Description

【0001】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a manufacturing system diagram illustrating an embodiment of the present invention.
[0008]
First, in the manufacturing plant A which manufactures the pot 15 for plant growth as an Example, as shown in FIG. 1, the colayan husk as agricultural waste is used as a plant fiber. The collan shell is used as a raw material 10, and a binder (adhesive material) 12 is added to and kneaded into a powdery material 11 obtained by chopping the raw material 10. Then, it is molded by heating under high pressure to obtain a plant growing pot 15. Moreover, as an embodiment, by using yeast as the binder 12, the kneaded product 14 of the raw material 10 is fermented to obtain a fermented product, and the fermented product is molded under high pressure at a high temperature for plant growth. You can get a pot. As the binder 12, in addition to yeast, a paste material, a plant resin material, or the like having good compatibility with plant fibers and high viscosity may be used. In this case, a fermentation process is unnecessary.
[0009]
Furthermore, the pH of the kneaded product 14 is adjusted by adding an appropriate amount of a calcium-containing material 13, for example, a powder of straw fossil, to the kneaded product 14, and the shape retention period of the plant growing pot 15 is increased. For example, it can be adjusted in units of several months. Moreover, it is also possible to use domestic waste as the raw material 10 in addition to industrial waste. For example, the object of the present invention can be achieved even when the industrial waste or the domestic waste is any one of waste materials, rice husks, straw, colayan husks, coffee jars, tea husks, and the like.
[0010]
Next, specific embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.
Agricultural waste colayan husk is used as the raw material 10. The raw material 10 is collected and supplied to the manufacturing plant A. As shown in FIG. 1, the manufacturing plant A includes a first conveyor 20 that moves the raw material 10, a pulverizer 30 that pulverizes the raw material 10 that has been conveyed by the first conveyor 20, and the pulverization. The second conveyor 40 that further conveys the powdery material 11 pulverized by the machine 30, the mixing that mixes the mixture 13 by mixing the binder 12 with the powdery material 11 that has been conveyed by the second conveyor 40. A kneading tank 50, a screw conveyor 60 for screw-conveying the kneaded material 14 kneaded in the mixing / kneading tank 50 in a pipe, and the kneaded material 14 conveyed by the screw conveyor 60 are pressurized under heating. A press machine 70 for molding, and further, if necessary, a third conveyor for further transporting the plant growing pot 15 formed by the press machine 70, and transported by the third conveyor It may be prepared the deburring machine to take the burrs of the plant for growing pot 15 that is to come.
[0011]
In the above plant, when producing agricultural materials such as the plant growing pot 15 or industrial packaging materials, it is only necessary to inspect the product thereafter. For example, when producing tableware. Will inspect products after drying and disinfection.
First, the collan husk that is the raw material 10 is collected and supplied to the manufacturing plant A. It is desirable to make a business contract with a growing farmer when producing products quantitatively in any case, such as when using colayan husk or rice husk.
[0012]
The first conveyor 20 is composed of a loop-shaped belt that is stretched between two pulleys (one of which is rotationally driven by a motor). Moreover, the grinder 30 which grind | pulverizes the raw material 10 conveyed with the 1st conveyor 20 to a powder form consists of a container for a grinding | pulverization, and the rotary cutting blade supplied from this container for a grinding | pulverization, for example. Further, the raw material 10 may be pulverized (chopped) by rotating the rotary cutting blade within a pulverization container for a certain period of time.
Furthermore, the second conveyor 40 that conveys the powdery material 11 is basically the same as the first conveyor 20, but since the conveyed material is a powder, means for preventing the powder from falling from the conveyor. It is necessary to take. Therefore, it is good also as a bucket conveyor instead of a belt conveyor.
[0013]
In the mixing / kneading tank 50, first, yeast as the binder 12 is mixed into the powdery material 11 conveyed by the second conveyor 40. The amount of the yeast mixed is preferably about 100 g per 1 kg of the colayan shell.
At this time, other materials necessary for the yeast to ferment the colayan husk, such as an appropriate amount of water (15% by mass), are added. In addition, although there exist many types of yeast, as long as it is a type which ferments plant fiber and increases the adhesiveness of the powdery material 11 as a result, what kind of yeast may be sufficient. In particular, ascomycetous yeast is desirable.
As a result of fermentation, those that give off a bad odor, those that are not hygienic, those that do not have shape retention after heat molding, etc. are not preferred. However, those that give off a pleasant odor after becoming a product may be preferred. Moreover, you may use the paste material and vegetable resin which adhere | attach a plant fiber simply other than the yeast which performs this fermentation effect | action.
[0014]
The kneading means used as the kneaded product 14 may be a means for striking a hammer, such as a tacked wrinkle, in addition to stirring by a stirrer or kneading with a screw. However, the means for applying the impact is more desirable from the viewpoint of the subsequent binding of the kneaded material 14.
The press 70 forms the kneaded material 14 conveyed by the screw conveyor 60 by pressurizing it under heating in a mold. A press machine is used for pressurization. The degree of pressurization is desirably about 12 to 16 kg / cm 2, and the degree of heating is desirably about 150 ° C. By this press machine, the kneaded material 14 is formed, and the plant growing pot 15 is completed. The details of this forming means are filed by the present applicant as PCT / JP00 / 06279.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As can be understood from the above explanation, according to the present invention, industrial waste made of plant fibers, domestic waste, etc. can be used as resources, and can be used effectively, and also cause environmental pollution. There is no.
