本発明は、筆記具の後端に配設され、回転することで消しゴムを繰り出すようにした所謂繰り出し式の消しゴム装置の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、先軸に対しキャップを回転させて後端から太径の消しゴムを繰り出し、先軸に対し後端をノックして芯を繰り出すようにしたシャープペンシルが知られている。従来のものは、スリットを有した内筒の後端に大径の天冠部が形成されており、スリットより内筒内に側面に突起を有した消しゴムホルダーが嵌装される。キャップは後端より内孔に螺旋溝を有し、前端内孔には段部が設けられている。キャップの後端より、内筒は適宜回転させながら消しゴムホルダーの突起を螺旋溝に嵌装させて挿入され、天冠部の前端をキャップの後端に当接させた状態で内筒前方の軸部側面に設けた弾性可能な突起をキャップ内孔の段部に係止させるか、リングを軸部に圧入固着して段部に係止させ、キャップを天冠部と段部の間で挟着してキャップに対して内筒を回転自在で抜け止めする。又、消しゴムは消しゴムホルダーの後端に止着されるが、このとき消しゴムホルダーは、殆ど螺旋溝の後端に位置している為に、内筒に対してキャップを回転して消しゴムをキャップ内に没入させる必要がある。従って、組立に時間が懸かり過ぎる問題がある。又、自動機械で組立てる際に工程が複雑になる問題がある。又、消しゴムホルダーの後退限で弾性片の後端がスリットの後端(天冠部の前端)に当接するので消しゴムの終焉状態が判らない不便さと、消しゴムをぎりぎり迄使用した時に消しゴムの残部を除きにくい問題が存在する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、前記従来例の組立て性の問題点を解決することを第1の目的とし、第2の目的は、消しゴムの消耗と共に消しゴムホルダーがキャップの後退限まで達したときに、消しゴムを挟着する弾性片がキャップの後端から突出して、消しゴムの使用限界を知らしめると共に消しゴムの保持を解除して新しい消しゴムの装着を容易化することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成する為に案出された本発明の繰り出し式の消しゴム装置は、キャップの内孔に螺旋溝を備え、螺旋溝の後端に開口した消しゴム出没の孔が、螺旋溝の前端には凹溝が形成され、キャップの内孔に後端まで開口したスリットと、前方に軸部を有した内筒が挿入されて、内筒の後端部が上記消しゴム出没の孔の略後端まで位置して、内筒がキャップに対して回転自在で抜け止めされ、内筒の内孔部には後方に消しゴムを挟着する弾性片を有し、前方の筒部の側面に突起を有した消しゴムホルダーが前後動可能で、突起と弾性片を夫々上記スリットに、突起は更に螺旋溝に嵌入させて、内筒の軸部を先軸と回転方向で一体に接合して、先軸に対してキャップを回転したときに消しゴムホルダーが後退して消しゴムがキャップの後端から出没可能と成した繰り出し式の消しゴム装置に於いて、上記内筒のスリットの後端に傾斜面と前端に段部を有した突部が形成され、更に消しゴムホルダーの弾性片に段部を設けて後方をやや細巾に形成して、消しゴムホルダーは突部の弾性変形により突部の段部に弾性片の段部が当接して抜け止めされ、消しゴムホルダーの後退限で、上記弾性片の細巾部がキャップの後端から適宜突出状態となるように構成されたことを特徴とする。

【実施例】
図1乃至図5は本発明の実施例を示している。先ず、繰り出し式の消しゴム装置は、キャップ4、内筒11、消しゴムホルダー18の部材を組み合わせて構成され、キャップ4は先方に先軸1の後端外周に被嵌する内孔6と凹溝7を有し、凹溝7の後方に螺旋溝5が形成され、螺旋溝5の後端に開口した消しゴム出没の孔10が設けられている。又、キャップ4の外周側面にクリップ基部8で接続されてクリップ9が設けられている。

ところで、前記先軸1の前方には芯ケース3の前後動と連動して芯を繰り出すように成されたシャープペンシルの筆記体要素が配設されている。その構造については本発明の要旨ではないので説明を省略する。又、本実施例ではシャープペンシル筆記具の後端に配設された繰り出し式の消しゴム装置を示したが、筆記具としては後端のノックにより筆記先端部が軸先より出没するボールペンも適用される。その時には消しゴムの代わりにボールペンインキを消字可能とする固形の修正剤等が取付けられる。又、ゴムラテックス系の消せるボールペンとした場合には消しゴムが取付けられる。

ところで、本発明の実施例に於いては、内筒の鍔部15をキャップの凹溝7に弾性変形により係合させて、内筒11をキャップ4に対し回転のみ自在に支持しているが、内筒又はキャップの内孔にリング部材を止着して同様に構成することも可能である。

又、図5は消しゴムホルダーの他の形態を示している。当該消しゴムホルダー30は、筒部34の側面に弾性片32と同軸上に一対の突起31が設けられている。又、筒部34は軸方向の略中央で割り部36を有し、前面のヒンジ部35で接合された二つ割り形状となっている。又、弾性片32には段部32aとその前方をやや細巾となしている。又、細巾部位の内側には係止突起33が形成されている。二つ割りとした理由は当該部材の樹脂成形を容易にしたことである。尚、ヒンジ接合にこだわらず二つ割り部材を相互の要部に係止部を設けて固着することも可能である。

【作用】
先ず、先軸1に対しキャップ4を左右に回転すると消しゴム23がキャップ4の後端孔から出没する。消しゴム23を没入した状態でキャップ4の後端をノックすれば芯を繰り出すことができる。消しゴムが消耗して、消しゴムホルダー18がキャップ4の後退限に達した時には弾性片20の段部20aが内筒後端の突部24の段部26が当接して、図2に示すように弾性片20(細巾部位)がキャップ4の後端から適宜突出状態となって消しゴムの終焉状態を知らせると共に、消しゴム23の保持(係止突起21による消しゴムの挟着)が解除可能となり、新しい消しゴムを差し変える。

【発明の効果】
本発明の繰り出し式の消しゴム装置の構成及び作用は以上の如くであり、一方方向から部材の組み込み及び取付けができ、組立の手順が簡略化されるのでコストダウンが可能となる。特に、自動機械で組立てる際には工程が単純化するので一層の効果がある。又、消しゴムホルダーの後退限で弾性片がキャップの後端から適宜突出するので消しゴムの使用限界が判り、且つ、消しゴムの挟持状態が解除されるので新しい消しゴムの交換が容易化する。
