Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sewn product such as a tool rivet that requires particularly high strength.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a leather tool rod mounted on the operator's waist or the like is configured as shown in FIG. The tool rod 1 includes a front fabric (first fabric) A, a rear fabric (second fabric) B, and a cage C between the fabrics A and B, and these side edges are provided. By superposing only a small amount and sewing the overlapped portion, an upper opening is formed. Note that the upper end portion of the rear fabric B is folded back and sewn to form a belt insertion portion 2. A pocket 3 is provided on the front surface of the front fabric A.
[0003]
As the cloth constituting the tool rod 1, fine twill denim, synthetic denim bonded denim, or the like is used from the viewpoint of required strength and cost. Each fabric is sewn mainly using a lock sewing machine as follows.
[0004]
(1) The side edges of the front fabric A and the rear fabric B are overlapped with the respective side edges of the bag C and sewn with a sewing machine.
(2) The reinforcing fabric D is sewn on the surface of the bottom of the heel C.
(3) Taping E is sewn on the overlapping portion.
Conventionally, each sewing portion is performed by so-called main stitching as shown in FIG. This main sewing is performed by sewing with the upper thread 21 and the lower thread 22, and the upper thread is passed through the tip of the sewing needle, and the lower thread 22 is operated by the bobbin. The hole 23 formed in the cloth is formed by the needle of a sewing machine being pierced.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the tool kite obtained by the above conventional sewing method, the strength of the sewing portion is not sufficient, and the side edges of the fabrics A and B are unraveled particularly when the tip of the tool attaches the edge of the bottom of the kite. Sometimes torn.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a sewn product that can be easily sewn and suppress a cost increase, and can dramatically increase the strength.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention takes the following technical means.
That is, the present invention is a method for manufacturing a sewn product in which the side edges of the first fabric A and the side edges of the second fabric B are sewn to the side edges of the collar C. A step of sewing the side edges of the first fabric A to which the collar C is sewn, a step of stitching the side edges of the second fabric B to which the collar C is sewn, and Overlaying and sewing each side edge of the collar C on the side edges of the first and second fabrics A and B, and sewing the reinforcing fabric D on the surface of the collar C And a step of sewing taping E on the overlap portion. According to such a five-step sewing method, the side edges of the first and second fabrics A and B are preliminarily sewn, so that the stitches of the fabrics A and B are unraveled so that the sewn portions are sewn. It is possible to obtain a sewn product with high strength without tearing.
[0007]
Furthermore, the strength of the first and second fabrics A and B can be further improved by performing the stitching of the side edges of the first and second fabrics A and B by staggered stitching.
In addition, it is preferable to perform each said process with a lockstitch machine.
More preferably, a thread for sewing each side edge of the heel C and the side edges of the first and second fabrics A and B is used as the side edge of the first and second fabrics A and B. It is desirable to cross over the thread that has been sewn to the part. In this way, by engaging the yarns, the strength of the sewn portion is further improved by a synergistic effect.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the basic configuration of a tool rod, which is a sewing product according to the present embodiment, is the same as that of the above-described conventional one, so that the same reference numerals are used. Detailed description will be omitted, and the sewing method which is a characteristic part will be described in detail.
[0009]
First, the front fabric (first fabric) A, the rear fabric (second fabric) B, and the collar C constituting the tool kit 1 that is a sewn product are prepared.
The sewing method of the present invention is mainly performed by the following five steps. Each process is performed by each worker by a flow work, so that the work efficiency can be improved.
[0010]
(1) The side edges of the front fabric A are stitched as shown in FIG. This stitching is performed using a main stitch type staggered sewing machine.
{Circle around (2)} As in the above step {circle around (1)}, the side edges of the rear fabric B are stitched. This stitching is also performed using a main stitch staggered sewing machine.
(3) The side edge portion of the front fabric A that has been sewn and the side edge portion of the collar C are superposed, and this overlapped portion is sewn as shown in FIG. The side edge part sewn and the side edge part of the heel C are superposed, and the superposed part is sewn in the same manner. Such sewing work is performed using a lockstitch sewing machine. Further, the sewing thread 10 is made to cross the staggered thread 11.
(4) Sew leather D as a reinforcing fabric on the surface of C. The step (4) may be performed between the steps (2) and (3). The reinforcing fabric D and the heel C are sewn at the side edge of the heel C.
(5) As shown in FIG. 1, the overlapped portion, that is, the sewn portion between the front fabric A and the heel C and the sewn portion between the rear fabric B and the heel C are laterally separated by an elongated taping E. The taping E is sewn to the overlapping portion after the sewing threads 10 and 11 are blindfolded. Such sewing can also be performed by a lockstitch sewing machine.
[0011]
According to the sewing method according to the above embodiment, the zigzag stitched thread 11 prevents and reinforces the texture of the side edges of the fabrics A and B. Since the sewing thread 1 of each of the fabrics A and B and the collar C is sewn so as to cross the thread 11, the twisted thread 11 is moderately tensioned by the sewing thread 10 and the fabrics A and B As a result, a further reinforcing action of the side edge weave is produced, and accordingly, the sewing strength of the heel C and the fabrics A and B is further improved.
[0012]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and can be modified as appropriate. For example, the present invention is not limited to a tool rod, and can be used for manufacturing various sewing products such as various rods.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
The sewn product obtained by the manufacturing method of the present invention has a sewn portion that is strong enough to be incomparable to conventional products, can sufficiently withstand the heavy weight of nails and tools, etc. In this case, no holes are formed or broken, and it can withstand long-term use. Furthermore, since the manufacturing method of the present invention is characterized by its sewing method, no new reinforcing parts are required, and it is only necessary to improve the sewing process. Can be obtained.
