解除手段とを備えたことを特徴とする。

【作用】
上記構成を有する本発明の化粧料容器によれば、容器本体内の凹部と交換皿との間に形成した係合手段がこれら両者を上下方向に互いに係合させて、交換皿が容器本体内に保持される。そして、蓋体を開放した状態で交換皿を摺動用空間に向かって摺動させると、係合手段で互いに係合された状態の交換皿と凹部との間の間隙に位置させて形成された係合解除手段は、交換皿の摺動に従って係合手段の突条もしくは突部がこれに乗り上げることにより、容器本体の凹部と交換皿とを横方向に互いに離隔させるようになり、これにより係合手段による両者の上下方向の係合が外されて、交換皿を凹部から取り出すことができるようになる。

以下、本発明の好適な実施例を図に基づいて詳細に説明する。図1ないし図9は、本発明の第1実施例に係る化粧料容器を示す。本実施例は基本的には、容器本体20と蓋体10とをそれぞれの後端縁部で開閉自在に連結してなる化粧料容器において、容器本体20内に形成した凹部23内に、容器本体20前方への摺動用空間Aを空けて、摺動自在に装着される交換皿30と、交換皿30と凹部23との間に形成され、交換皿30の摺動を許容しつつ、これら両者23,30を上下方向に互いに係合させて、交換皿30を凹部23内に保持する係合手段としての凹溝26及び突条33と、係合手段で互いに係合された状態の交換皿30と凹部23との間の間隙に位置させて形成され、交換皿30の摺動に従って、係合手段の突条33が乗り上げることにより交換皿30と凹部23を横方向に互いに離隔させて、凹溝26と突条33との係合を解除する係合解除手段として機能する凹溝26の傾斜面27とを備え、さらに、摺動用空間Aに形成されて、交換皿30の摺動に従ってこれをリフトアップさせるリフト手段としての傾斜面29及び傾斜面突起36を備えて構成される。

以上のように、本発明に係る化粧料容器では、容器本体と蓋体とをそれぞれの後端縁部で開閉自在に連結してなる化粧料容器において、容器本体内に形成した凹部内に、容器本体前方への摺動用空間を空けて、摺動自在に装着される交換皿と、交換皿と凹部との間に形成され、交換皿の摺動を許容しつつ、これら両者を上下方向に互いに係合させて、交換皿を凹部内に保持する、突条もしくは突部を含む係合手段と、係合手段で互いに係合された状態の交換皿と凹部との間の間隙に位置させて形成され、交換皿の摺動に従って、係合手段の突条もしくは突部が乗り上げることにより交換皿と凹部を横方向に互いに離隔させて、係合手段の係合を解除する係合解除手段とを備えたことを特徴とするので、容器本体内の凹部と交換皿との間に形成した係合手段がこれら両者を上下方向に互いに係合させて、交換皿が容器本体内に保持される一方、蓋体を開放した状態で交換皿を摺動用空間に向かって摺動させると、係合手段で互いに係合された状態の交換皿と凹部との間の間隙に位置させて形成された係合解除手段は、交換皿の摺動に従って係合手段の突条もしくは突部がこれに乗り上げることにより、容器本体の凹部と交換皿とを横方向に互いに離隔させるようになり、これにより係合手段による両者の上下方向の係合が外されて、交換皿を凹部から取り出すことができる。そして当該構成の本発明にあっては、交換皿と容器本体との係合及び解除のための別部品が不要であり、従って構造が簡単で製造性が良く、低コストで生産できる。そして、容器本体と交換皿との係合を解除する際には、交換皿を前方へ摺動させるだけでよく、容易に取り外すことができる。一方、装着する際には交換皿を上方から挿入するだけで、係合手段が上下方向から両者を確実に係合し、衝撃によって交換皿が偶発的に外れたりするおそれがない。
