Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an article storage device that is used when storing and transporting articles in, for example, a factory or a store, and can be folded and stored when not in use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of article storage device, there is one disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-310465. That is, a pair of left and right side panel bodies and a back panel body are arranged in a gate shape in plan view, a base panel body is provided between the lower portions of these panel bodies, and a moving wheel is provided at the lower end of each panel body. It has been.
[0003]
According to this, by rotating the base panel body upward along the back panel body and further rotating the right side panel body around the vertical axis along the back panel body side, FIG. As shown, the article storage tool 101 is configured to be folded into an L shape in plan view. At this time, 102 is a folded right side panel body, 103 is a back panel body, 104 is a left side panel body, and 105 is a folded base panel body.
[0004]
When the article storage device 101 is not used, a plurality of article storage devices 101 folded in an L shape as described above are nested as shown in FIG. Can be stored. Further, as shown in FIGS. 22 and 24, each wheel 106 is attached to the lower end of each panel body 102, 103, 104 via a wheel attachment seat 107.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above conventional format, when the article storage device 101 is folded as shown by the solid line in FIG. 22, it is folded when it is moved through the front and rear wheels 106 or when it is nested as shown in FIG. There is a problem that the side panel body 102 on the right side that has been opened opens carelessly in the Q direction as indicated by a virtual line in FIG.
[0006]
Further, when the article storage device 101 is folded and moved in an L shape in plan view, as shown in FIG. 24, the wheel mounting seat 107 at the lower front portion of the right side panel body 102 and the lower end portion of the back panel body 103 are provided. Interfere with each other due to vibration during movement, and noise is generated.
Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-282667 describes a pair of left and right locking devices for fixing the base panel body to the lower end portions of the left and right side panel bodies in a state where the base panel body is laid down and the article storage device is assembled. ing. These locking devices are of the saddle type in which an operating tool is operated from a penetrating portion formed in the base panel body. According to this, the lock device can be locked and unlocked by the operator operating the operation tool from the penetrating part, but the operation tool and the penetrating part are small, and there is a problem that the operation is difficult to perform. .
[0007]
The present invention prevents the folded opposing member (side panel body) from opening carelessly, and further reduces noise generated when moving in a folded state. An object of the present invention is to provide an article storage device that can easily lock and unlock a bottom member (base panel body).
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the article storage device according to the first aspect of the present invention, a pair of opposing members and adjacent members adjacent to each other are arranged in a gate shape in plan view, and these opposing members And a bottom member is provided in a horizontal state between the lower part of the adjacent member,
The bottom member can be flipped up from a horizontal state and folded up to either the adjacent member side or the opposing member side in an upright state, and at least one of the pair of opposing members is horizontally rotated and assembled. An article storage tool that can be folded from the position to the adjacent member side,
Inserted under one of the opposing members, inserted under the adjacent member when the one opposing member is folded, and horizontally removed from below the adjacent member when the one opposing member is rotated to the assembly position. Members are provided,
In the folded state, the one opposing member is locked to the adjacent member side. And preventing contact between the adjacent member and the insertion member.Locking means is provided.
[0009]
According to this, when the bottom member and one opposing member are folded, the one opposing member is locked to the adjacent member side by the locking means, so that the folded opposing member opens carelessly. This can be prevented. In addition, the insertion member and the adjacent member do not come into contact with each other and interfere with each other, thereby reducing noise.
[0010]
In the article storage device according to the second aspect of the present invention, a pair of opposing members and adjacent members adjacent to each other are arranged in a gate shape in plan view. A bottom member is provided in a horizontal state between the lower parts,
The bottom member can be flipped up from a horizontal state and folded up to either the adjacent member side or the opposing member side in an upright state, and at least one of the pair of opposing members is horizontally rotated and assembled. An article storage tool that can be folded from the position to the adjacent member side,
Inserted under one of the opposing members, inserted under the adjacent member when the one opposing member is folded, and horizontally removed from below the adjacent member when the one opposing member is rotated to the assembly position. Members are provided,
In the folded state, a locking means for locking the one opposing member to the adjacent member side is provided,
As the locking means, at the time of folding, a locking member sandwiched between the insertion member and the lower end of the adjacent member and press-contacted is provided on either the insertion member or the lower end of the adjacent member,
When one of the opposing members is horizontally rotated from the folding position to the assembly position, the locking member is separated from either the insertion member or the lower end of the adjacent member.
[0011]
According to this, when one of the opposing members is folded, the insertion member is inserted below the adjacent member, and the locking member is sandwiched between the insertion member and the lower end of the adjacent member to be pressed. Thereby, since one opposing member is locked by the predetermined force on the adjacent member side by the frictional resistance of the locking member, the folded opposing member can be prevented from opening carelessly.
[0012]
Further, when one opposing member is rotated from the folding position to the assembly position with a force greater than a predetermined force, the insertion member rotates together with the one opposing member and is removed from the lower side of the adjacent member, and the locking member is inserted. Since the member is separated from either the lower end of the adjacent member or the adjacent member, the engagement between the adjacent member and the one opposing member is released. Thereby, the folded article storage tool can be easily assembled.
[0013]
In addition, this book3In the article storage device in the invention, the wheel is attached to the lower part of the pair of opposing members via the wheel attachment member,
The wheel mounting member is used as an insertion member,
A locking member is provided on the wheel mounting member.
According to this, the article storage device can be easily moved via the wheels in a folded state, and at this time, the folded opposing member can be prevented from being opened carelessly. In addition, the wheel mounting member is used for mounting the wheel to the opposing member, and also serves as an insertion member, so that the number of parts can be reduced.
[0014]
In addition, this book4In the article storage device in the invention, the locking member is formed of a vibration isolating material.
According to this, when one of the opposing members is folded, the locking member is sandwiched between the insertion member and the lower end of the adjacent member and is brought into pressure contact therewith. Thereby, since one opposing member is latched by the adjacent member side via a latching member, it can prevent that the folded opposing member opens carelessly. At this time, since the locking member is formed of a vibration-proof material, when the article storage tool is moved in a folded state, the energy of vibration generated in the folded opposing member and the adjacent member is Furthermore, since the locking member is sandwiched between the insertion member and the lower end of the adjacent member, the insertion member and the lower end of the adjacent member do not contact and interfere with each other. Thereby, noise can be reduced.
[0015]
In addition, this book5The article storage tool in the invention is:A pair of opposing members facing each other and an adjacent member adjacent between these opposing members are arranged in a gate shape in plan view, and a bottom member is provided in a horizontal state between the lower portions of these opposing members and adjacent members,
The bottom member can be flipped up from a horizontal state and folded up to either the adjacent member side or the opposing member side in an upright state, and at least one of the pair of opposing members is horizontally rotated and assembled. An article storage tool that can be folded from the position to the adjacent member side,
The lower end of the facing member and the outside of the front end portion are formed in an arc shape,
Locking means for locking the one opposing member to the adjacent member side in the folded state is provided.
according to this,When the bottom member and one opposing member are folded, one opposing member is locked to the adjacent member side by the locking means, so that the folded opposing member is prevented from being inadvertently opened. obtain. Also,Since the outer side of the lower end and the front end portion of the facing member is not squared and is formed in an arc shape, it is possible to prevent the store interior from being damaged when the article storage device is moved.
[0016]
In addition, this book6The article storage tool in the invention is:The bottom member is folded to the adjacent member side, and one of the pair of opposed members is folded from the assembly position to the adjacent member side so that it can be folded into an L shape in plan view. is there.
According to this, when nesting a plurality of article storage devices folded in an L shape, it is possible to prevent one of the folded opposing members from opening carelessly.
[0017]
Further, the article storage tool in the seventh invention is provided with a fixing device for fixing the bottom member to at least one of the opposing members in a horizontal state,
The fixing device includes an engaging body and an engaged body that are detachable from each other,
One of the engaging body and the engaged body is provided on the opposing member, and the other is provided on the bottom member,
By engaging at least one of the opposing members horizontally, the engagement body and the engaged body can be engaged and disengaged.
According to this, the engagement body and the engaged body can be engaged and disengaged by horizontally rotating at least one of the opposing members with respect to the bottom member in the horizontal state. Therefore, the bottom member can be easily locked and unlocked.
In the article storage device according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, one of the opposing members is horizontally rotated, so that the engaging body is brought into a locked position for engaging with the engaged body and a unlocking position for retracting from the engaged body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.

As indicated by the solid line, the article storage tool is folded into an L shape in plan view.
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a rod-shaped connecting rod 20 is attached to the front end of the frame 6 of the left member 2 so as to be suspended. The front end portion of the connecting rod 20 is removably locked to a locked portion 21 provided at the front end of the frame frame 6 of the right member 3. In the state where the right member 3 is rotated to the assembly position C and is opposed to the left member 2, the distance between the left and right side members 2, 3 is increased by locking the tip of the connecting rod 20 to the locked portion 21. Held constant.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, front wheel devices 23 a and 23 b are provided on the lower surfaces of the front portions of the lower horizontal frames 7 of the left and right side members 2 and 3, respectively. Rear wheel devices 24a and 24b are provided on the lower surfaces of the left and right ends of the frame 12, respectively.
Each of the front and rear wheel devices 23 a, 23 b, 24 a, and 24 b includes a freely rotatable wheel 25 and a wheel mounting seat 26 for mounting the wheel 25. The wheel mounting seat 26 is an example of a wheel mounting member.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a plurality of bolt holes 27 are formed in each wheel mounting seat 26. 6 and 9, one of the through holes 28 formed in the lower horizontal frame 7 of the right member 3 and the bolt holes 27 of the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a. The right front wheel device 23 a is attached to the right member 3 by inserting the screw body 29 into the bolt hole 27 of the portion and fastening with the nut 30. A shim plate 31 is inserted between the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23 a and the lower horizontal frame 7 of the right member 3, and the screw body 29 penetrates the shim plate 31.
[0025]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the left front wheel device 23b is also attached to the left member 2 with the same configuration, and both the rear wheel devices 24a and 24b are also attached to the rear member 4 with the same configuration. The wheel devices 23a, 23b, 24a, and 24b are all unified in the same shape, and are used with their orientations changed depending on the mounting location.
[0026]
The wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a is used as an insertion member, and when the right member 3 is rotated to the folding position D as shown in FIGS. When the right side member 3 is rotated to the assembly position C, the lower side frame 12 of the rear member 4 is removed from the lower side to the front side.
[0027]
The wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a has a wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a and a lower horizontal frame 12 of the rear member 4 when the right member 3 is rotated to the folding position D. A locking member 34 that is sandwiched between and pressed against each other is provided. The locking member 34 corresponds to locking means for locking the right member 3 to the rear member 4 side at the folding position D, and as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 9, the right member 3 is folded. When rotating from D to the assembly position C, the rear member 4 moves away from the lower surface of the lower horizontal frame 12 forward.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 6-9, the said locking member 34 is shape | molded with the rubber | gum which is an example of a vibration isolator, The locking part main body 35 abutted on the upper surface of the wheel mounting seat 26, and the said It is composed of a pair of left and right fitting projections 36 that can be fitted into and removed from the bolt holes 27. The locking part main body 35 is formed in a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction, and a pair of left and right that gently slopes downward from the central part in the long side direction to both end parts in the long side direction on the upper surface of the locking part body 35 An inclined surface 37 is formed. Further, the peripheral edge portion of the locking portion main body 35 is chamfered obliquely.
[0029]
Each of the protrusions 36 has a cylindrical body 38 at the top and a frustum-shaped retaining part 39 at the bottom. The diameter of the retaining portion 39 increases toward the upper side, and the diameter of the upper end portion of the retaining portion 39 is formed larger than the diameter of the body portion 38 and the diameter of the bolt hole 27. The two protrusions 36 are the remaining unused bolt holes 27 of the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a (that is, the leftmost inner position 2 exposed to the left inner side of the lower horizontal frame 7 of the right member 3). The locking member 34 is attached to the left rear portion of the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a.
[0030]
The operation of the above configuration will be described below.
When the article storage tool 1 is folded, first, the distal end portion of the connecting rod 20 is removed upward from the locked portion 21, and then both the fixing devices 19 are operated to turn the bottom member 5 on the sideways position B. Release the fixing at. Thereafter, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 1, the bottom member 5 is rotated from the lateral position B to the standing position A and overlapped with the front surface of the rear member 4.
[0031]
Then, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 4, the right side member 3 is horizontally rotated from the assembly position C to the folding position D so as to be along the front side of the rear member 4, whereby the article storage tool 1 is L in a plan view. Fold into shape. As described above, when the right side member 3 is folded to the folding position D, the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a is inserted below the rear side member 4, and as shown by the solid line in FIG. The locking portion main body 35 of the locking member 34 is sandwiched between the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a and the lower horizontal frame 12 of the rear member 4, and is pressed against the lower surface of the lower horizontal frame 12. The
[0032]
Thereby, the right side member 3 is locked to the lower horizontal frame 12 of the rear side member 4 with a predetermined force by the frictional resistance of the locking portion main body 35, and therefore the folded right side member 3 is carelessly moved forward. It can prevent opening. Therefore, the article storage tool 1 can be easily moved via the plurality of wheel device devices 23a, 23b, 24a, 24b in a folded state.
[0033]
Further, since the locking member 34 is formed of elastic rubber, the energy of vibration generated in the right side member 3 and the rear side member 4 when the folded article storage tool 1 is moved is the locking member 34. Absorbed. Further, since the locking portion main body 35 of the locking member 34 is sandwiched between the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a and the lower end of the rear member 4, the wheel mounting seat 26 and the rear side are arranged. The lower end of the member 4 does not contact and interfere with each other. From these things, the noise which generate | occur | produces when moving the folded article storage tool 1 can be reduced.
[0034]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, by nesting a plurality of article storage devices 1 folded in an L shape, a large number of article storage devices 1 can be stored in a narrow space. Since the right member 3 of the article storage tool 1 does not open forward inadvertently, nesting can be easily performed.
When the folded article storage tool 1 is assembled, first, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 4, the right member 3 is rotated from the folding position D toward the assembly position C with a predetermined force or more. 9, the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a is rotated together with the right member 3 to be removed from the lower side of the rear member 4 to the front, and as shown in FIG. Since the locking portion main body 35 is separated forward from the lower surface of the lower horizontal frame 12 of the rear member 4, the locking between the rear member 4 and the right member 3 is released.
[0035]
After the right member 3 is rotated to the assembly position C in this way, the bottom member 5 is rotated from the standing position A to the lateral position B as shown by the solid line in FIG. Then, the bottom member 5 is fixed to the sideways position B. And the article | item storage tool 1 is assembled by latching the front-end | tip part of the connecting rod 20 to the to-be-latched part 21. FIG.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 8, since the inclined surface 37 is formed in the upper surface of the latching | locking part main body 35 of the said latching member 34, when the articles | goods storage tool 1 is folded, it shows with the continuous line of FIG. As described above, due to the wedge effect by the inclined surface 37, the locking portion main body 35 can be firmly bitten into the lower surface of the lower horizontal frame 12 of the rear member 4. Further, when assembling the article storage device 1, the locking portion main body 35 can be easily pulled out forward from the lower surface of the lower horizontal frame 12 of the rear member 4 with a predetermined force or more.
[0036]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the attachment of the locking member 34 can be easily performed with one touch by fitting both protrusions 36 into the bolt holes 27 of the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a from above. . At this time, as shown in FIG. 9, the body portions 38 of both protrusions 36 are inserted into the bolt holes 27, and are prevented from coming off upward by the retaining portions 39.
[0037]
Further, the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a is used for mounting the wheel 25 to the right member 3, and also serves as two types of applications such as being used as an insertion member provided with a locking member 34. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, since the remaining bolt holes 27 of the wheel mounting seats 26 are used for mounting the locking members 34, in addition to the bolt holes 27, special holes for mounting the locking members are used. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0038]
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, since the right member 3 is configured to be foldable, the locking member 34 is provided on the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a. 2 may be configured to be foldable, and the locking member 34 may be provided on the wheel mounting seat 26 of the left front wheel device 23b.
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, when folded, the insertion member inserted below the lower horizontal frame 12 of the rear member 4 is also used as the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a. However, apart from the wheel mounting seat 26, the insertion member may be provided on the lower horizontal frame 7 of the right member 3, and the locking member 34 may be provided on the insertion member.
[0039]
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the locking member 34 is attached by fitting the protruding portion 36 into the bolt hole 27, but the protruding portion 36 is not provided and the locking portion main body 35 is attached. You may fasten and attach to the wheel mounting seat 26 with fasteners, such as a volt | bolt and a nut.
In the above embodiment, the two protrusions 36 are provided on the locking portion main body 35, but three or more or a single protrusion may be provided.
[0040]
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the locking member 34 is provided on the wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23 a, but it may be provided on the lower surface of the lower horizontal frame 12 of the rear member 4. Good.
In the above embodiment, the locking member 34 is molded from rubber, but may be molded from an elastic material other than rubber or a synthetic resin such as plastic.
[0041]
In the above embodiment, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 1, the bottom member 5 is configured to be foldable to the front side of the rear member 4, but to the inner surface side of either the left or right side members 2, 3. You may comprise so that folding is possible.
In the above embodiment, each of the side members 2, 3, and 4 has a lattice structure, but may be a plate structure or a mesh structure.
[0042]
The second embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
As shown in FIG. 1, the frame frames 6 of the left and right members 2, 3 are respectively a pair of front and rear round pipe-like vertical struts 6 a, 6 b and upper portions provided between the upper portions of these vertical struts 6 a, 6 b. It is comprised with the horizontal frame 6c. And as shown to (a), (b) of FIG. 11, the outer side of the front-end part of the said lower horizontal frame 7 is formed in the circular arc-shaped surface 45 along the vertical support | pillar 6a of the said front part. 11A is a plan view of the front end portion of the lower horizontal frame 7 before welding the front vertical strut 6a, and FIG. 11B is a view after welding the front vertical strut 6a. It is a top view of the front-end part of the lower horizontal frame 7 of.
[0043]
According to this, even when the article storage tool 1 is moved, even if the outer front end portion of the lower horizontal frame 7 is in contact with the store interior, the outer front end portion of the lower horizontal frame 7 is not square and the arcuate surface 45. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the store interior from being damaged.
In the second embodiment, the lower end of the front vertical column 6a is mounted on the upper surface of the front end portion of the lower horizontal frame 7 and welded. However, as a modification (third embodiment), FIG. 12 (a) and 12 (b), an arc-shaped notch 46 is formed at the front end of the lower horizontal frame 7, and the lower end of the front vertical column 6a is inserted into the notch 46 for welding. May be. 12A is a plan view of the front end portion of the lower horizontal frame 7 before welding the front vertical strut 6a, and FIG. 12B is a view after welding the front vertical strut 6a. It is a top view of the front-end part of the lower horizontal frame 7 of.
[0044]
Further, as a fourth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B, a pad 47 made of an elastic material such as rubber may be attached. That is, a through hole 48 having the same diameter as the inner diameter of the front vertical column 6 a is formed at the front end of the lower horizontal frame 7, and the through hole 48 and the front vertical column are formed above the pad 47. An insertion portion 49 that can be inserted into the lower end of 6a is formed, and a large-diameter portion 50 that is larger than the diameter of the insertion portion 49 is formed in the lower portion.
[0045]
When the insertion portion 49 is inserted from the through hole 48 into the lower end portion of the front vertical column 6a and the pad 47 is attached, the large diameter portion 50 protrudes outward from the outer front end portion of the lower horizontal frame 7. It is configured as follows. This prevents the outer side of the front end of the lower horizontal frame 7 from coming into contact with the store interior when the article storage tool 1 is being moved. Instead, the outer peripheral surface of the large-diameter portion 50 contacts the store interior. Will do. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the store interior from being damaged.
[0046]

Hereinafter, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
[0050]
In the state where the left and right members 2 and 3 are horizontally rotated to the assembly position C and the article storage device 1 is assembled, the engagement piece 66 is engaged at the locked position R as shown in FIGS. Projecting upward. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 16, even if the bottom member 5 tries to jump upward from the sideways position B, the engaged body 62 engages with the engagement piece 66 from below, so that the bottom member 5 jumps up. Is prevented, and the bottom member 5 is locked in the sideways position B.
[0051]
Further, when the bottom member 5 is folded from the lateral position B to the standing position A, after the distal end portion of the connecting rod 20 is removed from the locked portion 21, as shown in FIG. The bottom member 5 is lifted slightly upward from the lateral position B until the upper surface comes into contact with the lower surface of the engagement piece 66. Thereby, the engaged body 62 is positioned higher than the restricting member 68. In this state, as shown in the solid line of FIG. 17 and FIG. 18, the left and right members 2 and 3 are slightly horizontally rotated inwardly to the left and right, whereby the engagement piece 66 is moved from the lock position R to the unlock position. It moves to U, the engagement piece 66 retracts from the upper side of the engaged body 62 in the lateral direction, and the lock of the bottom member 5 is released.
[0052]
At this time, the engaged body 62 is located above the restricting member 68, and in this state, the bottom member 5 is flipped upward to rotate, so that the rising plate portion 65 of the left and right fixing devices 59 and The engaging piece 66 is withdrawn downward from both openings 67, and the bottom member 5 is folded to the standing position A.
In addition, the bottom member 5 can be locked to the sideways position B by a procedure reverse to the unlocking described above. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, in the state where the bottom member 5 is locked in the sideways position B, the engaged body 62 is caught between the rising plate portion 65 and the regulating member 68, so that the left and right sides The members 2 and 3 are not horizontally moved to the left and right inward, and the engaging piece 66 is not moved carelessly to the unlocking position U. Therefore, from the state where the bottom member 5 is locked to the sideways position B. It is possible to prevent an inadvertent transition to the unlocked state due to vibration or the like.
[0053]
In addition, by assembling the article storage device 1 and locking the distal end portion of the connecting rod 20 to the locked portion 21, the distance between the left and right side members 2 and 3 is fixed.
As described above, the engagement body 61 and the engaged body 62 can be engaged and disengaged by slightly rotating the left and right members 2 and 3 with respect to the bottom member 5 at the sideways position B. The operator can easily and quickly perform the operation of locking and unlocking the bottom member 5.
[0054]
In the above embodiment, a pair of fixing devices 59 are provided on the left and right, but only one of the left and right may be provided.

[0055]
Next, as a sixth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, there is one provided with a pair of right and left fixing devices 80 of a type different from the fixing devices 19 and 59 described above.
As shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the bottom member 5 is made of resin, and has a rectangular upper plate portion 81 and an end portion reinforcing member 82 (see FIG. 20) suspended downward from the peripheral edge of the upper plate portion 81. Rib) and an intermediate portion reinforcing member 83 (rib) provided on the back side of the upper plate portion 81 and positioned on the inner side of the end portion reinforcing member 82. As shown in FIG. 1, the left member 2 is configured to be horizontally rotatable around the left rear longitudinal axis 60 in the same manner as the right member 3.
[0056]
Each of the fixing devices 80 includes an engaging body 84 and an engaged hole 85 (an example of an engaged body) that are detachable from each other. Of these, the engaged hole 85 is formed in the left and right end reinforcing members 82 of the bottom member 5 and penetrates the end reinforcing member 82 in the left-right direction.
The engaging body 84 is sandwiched between the front lower surface of each lower lateral frame 7 of the left and right members 2 and 3 and the wheel mounting seats 26 of the front wheel devices 23a and 23b, and a plurality of screw bodies. Attached to the lower horizontal frames 7 of the left and right side members 2 and 3 together with the front wheel devices 23a and 23b via 29 and nuts 30. The wheel mounting seat 26 of the right front wheel device 23a is provided with a locking member 34 as in the first embodiment described above.
[0057]
The engaging body 84 is sandwiched between the lower lateral frame 7 and the wheel mounting seat 26 and fastened with a screw body 29 and a nut 30, and from the left and right inner ends of the mounting plate section 87. The rising plate portion 88 is raised upward, and the engagement piece 89 is bent from the upper end of the rising plate portion 88 to the left and right sides and obliquely downward.
Moreover, the opening part 90 opened up and down is formed in the front end of the said bottom member 5, and both right-and-left both ends, and when the bottom member 5 is rotated to the sideways position B, the said raising board part 88 and The engaging piece 89 is configured to be inserted into the opening 90 from below.
[0058]
With the rising plate portion 88 inserted into the opening 90, the left and right members 2 and 3 are rotated horizontally, whereby the engagement piece 89 is inserted into the engaged hole 85 shown in FIG. 21 is configured to be horizontally movable to a lock position R and a lock release position U that is removed from the engaged hole 85 shown in FIG. 21 in the lateral direction.
Hereinafter, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
[0059]
In the state in which the left and right members 2 and 3 are horizontally rotated to the assembly position C and the article storage device 1 is assembled, the engagement piece 89 is inserted into the engaged hole 85 at the lock position R as shown in FIG. Has been. Thereby, even if the bottom member 5 tries to jump upward from the sideways position B, the engagement piece 89 is engaged with the engaged hole 85, so that the bottom member 5 is prevented from jumping up, and the bottom member 5 5 is locked in the sideways position B.
[0060]
Further, when the bottom member 5 is folded from the sideways position B to the standing position A, after the distal end portion of the connecting rod 20 is removed from the locked portion 21, as shown by the solid line in FIG. By slightly rotating the right members 2 and 3 horizontally to the left and right, the engagement piece 89 moves from the lock position R to the lock release position U, and is removed from the engaged hole 85 in the lateral direction. Thus, the lock of the bottom member 5 is released.
[0061]
In this state, the bottom member 5 is flipped upward and rotated, whereby the rising plate portion 88 and the engagement piece 89 of the left and right fixing devices 80 are removed from both openings 90 downward, and the bottom member 5 is folded to the standing position A.
Note that the bottom member 5 can be locked in the sideways position B as shown in FIG. Further, by assembling the article storage device 1 and locking the distal end portion of the connecting rod 20 to the locked portion 21, the distance between the left and right side members 2 and 3 is fixed, so the left and right side members 2 , 3 are horizontally rotated inwardly to the left and right, and the engagement piece 89 is not moved inadvertently to the unlocking position U. Therefore, the vibration from the state in which the bottom member 5 is locked to the sideways position B is prevented. For example, it is possible to prevent inadvertent transition to the unlocked state.
[0062]
As described above, the engagement piece 89 and the engagement hole 85 can be engaged and disengaged only by slightly rotating the left and right members 2 and 3 horizontally with respect to the bottom member 5 in the sideways position B. Since it can do, the operator can perform the operation of locking and unlocking the bottom member 5 easily and quickly in a standing posture.
In the above embodiment, a pair of right and left fixing devices 80 are provided, but only one of the left and right may be provided.

As described above, according to the first invention, when the bottom member and the one opposing member are folded, the one opposing member is locked to the adjacent member side by the locking means, so that it is folded. It is possible to prevent the facing member from opening carelessly. In addition, the insertion member and the adjacent member do not come into contact with each other and interfere with each other, thereby reducing noise.
[0064]
In addition, this book2According to the present invention, when one of the opposing members is folded, the insertion member is inserted below the adjacent member, and the locking member is sandwiched between the insertion member and the lower end of the adjacent member and pressed. Thereby, since one opposing member is locked by the predetermined force on the adjacent member side by the frictional resistance of the locking member, the folded opposing member can be prevented from opening carelessly.
[0065]
Further, when one opposing member is rotated from the folding position to the assembly position with a force greater than a predetermined force, the insertion member rotates together with the one opposing member and is removed from the lower side of the adjacent member, and the locking member is inserted. Since the member is separated from either the lower end of the adjacent member or the adjacent member, the engagement between the adjacent member and the one opposing member is released. Thereby, the folded article storage tool can be easily assembled.
[0066]
In addition, this book3According to the invention, the article storage device can be easily moved via the wheels in a folded state, and at this time, the folded opposing member can be prevented from being opened carelessly. In addition, the wheel mounting member is used for mounting the wheel to the opposing member, and also serves as an insertion member, so that the number of parts can be reduced.
[0067]
In addition, this book4According to the invention, when one of the opposing members is folded, the one opposing member is locked to the adjacent member side via the locking member, so that the folded opposing member opens carelessly. Can be prevented. Thereby, noise can be reduced effectively.
[0068]
In addition, this book5According to the inventionWhen the bottom member and one opposing member are folded, one opposing member is locked to the adjacent member side by the locking means, so that the folded opposing member is prevented from being inadvertently opened. obtain. Also,Since the outer side of the lower end and the front end portion of the facing member is not squared and is formed in an arc shape, it is possible to prevent the store interior from being damaged when the article storage device is moved.
Further, according to the sixth aspect of the invention, when nesting a plurality of article storage devices folded into an L shape, it is possible to prevent one of the folded opposing members from opening carelessly. Can be done easily.
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the engaging body and the engaged body can be engaged and disengaged by horizontally rotating at least one of the opposing members with respect to the bottom member in the horizontal state. Therefore, the bottom member can be easily locked and unlocked.
Further, according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the state where the bottom member is locked from being inadvertently shifted to the unlocked state due to vibration or the like.
