Description

【0001】

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in this type of cosmetic container, a container as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-1010 is known in order to detachably store and fix a cosmetic dish filled with cosmetics in a container body. I have. In this known compact case, a container and a lid are hinged so as to be openable and closable by hinges, a storage recess is formed in the container, and a cosmetic cartridge containing cosmetics is engaged here. At the front end of the cosmetic cartridge, a support piece is formed so as to protrude forward, while at the rear end, a holding piece is formed so as to hang downward, and can be engaged with the storage recess, respectively. I have. Further, a refill button is formed at the rear part of the cosmetic cartridge inside the container so as to be vertically movable. At the upper end of the refill button, a push-up piece is provided upright. When the refill button is mounted inside the body, the push-up part is exposed from the lower surface of the container body, and the upper end of the push-up piece is a decorative dish. Is in contact with the lower end of the holding piece. When the refill button is pressed upward from the lower surface of the body, the upper end of the push-up piece pushes up the lower end of the holding piece, whereby the engagement between the body and the holding piece of the cosmetic cartridge is released, and the makeup is further removed. The engagement of the front end portion of the cosmetic cartridge with the support piece is also released, so that the cosmetic cartridge can be taken out of the container.
[0003]
In a compact container as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-19312, a compact base and a lid are hinged so as to be openable and closable by hinges, and a storage recess is formed in the compact base. A replaceable inner dish filled with material is engaged. A guide portion is provided in the compact base, and a push button portion is provided along the guide portion so as to be vertically movable. The push button portion extends downward from the upper end portion to the vicinity of the bottom portion of the compact base, and the upper surface of the distal end portion abuts on the lower surface of the inner plate via the bent portion to form a push-up arm. A step is provided on the bottom surface of the compact base, and when the push button is pressed down, the middle of the push-up arm comes into contact with the upper surface of the step. Further, an engaging projection is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner plate, while a projecting piece is erected on the upper surface of the push-up arm, and a distal end of the engaging member is capable of engaging with the engaging projection of the inner plate. A collision portion is formed. Then, when the push button is pushed down from above, the middle of the push-up arm abuts the step, the tip rises through the bent part, and pushes up the bottom of the inner plate, whereby the projecting piece moves outward. The flexure is disengaged from the compact base and the inner plate so that the inner plate can be taken out.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional cosmetic container, components such as a refill button and a push button portion are required to release the engagement between the container and the compact base and the replacement cosmetic cartridge and the inner plate. However, there is a problem that the structure is complicated, the number of parts is large, the assembling process is complicated, and the cost is high.
[0005]
In addition, in the conventional cosmetic cartridge and inner plate, a relatively wide gap must be provided between the container or the compact base and the cosmetic cartridge or inner plate in order to form a structure for releasing the engagement. In addition, there is a problem that the size of the cosmetic container must be increased or the size of the cosmetic cartridge and the inner plate must be reduced.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to easily and securely mount a replacement plate in a container body, while the replacement plate is accidentally detached by an impact. It is to provide a cosmetic container without fear. Further, a separate assembly part for releasing the engagement between the container body and the replacement plate is unnecessary, so that the cost is low and the productivity is good, and the useless space can be effectively used by eliminating unnecessary voids as much as possible. An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the object, in the cosmetic container according to the present invention, a concave portion is formed in the container main body in a cosmetic container in which the container main body and the lid are connected to be openable and closable at respective rear end edges. An exchange plate is removably mounted in the concave portion, and a flexible wall which can be bent downward through a gap and is flexibly deformable outward is integrally formed on a part of an outer peripheral wall defining the concave portion. At the same time, an engaging means for engaging and holding the exchange dish in the recess is formed between the outer surface of the exchange dish and the inner surface of the flexible wall, and further pressed by the flexible wall to deform the flexible wall. The release means for releasing the engagement means is integrally formed.
