Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a Braille block for walking a visually impaired person, and more particularly to a Braille block with a heater that does not interfere with snow in cold regions.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Braille blocks are laid on road sidewalks, underground shopping streets, station passages, platforms, etc. to help visually impaired people walk. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the braille block is formed with a circular or linear protrusion of about 5 mm on the surface of the concrete block, and the visually impaired person detects the shape and direction of the protrusion with a cane to reach the destination. It is designed to be able to walk toward you. For example in FIG. 3 (a), those of (c) a protrusion straight, it is safe to proceed in the direction of the straight line. Further in FIG. 3 (b), the protrusion is intended (d) is circular, or changes direction at this position, which indicates when the temporarily stop.
[0003]
Braille blocks may be molded by molds when manufacturing concrete blocks, but in general, 300 mm square or 400 mm square resin tiles with only surface protrusions are attached to the surface of concrete blocks of the same size. In general, concrete blocks are laid in a predetermined route or directly pasted on asphalt on the road surface.
[0004]
In recent years, the so-called understanding of vulnerable people and the development of social infrastructure have been screamed. For example, the Traffic Barrier-Free Act was enacted. It is obliged to take various measures, and Braille blocks are part of that.
By the way, since the Braille block detects the unevenness and walks, if the snow on the road surface is hardened in a cold region, the Braille block itself is useless. Even if the pedestrian's passage is snow-removed, detection by foot feeling becomes difficult if the pressure snow remains around the projection of the Braille block.
[0005]
A method of detecting a radio wave signal tag embedded in a braille block and detecting this signal using a cane as a receiver has also been proposed, but it is not yet widespread because it is expensive, and an expensive braille block is installed. However, there is a problem that a person who does not have a corresponding cane cannot be used. In addition, it has been proposed to use a special material for pavement of roads and the like as a snow cover measure and heat the entire roadbed by electromagnetic induction to melt the snow. Even if this is limited to a part of the platform, for example, there is a problem in feasibility, because it covers a considerably large area and the cost for capital investment and snow melting is high.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and to propose a braille block that functions effectively even during snowfall at a feasible cost.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a braille block formed paste Braille tiles on the upper surface of the plate-like concrete blocks, film-like planar heating element is arranged in electric between the Braille tiles and the concrete block Ruhi What chromatography data with raised block der, the film-like planar heating element is arranged to be buried in the front side of the mat-like thermal insulating material layer affixed to the upper surface of the concrete blocks, further temperature adjustment function to the planar heating element the switch circuit is attached with a heater with Braille blocks power cable of the planar heating element is separated via connector for each concrete block.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, the heating element is arranged between the lower surface of the Braille tile on the surface, that is, between the concrete block and the Braille tile, and further, the heating element is buried on the front side of the mat-like heat insulating material layer. Most of the generated heat flows to the Braille tile side without escaping to the ground side, and is effectively used for melting snow.
[0009]
【Example】
A Braille block B with a heater according to the present invention is disassembled for each component and shown in FIG. 1 is a braille tile on the surface, which is commercially available. For example, the thickness of the ground portion is 2 mm, the height of the protrusion is 5 mm, the overall size is 300 mm square, and it is made of yellow soft synthetic rubber. A rubber-based adhesive is applied, and the surface of the other side to be bonded with the primer is treated to be adhered.
[0010]
Reference numeral 2 denotes a heating element disposed on the lower surface. The heating element Ru film-like planar heating element is Ah.
[0011]
In order to suppress the temperature rise more than necessary, it is preferable that a switch circuit having a temperature adjustment function such as a thermostat is attached in series to the heating element.
4 is a mat-like heat insulating material layer stuck on the upper surface of the concrete block 7, and the material is, for example, glass wool. The thickness may be appropriately determined depending on the effect, but is 5 mm, for example.
[0012]
6 is a power cable. Aside from the ground wire, this cable has two cores, is cut to the length of each Braille block, and has a connector 61 attached to the end. The power cable 6 has a straight shape or a T-shape branched at the center, and is appropriately selected depending on the attachment position. Since the power cable 6 is divided into lengths for each Braille block, replacement for each Braille block can be performed even during repair.
[0013]
In general, a braille block with a heater is not laid tightly in contact with an end portion, and a slight gap for constructing joints is provided. The connector 61 is embedded in this gap.
7 is a concrete block. According to the shape and size of the braille tile 1, for example, a 300 mm square is provided, and a groove 71 for inserting the power cable 6 is provided on the surface. The groove 71 may be linear or T-shaped in accordance with the power cable 6, but may be a cross-shaped groove in order to reduce the types.
[0014]
In this braille block with a heater, the power cable 6 is basically inserted into the groove 71 of the concrete block 7, the heat insulating material layer 4 is laid thereon, the heating element 2 is mounted, and the lead wire 5 is connected to the power cable 6. After that, the braille tile 1 may be bonded to the upper surface, but it is not always necessary to assemble by this procedure, and it is optional to integrate it partly.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is an example of an electric circuit diagram of a braille block with a heater according to the present invention, and B 1 , B 2 , and B 3 are each one braille block with a heater. In addition to what has been described so far, 51 is a fuse, 8 is a no-fuse breaker, 9 is a power source, for example, a plug for connecting to a general-purpose AC 100 V outlet.
The snow melting ability of the Braille block with a heater of the present invention depends on the capacity of the heating element mounted on one block, but types such as 30, 50, 70, 90 W may be prepared according to the environment of the installation site. In the case of 30 W, which seems to be the most common, the surface temperature of the Braille tile is 2.5 to 3.5 ℃ with respect to the outside temperature of -10 ℃ to + 3 ℃, and the snow was sufficiently melted and the projection of the Braille tile could be detected. . The power consumption per unit area was about 250 kcal / m 2 per hour.
[0016]
In general, several dozen Braille blocks with heaters are laid continuously, but it is better to have a separate circuit for every 15 A in view of electrical safety in view of the power supply capacity . Good idea to provide a hole for preferably under the lead wire 5 in the vicinity of the center of the cross-sectional heated material layer 4.
[0017]
As described above, in the present invention, only the Braille tile part on the surface of the Braille block is heated to maintain the function of the Braille tile even during snowfall, so the road and the entire home are heated, or snow removal is performed manually. Effective measures can be taken at a much lower cost compared with
Further, if a concrete block is provided with a recess, it is possible to easily cope with the introduction of a wireless signal guidance system by embedding a tag in the recess, so there is no need to replace the braille block.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a Braille block that functions effectively even during snowfall is realized at a lower cost, and the safety of roads and station platforms during snowfall is improved not only for disabled people but also for healthy people.
