本発明は、天井などから吊るされたワイヤに接続され、スクリーン、額縁、又は棚板などの物品を懸吊支持するワイヤ張装具に関するものである。

従来のワイヤ張装具は、実公平2−16702号や3−118053号公報などに開示されている。これらの公報に開示されたワイヤ張装具は、図示しないが、物品接続用の筒状ケーシングに内筒を嵌入してその内周面上部に上部に向かうほど狭くなるテーパガイドを形成し、内筒および筒状ケーシングにワイヤグリップ体を押し下げばねを介して挿入して筒状ケーシングの開口上部からワイヤグリップ体の頭部を突出させ、ワイヤグリップ体の下部に調整支持ふたを押し上げばねを介して嵌入してワイヤグリップ体を上部に弾圧付勢するとともに、ワイヤグリップ体の周壁の複数の保持孔にはテーパガイド面との接触で内方向に変位してワイヤを拘束するワイヤ拘束球をそれぞれクリアランスを介して嵌入し、筒状ケーシングの開口下部にはふたを螺着するようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のワイヤ張装具は、以上のようにワイヤの接続や物品の支持具合などが考慮されていたが、耐震性については全く考慮されていなかった。したがって、地震などで上下方向に揺れが生じると、ワイヤが簡単に切れ、物品の落下や破損を招くという問題があった。さらに、部品点数が多いので、組み立てや構成が複雑化したり、煩雑化するという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明においては、上記目的を達成するため、筒状ケーシングの上部にワイヤグリップ体の頭部突出用孔を、筒状ケーシングの開口下部にねじ部をそれぞれ設け、ワイヤグリップ体の下部にはばね受けフランジを有する調整ねじを螺合し、筒状ケーシングの内部にワイヤグリップ体を囲繞するスプリングをワイヤグリップ体の調整ねじのばね受けフランジで支承して挿入するとともに、ワイヤグリップ体の頭部を頭部突出用孔から突出させ、筒状ケーシングの下部のねじ部にはフック付き止め螺子を螺合してワイヤグリップ体を支承するようにしている。
なお、フック付き止め螺子を、下部に止め螺子挿入孔を有する係止部付き止め螺子とすることが好ましい。
また、ワイヤグリップ体の頭部に安全キャップを螺合することが望ましい。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
この実施の形態におけるワイヤ張装具は、図1に示すごとく、筒状ケーシング1の上部に頭部突出用孔3を、下部にはねじ部2をそれぞれ設け、ワイヤグリップ体4の下部にはばね受けフランジ16を備えた調整ねじ15を位置させ、筒状ケーシング1に調整ねじ15のばね受けフランジ16を介してスプリング17とワイヤグリップ体4をそれぞれ内蔵するとともに、筒状ケーシング1のねじ部2にはフック付き止め螺子20を着脱自在に螺合するようにしている。

また、請求項2記載の発明によれば、係止部付き止め螺子の止め螺子挿入孔に床係止金具などを必要に応じてセットすることができる。
さらに、請求項3記載の発明によれば、ワイヤがワイヤグリップ体から不意に解除されることがないから、地震の際にも安全である。
