Description
【0001】

[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional writing instrument cap, when it is attached to and detached from the writing instrument main body, an operation in the rotational direction may be accompanied with an attaching / detaching operation in the axial direction.
In addition, sometimes the behavior such as unconsciously rotating the cap with respect to the writing instrument body with the cap attached to the writing instrument body is often seen.
For this reason, in the conventional
Furthermore, the fine powder produced | generated by wear adheres to a writing instrument main body, and the subject that it becomes unsightly in appearance also generate | occur | produces.
[0010]
Also, in the conventional writing instrument cap shown in FIG. 4, rotational friction occurs between the end 107a of the
[0011]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the technical problem of such a conventional one, and even if a rotational force acts between the writing instrument main body and the cap, the sealing effect is not reduced, and it is caused by wear. An object of the present invention is to provide a writing instrument cap that does not generate fine powder.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The writing instrument cap of the present invention made to achieve the above object comprises a cap body formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and a bottomed cylindrical inner cap housed in the cap body, The inner cap is attached to the cap body so as to be rotatable about an axis.
[0013]
In particular, an annular protrusion is formed along the inner peripheral surface of a part of the inner peripheral surface of the cap body, and the inner cap has a bottom portion with a taper portion formed in the opening as a base point. An outer cylinder formed integrally extending in the direction, and a bottomed cylindrical inner cylinder formed on the inner side of the outer cylinder with the tapered portion as a base point, and the outer cylinder An annular groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body so as to be rotatably engaged with a protrusion formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cap body .
[0014]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the cap body formed in the bottomed cylindrical shape is molded from a synthetic resin, and the inner cap is molded from a synthetic resin that is softer than the cap body.
[0015]
[Action]
In the writing instrument cap configured as described above, since the inner cap is attached to the cap body so as to be rotatable about the axis, even if a relative rotational force acts between the writing instrument body and the cap body. The inner cap acting as a seal member is in close contact with the writing instrument main body, and friction due to rotation between the two does not occur.
[0016]
In addition, the cap body and the inner cap are relatively rotatable by a combination of an annular protrusion and an annular groove, so that the configuration is simple and the inner cap is attached to the cap body. The work of the case can also be accomplished easily.
Further, since the inner cap is formed of a synthetic resin that is softer than the cap body, the flexibility of the inner cap makes it possible to reliably hold the pen core portion of the writing instrument in a sealed state.
[0017]

【The invention's effect】
As apparent from the above description, according to the writing instrument cap according to claim 1, since the inner cap is attached to the cap body so as to be rotatable about the axis, the writing tool body and the cap body are separated from each other. Even if a relative rotational action occurs between the inner caps, the inner cap that acts as a seal member is in close contact with the writing instrument main body, and friction due to the rotation between them does not occur.
[0033]
Therefore, when friction due to rotation occurs between the cap body and the writing instrument body as in the conventional case, it is possible to eliminate the problem of extremely reducing the sealing effect, and further, fine powder generated due to wear. It is possible to eliminate the occurrence of problems such as being attached to the writing instrument body and becoming unsightly in appearance.
[0034]
Further, according to the writing instrument cap according to claim 1 , the cap body and the inner cap are configured to be relatively rotatable by a combination of the annular projection and the annular groove. It is easy, and the work when attaching the inner cap to the cap body can be done easily, even if the writing instrument body is pulled out from the cap, there is also a problem such as the inner cap falling off from the cap body Does not occur.
[0035]
Furthermore, according to the writing instrument cap according to
