Description

【0001】

[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the present invention applied to a reject stacker device in a postcard bundle creation device that sorts postcards of the same postal code into a predetermined number will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Here, FIG. 1 of the attached drawings is a front view showing a schematic configuration and a control system of a postcard bundle creating apparatus, and FIG. 2 is a state where the postcard starts to enter the stack portion, a state where it collides with the skew plate, and a drop FIG. 3 is a partial vertical sectional view showing a state after the front end of the postcard collides with the skew plate, and FIG. 4 is a state after the front end of the postcard reaches the stack portion. FIG. 5 is a partial vertical cross-sectional view, and FIG. 5 is a partial vertical cross-sectional view showing a state after the upper surface of the postcard has hit the roller.
[0006]
First, a creation device 2 to which the reject stacker device 1 according to the present invention is applied will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the creation device 2 bundles more than a predetermined number of postcards with the same postal code in the postcard a and sends it to a post office with a discount tag. In order to use a discount system, the postcards “a” having the same zip code are divided into predetermined numbers. The preparation device 2 reads the postcards of the postcards a that have been conveyed from the paper supply unit 3 that supplies the postcards a to the conveyance path 4 one by one, and counts the number of postcards a. When the code reader 5, the reject stacker device 1 according to the present invention disposed in the middle of the conveyance path 4, and the postal code read by the code reader 5 are scheduled to be separated, the postcard a is conveyed The stacking and stacking devices 6a and 6b to be stacked, the display post placement devices 7a and 7b for placing the discount cards (not shown) on the stacked post cards a, and a band 8 in the width direction of the post cards a to be stacked. The first banding device 9a, 9b to be bundled, the second banding device 11 to be bundled by bundling the band 10 in the longitudinal direction of the accumulated postcard a, and the reject stacker device 1 or section disposed at the end of the conveying path 4 Comprises stacker apparatus 6a, postcard a which have not been carried into 6b, i.e. a miscellaneous stacker 12 for stacking postcard a postal numbered that were not the carry schedule.
[0007]
Further, the creation device 2 is provided at each of the carry-in portion ends of the reject stacker device 1 and the sorting stacker devices 6a and 6b, and is used for switching between a state where the postcard a moving on the conveyance path 4 is loaded and a state where the postcard a is not carried The guides 13, 14, 15 are connected to the operation parts 13a, 14a, 15a for operating the switching guides 13, 14, 15; the operation parts 13a, 14a, 15a; and the code reader 5. The control part 16 which controls this is provided. The control unit 16 includes an operation unit 17 and a display unit 18. Here, for every predetermined number of postcards a supplied from the paper supply unit 3, a postcard a with a dummy mark is inserted in order to check whether the code reader 5 is operating normally. When the code reader 5 reads the dummy mark, an instruction is output to the operating unit 13a by the control of the control unit 16 so that the postcard a is carried into the reject stacker device 1, and the switching guide member 13 is displaced. Also, the postcard a may contain something that should be handed over without being mailed. In such a case, the control unit 16 causes the code reader 5 to place a pickup mark attached to the postcard a. It is controlled to carry the postcard a into the reject stacker device 1 when it is read.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 1, the reject stacker device 1 according to the present invention is arranged corresponding to a break in the middle of the transport path 4, and is used for transporting the postcard a from the transport path 4 as necessary. It is comprised from the carrying-in part 19 and the box-shaped stack part 20 which accommodates the carried postcard a. The reject stacker device 1 is provided with the dummy mark or pickup mark, and the postcard a detected by the code reader 5 or the occurrence of a jam in the transport path 4 in front of the reject stacker device 1. It is for rejecting and stacking postcards a that have been conveyed after detection.
[0009]
As clearly shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the carry-in part 19 includes a carry-in belt 21 that rises obliquely and connects the cut line of the carry path 4 and the stack part 20, and the carry-in belt 21 on the carry-in path 4 side. The switching guide 13 provided, and a guide piece 22 provided on the upper end side of the carry-in belt 21 and for sending the postcard a into the stack portion 20 in such a manner as to rise obliquely. The guide piece 22 can be oscillated and displaced about the rotation shaft 22a, and can change the entry angle of the postcard a into the stack portion 20. Further, the switching guide 13 enters the transport path 4 in order to carry the postcards a after detection of the dummy mark and the pickup mark by the code reader 5 or the postcards a after the occurrence of the jam from the transport path 4 into the stack unit 20. It is configured to be displaceable so as to be switched between two states: a state in which the postcard a is separated and a state in which the postcard a is separated from the transport path 4 so as to be transported toward the sorting stackers 6a and 6b.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 2, the stack part 20 has a front side part 23, a rear side part 24, both side parts 25, 25 (only one is shown) and an inclined bottom part 26, and is formed in a box shape with the upper part opened. It is. Both side portions 25, 25 are formed higher than the front side portion 23 or the rear side portion 24. The leading edge of the carry-in belt 21 of the carry-in part 19 is positioned at the upper edge of the front side part 23, and the postcard a jumps into the stack part 20 from here.
[0011]
The inside of the rear side portion 24 of the stack portion 20 is inclined so as to raise the tip of the postcard a that has collided after jumping, and the upper end is bent toward the guide piece 22 to raise the postcard a. A skew plate 28 on which a stopper 27 to be blocked is formed, and a roller 29 as a pressing member disposed in the vicinity of the stopper 27 so as to form a predetermined gap between the skew plate 28 and the skew plate 28 are provided. The roller 29 has both ends fixed to the side portions 25 and 25.
[0012]
Next, the operation of the reject stacker device 1 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, first, when a dummy mark or pickup mark is detected by the code reader 5 or occurrence of a jam is detected, the switching guide 13 is in a state of being located in the transport path 4, The postcards “a” conveyed from the paper supply unit 3 are sequentially carried in, and are moved toward the stack unit 20 by the carry-in belt 21. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the postcard a that has jumped out from the upper end of the carry-in belt 21 is guided by the guide piece 22 and jumps obliquely upward in the stack portion 20 (see arrow A). Its tip collides. Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the postcard a that collides with the skew plate 28 slides down along the skew plate 28 whose tip is inclined while falling down (see arrow C). 4 (see arrow B), as shown in FIG. 4, when reaching the intersection point of the upper end of the skew plate 28 and the bent portion, that is, the stopper 27, the lower end side of the postcard a rotates so as to fall down with its momentum ( The upper surface of the postcard a hits the outer surface of the roller 29 as a pressing member. When the postcard a hits the roller 29, as shown in FIG. 5, a rotational force is applied from the surface of the roller 29, which is the reverse of the rotation, with the stopper 27 as a fulcrum (see arrow E), and the gravitational force is reduced by gravity. Fall in a downward position (see arrow F). In this way, the plurality of postcards a jumping into the stack unit 20 falls in a descending state sequentially, and accumulates on the bottom 26 and is stacked.
[0013]
Further, when the code reader 5 reads the postal code scheduled to be sorted, the postcard a is not carried into the reject stacker device 1 but is carried along the conveyance path 4 and carried from the switching guide 14 into the sorting stacker device 6a. Then, a predetermined number of postcards a are accumulated, and after a discount tag is attached by the display tag attachment device 7a, the band 8 is hung in the width direction of the postcard a accumulated by the first strapping device 8a. Here, the number of accumulated postcards a is detected by the code reader 5, but the dummy postcards a are not counted and the picked-up postcards a are counted. When the predetermined number of sheets is accumulated in the sorting stacker device 6a, the postcards a that have been transported through the transport path 4 are blocked from being loaded into the loading path of the stacker device 6a and are transported into the sorting stacker device 6b, where the display tag attachment device is attached. 7b, while being transferred to the first strapping device 9b, the same operations as described above are sequentially performed. Then, the first strapping device 9a, 9b to the second strapping device 11 are ready to be submitted to the post office as a postcard bundle b with the strap 10 in the longitudinal direction. When the pickup postcards a are stacked on the reject stacker device 1, the number of the accumulated postcards a is less than a predetermined number. Control. In this case, an insufficient number of postcards a are inserted into the accumulated postcards a, and the second strap 11 is operated. On the other hand, postcards a whose postal codes are not scheduled to be sorted are carried into the miscellaneous stacker device 12 at the end of the transport path 4 and stacked.
[0014]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the single-sheet paper may be various cards instead of the postcards a, and is not intended for rejection as described above, but the conveyance path. It is good also as an object for a division | stacking stack or a miscellaneous stack by arrange | positioning at 4 terminal. Further, the stopper 27 is not formed by bending the upper end of the skew plate 28, and may be configured by a separate protrusion or the like .
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention described in claim 1 or claim 2 is not only capable of reducing the manufacturing cost because it has a simple configuration, but is suitable for rejecting because it does not require a large installation space. single piece sheet was carried into the stacking unit, when its leading end reaches moves while sliding upwards along the oblique plate stopper, after the lower end side of the single piece sheet is rotated so as to rise upward momentum, b over Because it receives a rotational force that causes the roller surface to slide in the direction opposite to the above rotation using the stopper as a fulcrum, it falls in a stable state of falling and does not jump up or flutter in the stack part. , The effect is that the stacking is neatly arranged in a proper falling state.
