Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a vehicular lamp for illumination, such as a headlamp and an auxiliary headlamp, and more specifically, for a vehicle having a configuration in which a reflector is operated with respect to a housing, thereby enabling aiming. It relates to a lamp.
[0002]
[Prior art]
4 and 5 show an example of the configuration of a conventional vehicle headlamp 90 of this type. The housing 91 is provided with a pivot receiver 92 having a concave spherical surface 92a, and the other reflector 93 has a spherical shape. A pivot 94 having a head 94 a is provided, and the reflector 93 is assembled to the housing 91 by fitting the pivot 94 to the pivot receiver 92 from a predetermined insertion direction Z.
[0003]
At this time, the pivot receiver 92 is provided with a slit 92b as shown in FIG. 5, and when the spherical head portion 94a is fitted to the concave spherical surface 92a, the spherical head portion 94a is deformed and expanded by stress to increase the maximum diameter of the spherical head portion 94a. The spherical head 94a is held by returning and returning after passing.
[0004]
After the pivot receiver 92 and the pivot 94 are fitted, an aiming screw 95 or the like is provided to aim from the outside of the housing 91, and at the opening of the housing 91. The lens 96 is attached to prevent the rainwater, dust, etc. from reaching the reflector 93 directly.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the configuration of the vehicle headlamp 90 described above, first, when the housing 91 and the reflector 93 are assembled, the pivot receiver 92 is deformed and the pivot 94 is fitted. If the housing 91 and the reflector 93 can be easily assembled, the engaging force between the pivot receiver 92 and the pivot 94 is weakened and easily detached, and the reliability of the vehicle headlamp 90 is lowered.
[0006]
On the contrary, if the engaging force between the pivot receiver 92 and the pivot 94 is made strong, the assembly process between the housing 91 and the reflector 93 becomes difficult and the productivity is lowered. One of these functions must be set to be insufficient, that is, with the conventional configuration, the vehicle headlamp 90 has a problem in either reliability or productivity.
[0007]
Second, when the pivot receiver 92 is formed integrally with the housing 91, a member that normally forms the housing 91, for example, polypropylene resin (PP resin), is used when the pivot 94 is fitted. Due to the deformation, the pivot receiver 92 is easily cracked, resulting in a problem that the yield decreases.
[0008]
The above-mentioned problem can be solved by forming the pivot receiver 92 separately from a flexible and elastic member such as nylon resin. A new process is required, which causes a problem that the assembly process of the vehicle headlamp 90 becomes complicated.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, as a specific means for solving the above-described conventional problems, a spherical head of a pivot provided on the reflector side is fitted into a pivot receiver provided on the housing from a predetermined insertion direction, and the housing In the vehicle headlamp in which the reflector can be aimed at, the pivot receiver formed integrally with the housing is composed of one receiving rib formed in a plate shape and two pressing ribs. The receiving rib and the holding rib are formed such that their plate thickness surfaces are directed toward the center of the spherical head, the spherical head is in contact with the plate thick surface, and the receiving rib is inserted into the insertion rib. The spherical head is positioned by a concave portion provided on the front surface in the wearing direction and provided on the plate thickness surface, and the holding rib is formed in a gate shape having a column portion connected to a housing. Symmetrically provided at a position of approximately 135 °, the spherical head is rotatably held by the receiving rib, and the plate thickness surface contacting the spherical head is a free end with respect to the housing. The problem is solved by providing a vehicular headlamp characterized by the above.
[0010]
【Example】
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 is a vehicle headlamp according to the present invention. A housing 2 of the vehicle headlamp 1 is provided with a pivot receiver 3 and a pivot 5 provided on the reflector 4. It is the same as that of the prior art in that it is fitted and assembled from a predetermined insertion direction Z.
[0011]
Further, after the housing 2 and the reflector 4 are engaged, an aiming screw 6 or the like is provided to enable aiming from the outside of the housing 2, and an opening of the housing 2 The lens 7 is attached, and the reflector 4 is protected from rain water or dust as in the conventional example.
[0012]
Here, in the present invention, the pivot receiver 3 is formed integrally with the housing 2 in the shape shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. At this time, the pivot receiver 3 has one receiving rib 31 and two sheets. The presser rib 32 is configured to hold the spherical head 5a of the pivot 5 having the same shape as the conventional example.
[0013]
In the state where both the receiving rib 31 and the holding rib 32 hold the spherical head 5a, the plate thickness direction is formed toward the center of the spherical head 5a. Each is in contact with the plate thickness surface 31a and the plate thickness surface 32a.
[0014]
The receiving rib 31 is provided in front of the insertion direction Z with respect to the spherical head 5a, that is, the plate thickness direction coincides with the insertion direction Z and the insertion direction Z of the spherical head 5a. In addition, the plate thickness surface 31a is provided with a concave portion 31b having the same curvature as that of the spherical head 5a so that the spherical head 5a can be positioned.
[0015]
Further, the two pressing ribs 32 are both installed with a predetermined angle α from the receiving rib 31, one of the angles α is a clockwise 135 ° position and the other is a counterclockwise 135. At this time, as described above, the plate thickness direction is directed toward the center of the spherical head 5a, so that the two presser ribs 32 are substantially C-shaped. As described above, the spherical head 5a is in contact with the plate thickness surface 32a.
[0016]
In addition, the two pressing ribs 32 have the plate thickness surface 32a as a free end, and this is provided with a column portion 32b on the side facing the plate thickness surface 32a. This is done by being connected to the housing 2 by the support 32b. Accordingly, when the presser rib 32 is viewed from the reflector 4 side, the hooks are recognized as two gates that are half open at 45 ° toward the back.
[0017]
Next, the operation and effect of the pivot receiver 3 configured as described above will be described. First, when the pivot 5 is inserted into the pivot receiver 3, the maximum diameter portion of the spherical head 5a is two. When passing between the presser ribs 32, the presser ribs 32 that are half-opened at 45 ° toward the back are deformed so as to further expand and pass.
[0018]
At the time of the above insertion, since the presser rib 32 is plate-shaped, the deformation is easy, the spherical head 5a passes between the presser ribs 32 with a relatively small stress, and the spherical head After the passage of 5a, the presser rib 32 returns elastically and holds the spherical head 5a with the receiving rib 31.
[0019]
At this time, the spherical head 5a is positioned by the recess 31b provided in the receiving rib 31, and both the receiving rib 31 and the holding rib 32 are in contact with the spherical head 5a in a narrow area on the plate thickness side. The pivot is free and fulfills the expected pivot receiver 3 action.
[0020]
Here, if an external stress in the direction of pulling out the pivot 5 from the pivot receiver 3 is applied, the two pressing ribs 32 are pushed by the spherical head 5a in a direction to close the half-open gate shape. It will be deformed, generating a very strong holding force, and preventing the pivot 5 from detaching from the pivot receiver 3.
[0021]
Here, in the pivot receiver 3 of the present invention, the shape of the presser rib 32 that is required to be deformed in order to insert the spherical head 5a is simplified as the shape of the portion to be deformed is a plate shape. Even when deformation occurs, the stress is dispersed throughout without being concentrated in part.
[0022]
Therefore, even when the pivot receiver 3 is formed of a resin that is not particularly excellent in flexibility, such as PP resin that forms the housing 2, there is a risk of damage when the spherical head 5a is inserted. As a result, the pivot receiver 3 can be integrally formed with the housing 2 without causing a decrease in yield during the assembly process.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the pivot receivers provided in the housing are each in the plate thickness direction toward the center of the spherical head, and one receiving rib that is in contact with the spherical head at the plate thickness surface. And the two holding ribs, the receiving rib is provided in front of the insertion direction and the spherical head is positioned by a recess provided in the plate thickness surface, and the holding rib is the receiving rib. Symmetrically provided at a position that is approximately 135 ° from the rib, the spherical head is rotatably held by the receiving rib, and the plate surface side in contact with the spherical head is a free end with respect to the housing. Firstly, when the spherical head is inserted, the two presser ribs that are half-opened in the shape of a gate are deformed so as to further expand and can be inserted with less force. Easy assembly of housing and reflector and When a force in the pulling direction is applied to the center and the pivot receiver, the two presser ribs having the half-opened gate shape are deformed so as to be closed and firmly held, so that the process of assembling the vehicle headlamp can be performed. It has an extremely excellent effect in improving workability and reliability.
[0024]
Secondly, by adopting the above configuration, the shape of the presser rib that deforms when the spherical head of the pivot receiver is inserted is simplified, and damage due to concentration of stress does not occur during the deformation. Thus, it is possible to integrally form the housing of the pivot receiver and reduce the number of parts and the number of assembling steps, and this has an excellent effect in reducing the cost of this type of vehicle headlamp.
