Description

【0001】

[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-38720 (see FIGS. 1 to 4)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, since the coupling metal is located on the inside of the board, in order to securely lock the coupling metal to the latch by standing on the outer surface side of the board, the face is inward from the upper end of the board. It was necessary to protrude and look at the connecting bracket, and depending on the size of the board, it was very difficult to perform the locking operation. In addition, after the locking operation is completed, putting the hand below the floor and grasping the operation lever to perform the swinging operation is very troublesome work, and the board mounting work becomes troublesome work. It was.
In addition to the connecting bracket, rod, and operating lever, the shaft and operating lever that interlocks the rod and the operating lever are swung to pass the rod through the through hole and to be retracted into the connecting bracket. There is also a disadvantage that a rotating support shaft that is freely supported is required and the board mounting structure becomes complicated.
[0005]
In view of the above situation, the present invention intends to provide a board mounting structure in a bed that can easily and quickly perform a board mounting operation with a simple configuration.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides a pair of front and rear that sandwich a board from at least one of a front end and a rear end of a support frame for placing and supporting a floor from the front and rear direction. A vertical U-shaped receiving member comprising a vertical wall portion and a bottom portion for placing and supporting the bottom surface of the board is provided in a state in which the receiving portion protrudes outwardly in the front-rear direction from the supporting frame. On the inner surface of the vertical wall portion located on the outer side of the board, a locking portion that can be locked to the locked portion provided on the outer surface of the board that is placed and supported by the receiving member is separated from the board. Provided in a state where it is located at the unlocking position, and the vertical wall portion located at the unlocking position is moved to the board side so that the locking part is locked to the locked part of the board The operation tool is provided on the receiver or the board.
When the board is attached to the bed, the board is placed and supported on the bottom with the pair of front and rear vertical walls sandwiched from the front and rear by inserting it into the support provided on one end of the support frame. It will be in the state. After this, the vertical wall portion provided on the locked portion provided on the outer surface of the board is moved to the board side by moving the vertical wall portion located at the lock release position with the operation tool to the board side. The board can be fixed and attached (attached) to the bed by locking the part. By returning the operation tool to the unlocking position, the locking is released and the board can be removed.
Since the receiver is in a state of protruding to the outer side in the front-rear direction from the support frame, the receiver can be easily visually recognized with the board standing on the outer surface side of the board. When inserting the board, there is no need to change the posture as in the prior art.
[0007]
The operation tool is attached to the receiving tool or the board so as to be swingable around a horizontal axis, and the operation tool is operated to swing, thereby being positioned on the outer side by a pressing portion provided in the operation tool. A locked state in which the vertical wall portion is pressed inward to press the locking portion of the vertical wall portion against the locked portion, and the pressing of the vertical wall portion by the pressing portion is released to the locked It is configured to be switchable to an unlocking state in which the locking portion locked to the locking portion is returned to the locking release position.
By configuring as described above, simply by swinging the operation tool, the locking portion is pressed against the locked portion to be in a locked state, or the pressed state is released to be in the unlocked state. This eliminates the need for an interlocking structure between the operating tool and the vertical wall.
[0008]
On the pair of front and rear vertical wall portions of the receiver, a substantially middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the band plate-like member is folded back to form a substantially U shape in side view, and the member formed in the U shape A through-hole is formed through which a mounting bracket having a folded portion whose both ends are further folded outward can be inserted from the tip of the folded portion, and the mounting bracket is provided on the swing support shaft provided in the operation tool. A holding part for holding the folded part of the tip part on the vertical wall part located on the inner side after the front part of the mounting bracket is inserted through the pair of front and rear through holes in a state where the attachment part is held When the board is inserted into the receiving tool from above, a concave portion in the vertical direction is formed in the board to allow the mounting bracket to pass between the pair of front and rear vertical wall portions.
By adopting the above configuration, the mounting bracket for mounting the operating tool to the receiving tool is also used as a guide member for guiding the position of the board in the left-right direction when the recess (notch) of the board is inserted into the receiving tool. can do. In particular, by setting the width in the left-right direction of the recess to be slightly larger than the left-right width of the mounting bracket, there is an advantage that the mounting bracket can easily function as a guide member. And since it becomes the structure which connects a pair of front and back vertical wall parts with an attachment metal fitting, it also becomes a reinforcement member which raises the intensity | strength of a receiver.
[0009]
The pair of front and rear vertical wall portions enter the outer peripheral edges of the recesses on both the front and back surfaces of the board to form a groove portion in which the outer surface of the vertical wall portion and the outer surface of the board are substantially flush with each other. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a bed that is long in the front-rear direction. This bed includes a fixed frame 2 having a grounding portion 1 at each of four corners at the front and rear ends, and a pair of front and rear link mechanisms 3, 3, a support frame 4 that can be moved up and down via 3, a headboard 5 and a footboard 6 that are respectively mounted in a standing posture on the front and rear ends of the support frame 4, and are placed and supported on the upper surface of the support frame 4. The floor portion 11 is provided. Here, the support frame 4 can be raised and lowered, but may be one that cannot be raised and lowered. Although FIG. 1 shows the head board 5 and the foot board 6 provided, the bed may be provided with only one of the boards.
[0012]
The floor 11 is configured to be able to undulate around a horizontal axis center from the front side in the front-rear direction (headboard 5 side) to the rear end side, and can be undulated around a horizontal axis core on the front side. The constructed knee floor 9 is pivotally connected to the rear end of the knee floor 9, and the front end rises due to the undulation of the knee floor 9 and cooperates with the knee floor 9 so as to be substantially flat in a side view. Although it is arranged in order of the leg floor 10 configured so that the posture can be changed, it may be configured by one floor, two floors, three floors, or five or more floors. In FIG. 1, only the leg floor 10 is illustrated as a net made of a metal rod-like member disposed on the frame at predetermined intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions. Similarly, the back floor 7, the seat floor 8, and the knee floor 9 are also provided with nets. Further, instead of the mesh body, a plate-like member may be provided on the frame, or a plurality of rectangular or cylindrical pipes may be provided on the frame.
[0013]
A configuration for attaching the footboard 6 to the support frame 4 will be described. Since the bed board 7 has the same mounting structure, the description is omitted.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, when viewed from the side, each of the left and right frame parts 12, 13 extending in the front-rear direction of the bed located on the rear side of the support frame 4 is substantially L-shaped. A bottom part for mounting and supporting a pair of front and rear vertical wall parts 14A, 14B and a bottom face 6C of the footboard 6 sandwiching two specific positions in the left-right direction of the footboard 6 from the front-rear direction on the fixing bracket 15 (which may be omitted) 14C is a substantially U-shaped side view, and is made of a metal (which may be a synthetic resin or the like as long as it has a restoring force) and protrudes outward in the front-rear direction from the support frame 4. It is fixed in the state to do. As a locked portion provided on the outer surface of the footboard 6 mounted and supported on the receiving device 14 at the upper end portion of the inner surface of the vertical wall portion 14B located on the outer side of the receiving device 14. A horizontally long projecting portion 17 is bulged inward as a locking portion that can be locked to the horizontally long concave portion 16. By integrally forming the protruding portion 17 in this way, it is advantageous in reducing the number of members and in the assembling work surface. However, the protruding portion 17 is constituted by another member, and the protruding portion 17 is formed on the inner surface of the vertical wall portion 14B. It may be fixed to.
A state in which the upper end portion 14T of the vertical wall portion 14B on which the protruding portion 17 is formed is bent in an inclined posture located on the back side (outward side) on the bed toward the upper end side, and the foot board 6 is inserted into the support 14 That is, in a state where no external force is applied to the vertical wall portion 14 </ b> B, the projecting portion 17 is configured to be located at an unlocking position separated from the foot board 6. 2 shown in FIG. 2 is a connecting frame for connecting the ends of the left and right frame parts 12 and 13.
[0014]
A pair of left and right recesses (notches) formed by moving the vertical wall portion 14B located at the unlocking position to the footboard 6 side so that the protruding portion 17 is formed upward from the lower surface of the footboard 6. The receiving tool 14 is provided with an operating tool 18 for locking to each of 16 and 16. Here, by supporting the footboard 6 with the two receiving devices 14 and 14 provided in the left-right direction, the footboard 6 can be supported stably while suppressing an increase in the number of members. However, the footboard 6 may be supported more stably at three or more locations by providing three or more receiving devices 14, or if the receiving device 14 has a large width, only one foot 14 is provided. The board 6 may be supported.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of a strip-like metal member is formed on the upper portion of the pair of front and rear vertical wall portions 14A and 14B of the receiver 14. A mounting bracket 20 having a folded portion 19 which is folded and formed in a substantially U shape in a side view, and each of both ends of the U shaped member is folded outward is provided on the folded portion side. By forming through-holes 14a and 14b having the same shape and the same size that can be inserted from the tip, and moving the mounting bracket 20 to the left in the figure while maintaining the posture shown in FIG. A pair of front and rear through-holes 14a is obtained by holding the mounting bracket 20 so that the mounting bracket 20 can be hugged to a swing support shaft 18B having a substantially circular cross-sectional shape integrally formed with the mounting bracket 18 and the front ends of the mounting bracket 20 approach each other. , 14b When the hand is released from the mounting bracket 20, a pair of upper and lower portions which are locking holding portions for locking and holding the folded-back portions 19, 19 at the front end portion to the vertical wall portion 14 </ b> A located inside by the restoring force of the mounting bracket 20. Through-holes (may be concave portions) 14c and 14d. Further, when the footboard 6 is inserted and placed on the receiving device 14 from above, the concave portion 6A in the vertical direction for allowing the mounting bracket 20 to pass between the pair of front and rear vertical wall portions 14A, 14B. Are formed on the footboard 6.
[0015]
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 4A, the mounting bracket 20, the operating tool 18, and the receiving tool 14 are arranged, and the mounting bracket 20 is moved to the left as described above to move the swinging support. The lower portion of the mounting bracket 20 is inserted into the opening formed between the shaft 18 </ b> B and the operating tool 18 from the folded portion 19, so that the mounting bracket 20 can be held by the operating tool 18. Subsequently, by holding the mounting bracket 20 so that the tip ends of the mounting bracket 20 are close to each other and inserting the mounting bracket 20 through the pair of front and rear through holes 14a and 14b, by releasing the hand, the restoring force of the mounting bracket 20 Folded portions 19 and 19 at the front end of the mounting bracket 20 are latched and held by a pair of upper and lower through holes 14a and 14b formed in the vertical wall portion 14A located on the inner side, and the operation tool 18 is interposed via the mounting bracket 20. It can be attached to the receiver 14 so as to be swingable around a horizontal axis.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 5, each of the folded portions 19, 19 provided at both ends of the mounting bracket 20 is a straight vertical portion 19A that is bent 90 degrees outward from both ends of the bracket body. And a straight horizontal portion 19B which is bent 90 degrees horizontally from the free end portion of the vertical portion 19A, but is bent in an arc shape outward from both ends of the metal fitting body. May be.
[0017]
The operation tool 18 can be made of other materials such as metal and wood, in addition to being made of synthetic resin. A recess 18A is formed on the back side of the operation tool 18, and the operation tool 18 can be reliably swung by engaging a finger with the recess 18A. It may be configured as follows.
A protrusion 18T that bulges outward from the other outer surface is provided at a specific location on the outer surface of the operating tool 18 near the swinging support shaft 18B. The horizontal posture of FIG. By swinging downward approximately 90 degrees from the top, the posture is changed to the vertical posture shown in FIG. 5, so that the protruding portion 18T presses the vertical wall portion 14B located on the outer side inward and the protruding portion 17 is engaged with the recessed portion 16, and the operation tool 18 is swung upward approximately 90 degrees from this state, so that the protruding portion 18T faces downward, that is, the original horizontal posture. By switching, it is possible to switch to the unlocking state in which the locking of the protrusion 17 to the recess 16 is released. In FIG. 4B, the protrusion 17 is inserted into the recess 16. In this state, when the footboard 6 is moved upward, the protrusion 17 is moved outward at the lower end of the recess 16. It is a state in which the footboard 6 can be easily moved by pressing against the rear side (the back of the bed). The locked state referred to here is a state in which the footboard 6 cannot be moved upward or cannot be moved easily. As shown in FIG. 5, the cross-sectional shape of the protruding portion 17 is substantially arc-shaped as shown in FIG. 5, so that the footboard 6 can be moved upward by pressing the protruding portion 17 against the curved concave portion 16. If the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 17 is substantially rectangular, it is not pressed against the corresponding rectangular recess 16. Sealed to can be a state that can not be moved by the footboard 6 is to be able not state or easily be moved upward.
[0018]
The through holes 14a and 14b shown in FIG. 2 are formed in a rectangular shape, and there is an advantage that the opening area of the hole can be reduced as compared with the case where the through holes 14a and 14b are formed in a circular or elliptical shape. A through hole having a shape other than a rectangular shape may be used.
And by extending the mounting bracket 20 consisting of a pair of upper and lower plates between the two through-holes 14a, 14b, the strength of the receiver 14 can be increased and the end of the mounting bracket 20 in the left-right direction of the bed. The portion is in contact with the left and right wall surfaces constituting the concave portion 16 so that the footboard 6 can be easily aligned in the left-right direction with respect to the receiver 14, but as shown in FIG. The mounting bracket 20 may be omitted. It is preferable that the left and right width dimension of the recess 16 is set to be slightly larger than the left and right width of the mounting bracket 20. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4A, 4B, and 5, the position of the upper surface 6B of the recess 16 is set to a state in which the gap just before contacting the upper surface of the mounting bracket 20 is very small. However, a certain amount of gap may exist between the upper surface 6B of the recess 16 and the upper surface of the mounting bracket 20.
Further, in FIG. 6, the swing support shaft 18B of the operation tool 18 is protruded inward in the left-right direction from the inner surfaces of both side walls of the operation tool body, and two swing support shafts 18B and 18B (only the left side is shown in FIG. 6). The guide groove 22A is formed on the lower outer surface of the footboard 6 so that the swing support shafts 18B and 18B of the operation tool 18 can be inserted from above and below to rotate downward. A pair of left and right support brackets 22 and 22 (shown only on the left side in FIG. 6) are provided so that the operation tool 18 can be attached.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, of the front and back surfaces of the footboard 6, the pair of front and rear vertical wall portions 14 </ b> A and 14 </ b> B enter the outer peripheral edge of the recess 16, and the outer surfaces of the vertical wall portions 14 </ b> A and 14 </ b> B Although the groove 6M is formed so that the outer surface of the footboard 6 is substantially flush with the outer surface of the footboard 6, it can be omitted.
