Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a communication repeater casing used for cable television (CATV) equipment and the like. In particular, the present invention relates to an opening / closing mechanism for a communication repeater housing composed of a main body and a lid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a repeater casing used for CATV, for example, a structure shown in FIG. 8 is known (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-42703). FIG. 8A is a perspective view showing the entire configuration of the repeater housing, and FIG. 8B is a schematic view showing a portion of a connector 33 that connects the main body 31 and the lid 32 from the side. FIG.
In this technique, connectors 33 and 34 are formed in the main body 31 and the lid portion 32, respectively, and a stop pin 35 is inserted into insertion holes 33a and 34a provided in the connectors 33 and 34, respectively. Then, a bolt 37 is screwed into the screw hole 33b formed in the insertion hole 33a from the outside, and the position of the pressing tool 36 disposed in the insertion holes 33a and 34a is adjusted at the lower end of the bolt 37, and this pressing portion The stop pin 35 is pressed by 36. In this technique, by adjusting the bolt 37, once the pressing adjustment of the stop pin 35 is performed, it is left as it is, and a screw (not shown) that fixes the main body portion 31 and the lid portion 32 is loosened. The opening / closing side periphery 38 can be freely opened and closed around the attachment side periphery 39, and the opening and closing side periphery 38 around the attachment side periphery 39 cannot be opened and closed by tightening the screw.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described prior art requires a set pin 35, a push portion 36, a bolt 37, and the like as an opening / closing mechanism for the repeater casing, which increases the number of parts and increases the weight and price. .
In the above prior art, since the pusher 36 is disposed in the insertion holes 33a and 34a, it is difficult to insert the stopper pin 35 into the insertion holes 33a and 34a, and the lid 32 can be opened and closed. Therefore, it is not easy to adjust the positions of the plurality of retaining pins 35, and the working efficiency is not good.
[0004]
Accordingly, in view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a simple structure for the opening / closing mechanism of the repeater casing, to reduce the weight and price, and to improve the assembly work efficiency.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, according to the means of claim 1, a communication repeater comprising a box-shaped main body portion having an opening surface opened on one surface and a lid portion covering the opening surface. In the housing, a shaft portion is provided as a first hinge member at the lower end of the main body portion or the lid portion. The second hinge member having a substantially U-shaped cross-section receiving portion that rotatably supports the shaft portion of the first hinge member is a member of the main body portion or the lid portion that is not provided with the first hinge member. Provided at the lower end. A long hole is formed in the receiving portion so that the longitudinal direction is along the rotational direction. The locking means is attached to the shaft portion of the first hinge member through the long hole of the second hinge member, and locked with the peripheral edge of the long hole, so that the first hinge member is relative to the second hinge member. The rotation range is restricted.
Thereby, the opening / closing mechanism of the repeater housing can be made a simple structure, the number of parts can be reduced, and the weight and price can be reduced. Moreover, since the assembly of the main body portion and the lid portion can be easily performed only by attaching the locking means to the shaft portion, the working efficiency is improved.
[0006]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the main body portion and the lid portion are within the rotation range, the shaft portion is in contact with the inner wall surface of the receiving portion with respect to the force in the direction of separating the two. The opening of the receiving part is formed in the. A screw hole is provided in the shaft portion of the first hinge member, and a screw member as a locking means is screwed into the screw hole through the long hole. By screwing the screw member into the screw hole, it is possible to satisfactorily prevent the shaft portion from dropping off from the opening. Further, the locking means can be detached and the main body portion and the lid portion can be assembled more easily.
[0007]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a screw hole is provided in the shaft portion of the first hinge member and has a head having an outer diameter larger than the width in the direction substantially orthogonal to the rotation direction of the long hole. The member is screwed into the screw hole. Thus, even if the main body portion and the lid portion are within the rotation range and the shaft portion does not come into contact with the inner wall surface of the receiving portion with respect to the force in the direction to separate them, the head portion of the screw member Comes into contact with the outer surface of the second hinge member, so that the lid portion can be prevented from falling off.
[0008]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the one end in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole is provided at a position where the locking means abuts when the main body portion and the lid portion are in the open state at a predetermined angle. When opened, it can always be held at a predetermined angle.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on specific examples.
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the main body portion 1 and the lid portion 2 of the housing are locked by attaching a hinge shaft (first hinge member) 20 to the hinge receiver (second hinge member) 10. It is a perspective view. The main body 1 has a box shape having an opening surface 19 on one side. Convex portions 18 are provided at the four corners of the opening surface 19, and through holes 17 for inserting bolts 4 to be described later are formed in the respective convex portions 18. A pair of hinge receivers 10 are provided at the lower end 16 of the main body 1.
The lid portion 2 that covers the opening surface 19 of the main body 1 is provided with a convex portion 28 at a position corresponding to the convex portion 18 of the main body 1, and each convex portion 28 has an insertion hole 27 for inserting the bolt 4. Is formed. A hinge shaft 20 attached to the hinge receiver 10 is provided at the lower end 26 of the lid portion 2.
[0010]
An enlarged perspective view of the hinge shaft 20 and the hinge receiver 10 is shown in FIG. The hinge shaft 20 includes an arm portion 21 substantially suspended from the surface of the lower end 26 of the lid portion 2, a shaft portion 22 substantially suspended from the arm portion 21, and a screw hole provided through the shaft portion 22. 24. The arm portion 21 is provided at a position separated from the convex portion 28 so that the hinge receiver 10 can be disposed between the arm portion 21 and the convex portion 28 when the arm portion 21 is attached to the hinge receiver 10. A pair of hinge shafts 20 are provided corresponding to the hinge receiver 10, but the directions from the arm portion 21 to the tip of the shaft portion 22 are provided in opposite directions. A screw (locking means) 25 is screwed into the screw hole 24. The screw 25 includes a screw portion 25a that is screwed into the screw hole 24, and a head portion 25b. The head portion 25b is larger than a width in a direction substantially orthogonal to the rotation direction of the long hole 14 described later. It has an outer diameter.
[0011]
The hinge receiver 10 is provided continuously with the convex portion 18 to form a substantially U-shaped receiving portion 11. The opening portion of the receiving portion 11 is formed on the opposite side of the opening surface 19 of the main body portion 1 and has a sufficient width and height to dispose the shaft portion 22. In the receiving portion 11, a long hole 14 is formed from an extending portion 12 formed on the same plane as the opening surface 19 to a vertical portion 13 substantially suspended from the extending portion 12. Thus, the long hole 14 is formed such that its longitudinal direction is in the direction of rotation. The long hole 14 has an end portion 14a on the extending portion 12 side and an end portion 14b on the vertical portion 13 side. The end portion 14 a is provided at a position where the screw 25 does not contact when the main body portion 1 and the lid portion 2 are closed. The end portion 14b corresponds to one end in the longitudinal direction in the claims. A seat portion 15 for the head portion 25b of the screw 25 is formed around the elongated hole 14, and the curved surface portion is an outer periphery of the shaft portion 22 when a shaft portion 22 described later is disposed in the receiving portion 11. It is formed so as to be substantially concentric with the surface.
[0012]
Next, a method for assembling the main body 1 and the lid 2 will be described below with reference to FIGS.
First, as shown in FIG. 2, the hinge shaft 20 and the hinge receiver 10 are arranged to face each other, the lid portion 2 is positioned approximately 90 degrees with respect to the opening surface 19, and the hinge shaft 20 is moved in the direction of the arrow A. Move and place in the receiving part 11. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing this state. At this time, one end of the screw hole 24 provided in the shaft portion 22 is located on the lower end 16 side of the main body portion 1.
Next, with the shaft portion 22 as the center of rotation, the lid portion 2 is rotated approximately 90 degrees in the direction of arrow B, the opening surface 19 is covered with the lid portion 2, and the main body portion 1 and the lid portion 2 are closed. To do. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the vicinity of the hinge receiver 10 and the hinge shaft 20 in this state.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, by rotating the lid portion 2, the convex portion 18 of the main body portion 1 and the convex portion 18 of the lid portion 2 overlap, and the insertion hole 17 and the insertion hole 27 are aligned. . At this time, the shaft portion 22 rotates approximately 90 degrees, so that the screw hole 24 is positioned at the position of the long hole 14 on the extending portion 12 side of the receiving portion 11.
Then, a screw 25 is screwed into the screw hole 24 through the long hole 14. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing this state. At this time, the lower surface of the head 25 b of the screw 25 does not necessarily have to contact the seat portion 15.
In this state, the screw 25 contacts the end portion 14a of the long hole 14, and in the open state, the screw 25 contacts the end portion 14b. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a contact state between the screw 25 and the end portion 14b in the open state. As can be seen in this drawing, the screw 25 abuts against the end portion 14b, whereby the main body portion 1 and the lid portion 2 can be held at a predetermined angle. In this embodiment, the lid portion 2 is held at an angle of about 90 degrees with respect to the main body portion 1. As a result, the main body 1 and the lid 2 are rotated within a range where the ends 14 a and 14 b of the long hole 14 and the screw 25 are in contact with each other. When in this rotation range, the shaft portion 22 and the inner wall surface of the receiving portion 11 abut against the force in the direction of separating them, so that the shaft portion 22 falls off the receiving portion 11 by the force in that direction. There is nothing.
Further, after the screw 25 is screwed, the bolt 4 is inserted into the insertion holes 17 and 27 through the washer 3, and the bolt 4 and the nut (not shown) are screwed together, whereby the main body 1 and the lid 2 are connected. To fix. FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram showing this state.
[0014]
By adopting the above configuration, in the state where each bolt 4 is loosened, the screw 25 is screwed into the screw hole 24 of the shaft portion 22 disposed in the receiving portion 11 via the long hole 14. It is possible to prevent the lid 2 from falling off. Further, since the long hole 14 is provided along the rotation direction, it is possible to rotate the shaft portion 22 around the lid portion 2 in a state where the lid portion 2 is locked to the main body portion 1, and the screw 25 is long. The lid 2 can be held at a position in contact with the end 14 b of the hole 14.
Further, since the opening / closing mechanism of the main body 1 and the lid 2 can be constituted by only the hinge shaft 20, the hinge receiver 10 and the screw 25, the structure can be simplified, the number of parts can be reduced, and the cost and weight can be reduced.
Further, since the main body 1 and the lid 2 can be rotatably assembled simply by mounting the hinge shaft 20 to the hinge receiver 10 and screwing the screw 25 into the screw hole 24, the work efficiency of the assembly Is significantly improved.
[0015]
In the above embodiment, the screw hole 24 penetrates the shaft portion 22, but the screw hole 24 does not have to penetrate the shaft portion 22.
In the above embodiment, the main body 1 is provided with the hinge receiver 10 and the lid 2 is provided with the hinge shaft 20 correspondingly. However, the main body 1 is provided with the hinge shaft, and the lid 2 is hinged. A receptacle may be provided. Moreover, in the said Example, although the main-body part 1 and the cover part 2 provided only one kind among the hinge members which make a pair, respectively, you may provide both types of hinge members in each.
In the above embodiment, the screw 25 is used as the locking means, and the screw 25 is screwed into the screw hole 24. However, the lid 2 can be prevented from falling off, and the hinge shaft 20 is attached to the hinge receiver 10. Other members may be used as long as they can be rotatably supported. For example, it is good also as a structure which provides a hole part in the axial part 22, and attaches a latching means to this hole part by fitting. In particular, as in this embodiment, when the main body 1 and the lid 2 are within the rotation range, the shaft 22 and the inner wall surface of the receiving portion 11 come into contact with the force in the direction of separating the two. Since the hinge shaft 20 and the hinge receiver 10 are in the locked state, the locking means need not have a head. In this case, if the protruding amount of the locking means from the outer surface of the hinge receiver 10 is larger than the movable amount of the shaft portion 22 in the receiving portion 11, the hinge receiver 10 and the hinge shaft 20 are sufficiently locked. Yes.
[0016]
Moreover, in the said Example, when the main-body part 1 and the cover part 2 are in the rotation range, with respect to the force of the direction which separates both, the axial part 22 and the inner wall face of the receiving part 11 contact | abut. Although the opening part of the receiving part 11 was formed in the direction opposite to the opening surface 19, this opening part may be formed in arbitrary directions. For example, by forming the opening of the receiving portion 11 in the direction of the lower end 16 of the main body 1, it is possible to widen the rotation range of the main body 1 and the lid 2. Further, when the opening portion of the receiving portion 11 is formed in the same direction as the opening surface 19 of the main body portion 1 and the shaft portion 22 is in the range of rotation when the main body portion 1 and the lid portion are within the rotation range, the force in the direction to separate them from each other However, the shaft portion 22 and the inner wall surface of the receiving portion 11 may not be in contact with each other. However, in this case, it is necessary to prevent the hinge shaft 20 from coming off by providing the locking means with a head and locking the head to the hinge receiver 10.
Moreover, in the said Example, although it was set as the structure by which the cover part 2 is hold | maintained at about 90 degree | times with respect to the main-body part 1 in the open state, this angle may be arbitrary. The angle formed between the lid 2 and the main body 1 in the open state can be adjusted by changing the end 14b of the long hole 14.
In the above embodiment, the screw 25 is in contact with the end portion 14a in the closed state, but the screw 25 may not be in contact with the end portion 14a in the closed state.
Moreover, in the said Example, although it was set as the structure by which the hinge receiver 10 was continuously provided in the convex part 18, the hinge receiver 10 may be provided in arbitrary positions.
Moreover, in the said Example, although it provided so that the direction from the arm part 21 in the hinge axis | shaft 20 to the front-end | tip part of the axial part 22 might become opposite, this direction may be the same direction or the direction which opposes.
