Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a wrap carton that can be reduced in volume so that it can be easily discarded after use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The wrap film that wraps foods is stored in a paperboard carton with a polyolefin resin film, vinylidene chloride resin film, aluminum foil, oil-resistant paper, etc. wound on a roll, and is drawn out to the desired length in the carton. A saw blade for cutting the wrapped film is attached.
The carton is shaped like a quadrangular prism and has a structure in which a saw blade appears when opened. Since a wrap carton involves not only wrapping a wrap film but also an operation of repeatedly cutting the wrap film, the wrap carton is firmly formed by a paper board having a relatively high rigidity compared to a general carton. For forming, a hot-melt adhesive of a strong adhesion type is generally used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Strong packaging is desirable from the viewpoint of protecting the wrap film inside and making it easier to cut the wrap film with a saw blade. However, once the used wrap carton is discarded, it is difficult to disassemble the carton. There is. This is a problem contrary to the social need for volume reduction of today's packaging waste.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and can be easily disassembled and made into a flat shape when discarded while maintaining sufficient strength as a packaging body and a film cutting tool at the distribution and use stages. The purpose is to provide a wrapping carton.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, which has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, is connected to both side edges along the longitudinal direction of a rectangular bottom plate so as to oppose the front and rear side wall panels via folding lines, and the left and right end edges of the front and rear side wall panels, respectively. Folding pieces are provided on the left and right edges of the bottom plate, end side wall panels are provided on the left and right edges of the bottom plate, and the cover lid is connected to the remaining edge in the longitudinal direction of the rear side wall panel via the folding line. The wrap carton blank is assembled, folded so that the folded pieces overlap, coated with an adhesive at the approximate center across both, and the end side wall panel is folded back to form the tray end, each of said folded piece, perforations leading to the four corners of the bottom plate from the edge of the front and rear tray open side close to the side wall panels of the folded piece is provided, the folding when the perforation is assembled At a location remote from the fold line which does not pass through the bonding portion between the return piece and the end side wall panels, and gist volume-reduced wrap cartons, characterized in that it is provided so as to be covered by the end side wall panels.
[0005]
[Action]
According to the present invention, the tray-shaped storage portion can be disassembled and the volume can be reduced to a flat state simply by opening both ends of the used wrap carton outward.
[0006]
【Example】
This will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a blank development view of an embodiment of a wrap carton according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a front side wall panel 2 and a rear side wall panel 3 are attached to both side edges along the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate 1 via folding lines a and b, and further to both ends of the bottom plate 1 via folding lines f. Folding pieces 7 and 9 are connected to both end edges of the partial side wall panel 8, the front side wall panel 2 and the rear side wall panel 3 via a folding line f.
Note that a top plate 4 is extended through a folding line c and a front plate 5 is extended through a folding line d at the remaining side end of the rear side wall panel 3 to constitute a so-called cover lid portion L. A saw blade for lapping is generally attached to a part of the front plate 5. In addition, folding pieces 6 are connected to the front side wall panel 2 via a folding line e.
Among the above blank portions, a roll-shaped wrap film storage portion (hereinafter referred to as a tray) is constituted by the bottom plate 1, the front and rear side wall panels 2, 3 and the end side wall panels 8 and the folded pieces 7, 9 at both ends thereof. Is formed. The tray is covered and covered with a covering lid portion L (top plate 4, front plate 5) connected to the rear side wall panel 3.
[0007]
In the blank shown in FIG. 1, the folded piece 6 is folded and bonded to the front side wall panel 2, and then folded inward at the folding lines b and d, so that the front side panel 2 and the front plate 5 of the cover lid portion L are folded. The back surface is partially bonded at a predetermined position to form a flat folded carton, which is supplied to the user in that state.
The wrap carton molding and filling of the contents are performed by the user. First, the folding carton is raised in a prismatic shape, and a roll-shaped wrap film is filled from one end, and then the folded pieces 7 and 9 are overlapped. The tray end portion is formed by folding the end side wall panel 8 after the end side wall panel 8 is folded by coating the adhesive at a substantially center extending over both. Further, the folded piece of the lid portion is folded from above to constitute the end portion of the lid portion, and the assembly is completed.
FIG. 2A is a perspective view showing the structure of both ends of the volume-reduced lap carton according to the present invention, and the structure of both ends of the tray enabling the above assembly becomes clear in this drawing. The folding pieces 7 and 9 are provided with perforations 11 and 12, which communicate from the edge on the tray opening side to the four corners of the bottom plate 1. Since these perforations 11 and 12 are finally completely covered by the end side wall panel 8, the appearance of the wrap carton is not damaged at all, and there is no fear of dust entering.
[0008]
In general, many wrap cartons have a structure that can be opened from the zipper of the front plate 5, and the tip of the saw blade appears at the same time as opening.
In the volume-reduced wrap carton according to the present invention, after the wrap film is used up, if the saw blade is made of metal, the saw blade is first removed for separation and then the volume of the carton is reduced by the following method. Can do.
[0009]
FIG. 2B is an explanatory diagram when disassembling the tray portion of the volume-reduced lap carton according to the present invention. When both ends of the elongated tray are opened outward with both thumbs as shown in FIG. 2 (b), a shearing force acts on the ends of the folded pieces 7, 9, and the perforated perforations 11, Cutting starts from the top of 12 and is torn to the four corners of the bottom plate 1, and both folded pieces 7 and 9 are cut into two. Since the separated portions of the folded pieces 7 and 9 are separated by the hot melt adhesive 13 while being strongly bonded to the end side wall panel 8, each side wall panel 2, 3 and 8 is disassembled into a flat state. Is done. This operation is exactly the volume reduction of the carton, and the volume of waste can be remarkably reduced as compared with the case where the molded carton is discarded as it is.
The cover lid is also molded with adhesive at both edges, but the adhesive area is much smaller than that of the tray and can be easily broken by hand without the help of perforations. Or it can be disassembled and made flat.
[0010]
FIG. 3 is a plan view showing variations in the shape of the perforations 11 and 12. Since the purpose of the perforation is to cut the inner folded piece, it is only necessary to be in a position where it can be easily cut, and the line shape is free. However, it is necessary to avoid passing the position of the adhesive that strongly bonds the two folded pieces 7 and 9 and the end side wall panel 8. Therefore, it is safer that the position of the perforation is as close as possible to the broken line f. Moreover, the perforation provided perpendicularly from the upper end edge of the folded piece is easier to break. The volume-reduced wrap carton according to the present invention is provided with a perforation having a shape as shown in FIG. When the three types in FIG. 3 are compared, the ease of tearing is in the order of b, a, and c. However, the difference between a and b is very small. In the case of the perforated shape c, there is a concern that dust may enter, so it is desirable that the perforation shape f is not extremely close to the broken line f.
[0011]
The paperboard used in the present invention is rigid, and a paperboard having a basis weight of 300 to 550 g / m 2 is used in a coated ball system in which used paper pulp is mixed in the intermediate layer and the back layer. The wrap carton is preferably thinner than the carton used for general purposes so that it can be easily processed with high accuracy.
Most panels or folded pieces appearing on the front of the wrap carton are printed, but any known printing method such as offset, gravure, flexo, etc. may be used. In order to increase the water resistance of the carton at the same time as color printing, the entire surface is coated with a water-resistant transparent varnish, excluding the adhesive part of the carton and the wrap film pressing part when the wrap film is cut.
[0012]
The attachment of the saw blade for cutting the wrap film is unique to the wrap carton. As part of environmental measures in recent years, metal saw blades have been devised so that they can be removed and disposed of separately. In addition, some extremely hard paper saw blades are also used so that they can be discarded while attached to the carton.
[0013]
(Embodiments) Further description will be given below based on the embodiments.
A blank having a configuration shown in FIG. 1 was prepared using a paperboard of a coated ball “JET Star” (manufactured by Daishowa Paper Co., Ltd.) having a basis weight of 400 g / m 2 . The outer dimension of the carton storage portion is 315 mm in length, and the cross-sectional outer diameter of the quadrangular column is 47 × 47 mm.
The perforation processing for volume reduction according to the present invention is performed simultaneously with blanking punching and stamping on the folded pieces 7 and 9, and the perforation shape is shown in FIGS. 3 (a), 3 (b) and 3 (c). These were the three types.
An acrylic hot-melt adhesive for strong adhesion was used as an adhesive for molding both ends of the carton.
As an example, three carton blanks with three perforations and, as a comparative example, carton blanks without any perforations were boxed to prepare test samples, which were prepared by five male and female panelists. A dismantling test was conducted.
As a result, almost all of the wrap cartons with perforation were easily and instantaneously disassembled by the method shown in FIG. 2B, although there were some individual differences. Was awkward to dismantle, forceful on the fingertips, especially for female panelists. Also, the shape after dismantling was not constant.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the volume-reduced wrap carton according to the present invention, the used carton can be easily disassembled and flattened with a fingertip in a short time, so that the effect of volume reduction in the case of incineration or disposal as embedded garbage is obtained. large.
