本発明は、特にラベルの自動貼付機に好適なロール状に巻回された台紙(剥離シート)なしラベルをロール状態から剥離し易いように、補助剥離機構を備えた台紙なしラベルの繰出装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
台紙なしラベルにおいては、ラベルの裏面に感圧性粘着剤が施されている関係上、これをロール状に巻回すると、その粘着面がラベルの表面に接する。一般にラベルの表面には非粘着処理が施されているが、ロール状に巻回される為、その接着作用により、スムーズな繰出ができない欠陥を有する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は前記従来の欠陥に鑑み、ロール状に巻回された台紙なしラベルのスムーズな剥離作用が必要で、この為に補助剥離機構を備え、ラベルの繰出作用を良好として、印字精度の良質なラベル自動貼付機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明においては、
ロール状に巻回された台紙なしラベルをロール状態から繰出状態に剥離する台紙なしラベルの繰出装置において、
前記台紙なしラベルの繰出装置の供給繰出口の近傍に、モータに伝達されて強制回転する駆動ローラおよび該駆動ローラに圧接状態に構成された転向部材を備えたロールほぐし手段と、
前記ロールほぐし手段の前記駆動ローラおよび前記転向部材に連結された可動杆に備えた第一の弾性保持手段と、
から成る補助剥離機構を設け、
前記補助剥離機構の前記第一の弾性保持手段によって、前記ロールほぐし手段の前記転向部材を、常時、ロール状となした前記台紙なしラベルの外周面に弾性付勢状態とし、
前記台紙なしラベルをロール状態から繰出状態に剥離するように構成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
ロール状に巻回される台紙なしラベル2は、図3の断面図に示す如く、ラベル基材20の裏面側には感圧性粘着剤21を有し、その表面にはシリコン等の非粘着層22が施されている。従ってこの台紙なしラベルLを図1(第一実施例)の装置説明図に示すように、ロール状に巻回されると、ラベル基材20の表面に、感圧性粘着剤21が接する為、その繰出(剥離)性が悪い。

全体構成を第一実施例として示した図1を参照として説明する。供給軸1には、台紙なしラベルLがロール状に巻回されている。

次にこのロール状に巻回された台紙なしラベルLをスムーズに引き出す為に、ロールほぐし手段6を供給繰出口3部分に配設してある。このロールほぐし手段6とはモータMに接続され、強制回転する駆動ローラ5と、該ローラ5と同期するように構成された転向ローラ4aとである。

この転向ローラ4aと駆動ローラ5とから成るロールほぐし手段6は、前記ロール状に巻回された台紙なしラベル2の外周面を圧接状態とする第一の弾性保持手段10によって、前記ロール状に巻回された台紙なしラベル2の外周面に弾性圧接している構成である。詳しくは駆動ローラ5と転向ローラ4aとは一体的に案内板7に取付けられ、該案内板7には案内スリット8が形成されている。この案内スリット8内には、前記両ローラ4a,5に連結された可動杆9aが係合されている。更にこの可動杆9aは引張スプリング9bを装着して、常時、前記転向ローラ4aをロール状となした台紙なしラベル2の外周面に弾性付勢状態を呈する。

従ってこのロール状の台紙なしラベル2が繰出されて、その直径が縮経となると、これに追従して、図1においては上昇する構成である。

更に第二の弾性保持手段15が備えられた可動案内ローラ11を有し、帯状となす台紙なしラベルLを前記ロールほぐし手段6より、この可動案内ローラ11に掛け渡される。そしてこの可動案内ローラ11はモータ停止位置Aからモータ駆動位置Bに変位し、テンションアームの働きをする。詳しくはこの可動性案内ローラ11の第二の弾性保持手段15とは、可動案内ローラ11の軸12に装着された引張スプリング14をもって、この可動ローラ11を常時、前記モータ停止位置A方向に弾性付勢している。すなわちこの可動案内ローラ11には台紙なしラベルLが転向される為、このローラ11は前記モータ駆動位置B方向に牽引状態を呈し、この軸12は、案内スリット13内をA点からB点、B点からA点に移動自在の構成である。

かくしてB点に位置すると、電源がONとなり、前記ロールほぐし手段6のモータMが駆動して、駆動ローラ5が回転し、B点より引張スプリング14の作用でA点に戻されると、電源OFFとなり、モータMが停止する構成である。

次に案内される帯状の台紙なしラベルLは、案内ローラ17を経て、例えばプラテンローラとサーマルヘッドから成る印字手段18をもって、所望の印字が施される。尚、この印字手段18は熱転写でもよい。
