Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an artificial turf playground and its construction method, and more specifically, an artificial turf playground formed by filling two kinds of granular materials, hard granular materials and elastic granular materials, between piles (within the turf). It relates to the construction technology.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Artificial turf with synthetic resin piles such as nylon and polypropylene on the base fabric is widely used as a surface layer material for various athletic stadiums such as tennis courts, soccer fields, and baseball stadiums. For example, in order to prevent frictional burns during sliding and to obtain an appropriate elasticity in terms of playability, the grass is filled with granular materials.
[0003]
To give some examples of artificial turf containing granular materials, JP-A-62-63701 proposes artificial turf filled with rubber chips as granular materials (first conventional example). Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-6863 proposes an artificial turf in which the lower layer is a rubber chip and the upper layer is sand (second conventional example).
[0004]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-158007 proposes an artificial turf in which the lower layer is sand and the upper layer is rubber chips (third conventional example). Also, US Pat. No. 5,958,527 discloses an artificial grass having a three-layer structure in which the lower layer is sand, the intermediate layer is a mixture of sand and rubber chips, and the upper layer is rubber chips (fourth conventional example).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
One of the advantages of artificial turf with granular materials is that the artificial turf is pressed down by the weight of the granular materials, so that it can be easily installed just by placing it on the ground. 1 In the conventional example, since the rubber chip is light, the stability of the artificial turf is impaired, and wrinkles are likely to occur. In particular, when the ground is crushed stone and the coefficient of friction with the artificial turf is small, the generation of wrinkles is noticeable.
[0006]
According to the second conventional example in which the lower layer is made of rubber chip and the upper layer is made of sand, the rubber chip is lighter than sand, so that the rubber chip gradually rises due to brushing during construction or due to impact during use.
[0007]
Further, in the third conventional example in which the lower layer is sand and the upper layer is rubber chips, particularly in the case of a long pile having a lawn height of 30 mm or more, it is difficult to equalize the level of sand to be put in the lower layer. The non-uniformity is directly reflected in the thickness of the upper rubber chip, making it difficult to ensure uniform surface hardness.
[0008]
According to the fourth conventional example, since the intermediate layer made of a mixture of sand and rubber chips is provided between the lower layer (sand) and the upper layer (rubber chips), the granular materials of the lower layer and the upper layer are interchanged. There is no fear, but this also has the following problems.
[0009]
That is, in the fourth conventional example, when the intermediate layer is formed, a mixture of sand and rubber chips is sprayed, and piles are scraped by brushing to fill the turf eyes. First, sand and rubber chips are difficult to mix evenly due to the difference in specific gravity.
[0010]
Not only that, when spraying and brushing, heavy sand and light rubber chips tend to separate, and as a result, the lower layer side tends to be non-uniform as in the third conventional example, and the uniform surface hardness. It becomes difficult to secure. Further, since it is necessary to mix sand and rubber chips in advance, the cost increases accordingly.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, an artificial turf playground in which the level of each packed bed of hard granular materials and elastic granular materials is uniform can be obtained even if the turf length (pile length) is a long pile of 30 mm or more.
Moreover, according to the construction method of the present invention, it is easy to fill each granular material of hard granular material and elastic granular material, and it is possible to obtain an intermediate layer made of a mixture of hard granular material and elastic granular material in the artificial turf. it can.
[0012]
Therefore, the present invention provides an artificial turf playground in which an artificial turf in which a pile having a length of 30 mm or more is planted on a base fabric is laid on the ground and a granular material layer is formed between the piles. The physical layer includes three layers of a lower layer located on the base fabric side, an intermediate layer located on the lower layer, and an upper layer located on the intermediate layer, and the lower layer is made of hard granular material having a bulk specific gravity of 1.2 or more. The intermediate layer is a laminate of a first layer made of elastic granular material formed on the lower layer side and a second layer made of hard granular material having a bulk specific gravity of 1.2 or more formed thereon. A constitution in which at least one layer of the same laminate is included as a repeating unit and the upper layer is made of an elastic granular material is adopted.
[0013]
For example, when the ground is a crushed stone layer and the coefficient of friction between the artificial turf and the ground is 0.7 or less, in the present invention, in order to ensure the stability of the artificial turf, filling the hard granular material forming the lower layer The weight is 7 kg / m 2 or more. Further, when the friction coefficient between the artificial turf and the ground exceeds 0.7, for example, when the ground is an asphalt ground and an artificial turf having a backing material is disposed thereon, the lower layer is formed. The filling weight of the hard granular material to be used may be 5 kg / m 2 or more.
[0014]
From the viewpoint of recyclability, at least one of the hard granular material forming the lower layer and the hard granular material forming the second layer is recovered from another sandy artificial turf playground actually provided for play. It is preferable to use fine sand.
[0015]
Similarly, at least one of the elastic granular material forming the first layer or the elastic granular material forming the upper layer is a pulverized material of waste rubber products such as used tires, and the median value of the particle size distribution is 0. Those having a diameter of 2 to 1.5 mm are preferably employed.
[0016]
In addition, the construction method of the present invention includes an artificial turf playground formed by laying an artificial turf having a pile of 30 mm or more in length on a base fabric and then forming a granular material layer between the piles. In constructing, a first step of forming a lower layer made of hard granular material having a bulk specific gravity of 1.2 or more on the base fabric side, and after filling the lower layer with elastic granular material, a bulk specific gravity of 1.2 is formed thereon. It includes the second step of forming the intermediate layer by filling the above hard granular material and the third step of filling the elastic granular material on the intermediate layer.
[0017]
When the intermediate layer is formed in the second step, the elastic granular material and the hard granular material are alternately sprayed at least once, and brushed after each spraying to artificially form the two kinds of granular materials. Mixing in the turf is also one of the characteristics of the present invention, and according to this, it is not necessary to mix the elastic granular material and the hard granular material in advance.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a part of an artificial turf athletic field according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 illustrates the construction method in order of steps.
[0019]
The artificial turf 1 has a base cloth 2 made of, for example, a plain weave cloth as in the prior art, and a large number of piles 3 made of nylon fiber or polypropylene fiber are planted on the base cloth 2. It is preferably applied to a long pile having a pile length of 30 mm or more. In this embodiment, the pile 3 has a length of 50-60 mm.
[0020]
The artificial turf 1 is filled with particulate matter, and its layer structure is three layers of a lower layer 4, an intermediate layer 5 and an upper layer 6. For the lower layer 4, a hard granular material having a bulk specific gravity of 1.2 or more such as mesh sand is used. The lower layer 4 may contain some other granular materials. That is, the lower layer 4 should just be comprised from the hard granular material substantially.
[0021]
The ground 7 on which the artificial turf 1 is laid may be crushed stone, asphalt, concrete, or the like, but when the coefficient of friction between the artificial turf 1 and the ground 7 is 0.7 or less, to ensure stability, The filling weight of the hard granular material forming the lower layer 4 is preferably 7 kg or more per square meter. Moreover, when the said friction coefficient exceeds 0.7, the filling weight of the hard granular material which forms the lower layer 4 may be 5 kg or more per square meter.
[0022]
In the present invention, the intermediate layer 5 includes at least one layered product 50 of the first layer 51 and the second layer 52. In this embodiment, the intermediate layer 5 is provided with two layers of the laminate 50, but may be composed of three or more laminates 50. In other words, the intermediate layer 5 may include at least one layer of the laminate 50 with the laminate 50 as a repeating unit.
[0023]
The first layer 51 is substantially made of an elastic granular material such as a rubber chip and is disposed on the lower layer 4 side. The second layer 52 is substantially made of a hard granular material (bulk specific gravity of 1.2 or more), and is disposed on the first layer 51. The granular material used for the first layer 51 does not need to be 100% elastic granular material, and other granular materials may be included a little. Similarly, the granular material used for the second layer 52 need not be 100% hard granular material, and may include some other granular material.
[0024]
The upper layer 6 is substantially made of an elastic granular material such as a rubber chip, and imparts appropriate slipperiness and elasticity to the surface of the sports field. Even if hard particles such as sand are included in the upper layer 6, the hard particles naturally separate and fall downward, and only the elastic particles remain in the upper layer 6.
[0025]
Next, a construction example of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. First, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), an artificial turf 1 having a pile 3 length of 50 to 60 mm is laid on a base 7, and the bulk specific gravity is 1 as a hard granular material in the turf between the piles. .About 5 mesh sand (silica sand; average particle size 0.3 to 1.0 mm) 41 is sprayed and brushed to form a lower layer 4 having a thickness of about 10 mm as shown in FIG.
[0026]
In that case, for example, the filling amount per time is set to about 2 to 4 mm, and this is divided into about 3 to 5 times, and spraying and brushing are performed, so that the sand 41 is clogged on the base side of the pile 3. Can be effectively filled.
[0027]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), tire crushed rubber chips (average particle size of 0.5 to 1.8 mm) 511 having a bulk specific gravity of about 0.5 are sprinkled as elastic granules on the lower layer 4 and brushed. Thus, the first layer 51 made of an elastic granular material having a thickness of about 5 mm is formed.
[0028]
After that, as shown in FIG. 2 (d), on the first layer 51, a mesh sand (silica sand; average grain size 0.3 to 1.0 mm) 521 having a bulk specific gravity of about 1.5 is sprayed and brushed. A second layer 52 made of hard granular material having a thickness of about 5 mm is formed.
[0029]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 2E, the first layer 51 and the second layer are alternately sprayed and brushed, for example, 1 to 3 mm, and the laminate 50 of the rubber chip 511 and the mesh sand 521 is equal to or more than two layers. It may be formed. In this case, the rubber chip 511 and the mesh sand 521 can be mixed in the artificial turf 1 depending on the strength of brushing.
[0030]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (f), tire ground rubber chips (average particle size of 0.5 to 1.8 mm) 61 having a bulk specific gravity of about 0.5 are sprayed on the intermediate layer 5 and brushed to obtain a thickness. An upper layer 6 made of an elastic granular material of about 10 mm is formed.
[0031]
According to the present invention, as described above, the lower layer 4 consisting essentially of hard granules, the intermediate layer 5 consisting of a laminate of elastic granules and hard granules, and the upper layer 6 consisting essentially of elastic granules. An artificial turf playground having a three-layered granular material layer is constructed.
[0032]
Even if the first layer 51 made of substantially elastic granular material and the second layer made of substantially hard granular material are separately formed at the beginning of the construction of the intermediate layer 5, depending on the player, etc. It is predicted that the elastic granular material of the first layer 51 and the hard granular material of the second layer are mixed by the impact.
[0033]
Accordingly, it is naturally included in the present invention that the second layer is actively brushed and mixed with the first layer as described above. Thus, it is not necessary to mix the elastic granular material and the hard granular material prior to spraying.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when filling a long pile having a lawn height of 30 mm or more, the packed layer is divided into three layers of a lower layer, an intermediate layer, and an upper layer, and the intermediate layer is elastic granular. Because of the laminated structure of the first layer made of material and the second layer made of hard granular material, the level of each packed layer of hard granular material and elastic granular material is made uniform even for long-pile artificial turf Artificial turf playground that has been made is obtained.
[0035]
Moreover, according to the construction method of the present invention, it is easy to fill each granular material of hard granular material and elastic granular material, and it is possible to obtain an intermediate layer made of a mixture of hard granular material and elastic granular material in the artificial turf. it can.
