【0053】

[0002]
[Prior art]
When constructing a bridge slab, a steel / concrete composite slab composed of a steel plate and reinforced concrete may be used. Such steel / concrete composite floor slabs have been put into practical use, but basically have a structure in which steel plates and reinforced concrete are combined with studs. Also, as a basic construction method, steel plates with reinforcing bars and studs installed at the factory are transported to the site and installed on the main girder of the bridge, and then concrete is placed on the steel plates and composite floor slabs. And
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above conventional steel / concrete composite slab, the dead load is maintained in order to maintain the dead load before synthesis, that is, when the concrete is placed by placing the steel plate on the main girder of the bridge (such as steel plate or concrete). It is provided as a steel plate reinforcement for load retention. After the concrete beam is formed, the bridge is installed at a predetermined position of the bridge, and the concrete is post-cast on the portion of the steel plate where the concrete beam is not provided to form a composite floor slab. It is characterized by that.
[0043]
Further, the steel / concrete composite slab of the second invention is a steel plate, a concrete slip prevention member protruding on the surface of the steel plate, a reinforcing bar disposed above the steel plate, and placed on the steel plate. A steel / concrete composite slab for a bridge floor slab comprising concrete, and by placing a part of the concrete to be placed on the steel plate in advance, A concrete beam comprising a part of the reinforcing bar and a part of the steel plate is formed, and the concrete beam is provided as a steel plate reinforcing material for holding a dead load before synthesis. The above-mentioned structural member is erected at a predetermined position of a bridge, and a concrete floor slab is formed by post-coating concrete on a portion of the steel plate where the concrete beam is not provided.

The height of the concrete beam is lower than the thickness of the composite floor slab after completion, and the concrete is struck on the concrete beam. It becomes the surface of the finished concrete. For this reason, the cast-in part of the cast concrete does not come out on the floor slab surface. In addition, there are no restrictions on the bar arrangement. Furthermore, the transverse slope and longitudinal slope of the floor slab surface can be freely adjusted in the field regardless of the concrete beam.
[0050]
