貼着型経皮吸収剤製品用の剥離シートとして、二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムの表面にシリコーン系剥離処理剤を塗布、定着させたものが一般的に使用されている。

この剥離シートを用いた貼着型経皮吸収剤製品は、たとえば、剥離シート/経皮吸収性薬剤入り貼着層/基材層の層構成を有し、その使用に際しては、この製品から剥離シートを剥離除去し、残余のシートの貼着層の側を皮膚に当てて貼着する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記構成の貼着型経皮吸収剤製品にあっては、製造後の流通期間や保存期間が長くなると、剥離シートを構成する二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムに含まれている微量のオリゴマーや微量のカルシウム、アンチモン、モリブテン等の無機物質がシリコーン系剥離処理層を透過して貼着層側に移行し、その結果、貼着層(アクリル系粘着剤をベースとすることが多い)の粘着力が低下して皮膚貼着性が阻害されたり、貼着層中の経皮吸収性薬剤の薬効が低下したりするという問題点があった。

上記の問題点のうち薬効低下の点については、鎮痛剤のような比較的安価な薬剤である場合には、薬効低下を見込んでそれに見合う量の薬剤を過剰に配合しておく対策が講じられているが、そのような対策は根本的な解決策とはならない上、コスト高を招くことにもなる。また薬剤がニトログリセリンやニコチン酸である場合には、薬効低下は製品そのものの信頼性に問題を生じる。

本発明は、このような背景下において、二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム中に含まれる不純物の移行を有効に防止することにより、貼着型経皮吸収剤製品用の剥離シートとして用いたときに、製造後の流通期間や保存期間が長くなっても、皮膚貼着性が阻害されたり、貼着層中の経皮吸収性薬剤の薬効が低下したりするようなトラブルを生じないように工夫した貼着型経皮吸収剤製品を提供することを目的とするものである。

本発明の貼着型経皮吸収剤製品は、
「剥離シート/経皮吸収剤入り貼着層/基材層」の層構成を有する貼着型経皮吸収剤製品であって、
前記剥離シートが、二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(1) の少なくとも片面に樹脂被膜(2) が設けられ、その少なくとも一方の樹脂被膜(2) 上にシリコーン系剥離剤(s) による処理層(3) が設けられた構成を有すること、および、
前記樹脂被膜(2) は、ウレタン系、アミノアルキッド系、エステルアクリレート系、エポキシ系およびセルロース系よりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の樹脂の溶液ないし分散液を二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(1) の少なくとも片面にコーティングすることにより形成されたものであること、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明を詳細に説明する。

〈二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(1) 〉
二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(つまり二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)(1) としては、厚みが16〜200μm 程度、殊に32〜150μm 程度のものが用いられる。二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(1) の使用は、機械的性質およびコストの点で有利である。

〈樹脂被膜(2) 〉
上記の二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(1) 上には、まず樹脂被膜(2) が設けられる。この樹脂被膜(2) は、ウレタン系、アミノアルキッド系、エステルアクリレート系、エポキシ系およびセルロース系よりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の樹脂の溶液ないし分散液を二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(1) の少なくとも片面にコーティングすることにより形成される。このときの溶剤としては、水、有機溶剤、水−有機溶剤混合溶剤などが用いられる。樹脂被膜(2) の厚みは、通常は0.01〜15μm 、好ましくは0.05〜10μm 、殊に 0.1〜5μm とすることが多い。

〈剥離シート〉
上記のようにして形成した樹脂被膜(2) 上には、シリコーン系剥離剤(s) による処理層(3) を設けて剥離性を付与する。処理層(3) の厚みは、固形分基準で、0.01〜3g/m2程度、殊に0.05〜1g/m2程度で充分である。

上記の剥離シートを用いて、貼着型経皮吸収剤製品が作製される。この貼着型経皮吸収剤製品は、剥離シート/経皮吸収性薬剤入り貼着層/基材層の層構成を有し、適当な包材に包装される。

貼着層はアクリル系粘着剤をベースとすることが多いが、これに限られない。経皮吸収性薬剤としては、インドメタシンやサリチル酸等の鎮痛剤、ニトログリセリン、ニコチン酸などが用いられるが、これらに限られることはなく、また浸透剤をはじめ種々の助剤を併用することもある。基材層としては、たとえば、織布、不織布、編布、プラスチックスフィルムなどが用いられる。

〈作用〉
本発明の貼着型経皮吸収剤製品を使用するにあたっては、まず剥離シートを剥離除去し、ついで残余のシートの貼着層の側を皮膚に当接して貼着すればよい。貼着層に含有されている経皮吸収性薬剤は徐々に皮膚から吸収され、所期の薬効が奏される。

そして本発明における剥離シートにあっては、二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(1) に特定の樹脂被膜(2) を設けてあるので、該フィルム中に含まれている微量のオリゴマーや微量の無機物質が貼着層側に移行することが有効に防止される。

次に実施例をあげて本発明をさらに説明する。

実施例1
図1は本発明の貼着型経皮吸収剤製品における剥離シートの一例を模式的に示した断面図であり、理解を容易にするために剥離剤(s) は散点で示してある。

厚み75μm の二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)(1) 上に、エポキシ系樹脂溶液ロールコートにてコーティングした後、熱風乾燥し、ついで熱キュアして、厚み2μm の樹脂被膜(2) を形成させた。

このようにして得た剥離シートを用いて、常法により、剥離シート/経皮吸収性薬剤入り貼着層/基材層の層構成を有する貼着型経皮吸収剤製品を作製し(経皮吸収性薬剤としてはインドメタシンを使用)、6ケ月以上放置して、貼着層の粘着力の低下の有無および貼着層中の経皮吸収性薬剤の有効量を調べたが、いずれの項目も異常や性能低下は事実上認められなかった。

実施例1において、樹脂被膜(2) を形成させることなく、二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(1) 上に直接シリコーン系の剥離剤(s) による処理層(3) を形成させた。

このようにして得た剥離シートを用いて、実施例1と同様にして貼着型経皮吸収剤製品を作製し、6ケ月以上放置して、貼着層の粘着力の低下の有無および貼着層中の経皮吸収性薬剤の有効量を調べたところ、粘着力の有意の低下が見られ、また経皮吸収性薬剤の有効量が大きく低減(40%近く低減)していることがわかった。

本発明の貼着型経皮吸収剤製品においては、剥離シートとして二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(1) に特定の樹脂被膜(2) を設けたものを用いてあるので、該フィルム中に含まれている微量のオリゴマーや微量の無機物質が貼着層側に移行することが有効に防止される。
