本発明は天井パネルを一時的に仮止めする為の金具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
部屋の天井には天井パネルが取付けられているが、その取付け構造は色々ある。一般には吊り金具を吊りボルトにて所定の高さに吊設し、一定大きさの長方形天井パネルを該吊り金具に取り付けしている。吊り金具は天井パネルの側端部を嵌入するように構成している為に、天井パネルの取付けは一方側からの追い込み式で行われる。従って、このような追い込み式で取り付けした天井パネルは何らかの都合によって、間の一枚を取り外しする場合には不便である。

そこで、従来のような追い込み式ではなくて、いかなる場所からでも天井パネルの取り付け及び取り外しが行い得るように、天井下地桟にネジ止めする構造とすることが出来る。しかし、天井パネルを下地桟にネジ止めする場合には作業員の一人が天井裏に上がってネジ止めする為に、下に別の作業員がいて天井パネルを支えていなくてはならない。

天井パネルを下から支えるにしても何らかの台(脚立)に載った状態で大きな天井パネルを下から押し上げねばならず、労力的にも大変な作業となるのみならず、下で支えた天井パネルの状態が安定しない為に、ネジ止め作業も容易ではない。勿論、安定を失って脚立から落ちることもあり、危険性が伴う。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来の天井パネルの取付けには上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこの問題点であって、ネジ止め構造にて天井パネルを取付けする場合、下で支えることなしに天井パネルを一旦仮止めすることが出来る仮止め金具を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る天井パネルの仮止め金具は、天井パネルの裏側にネジを起立し、該ネジを天井下地桟又は天井下地桟に取着した部材に形成する嵌入孔に挿通した状態で該嵌入孔から抜けないように構成している。すなわち、天井下地桟又はネジには何らかの係止手段を備えており、該係止手段が嵌入孔又はネジに係止して抜け止め機能を発揮する。そして、仮止めされたネジはナットを締め付けして天井下地桟に固定されるようになっている。ここで、上記係止手段は特に限定しない。以下、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

【実施例】
図1は天井構造を示す概略図であり、同図の1は天井パネル、2は天井下地桟、3は吊り金具を示している。天井下地桟2、2…は吊り金具3、3…にて吊設され、所定の間隔で配置されている。そして、上記天井パネル1は長方形をした板状態であって、その両側が天井下地桟2に取り付けしたパネルハンガー6に固定されて天井を構成している。又同図の4はダクトを表している。

図2は上記天井構造の断面を示しているが、天井下地桟2を吊設している吊り金具3,3…は吊りボルト5,5…と連結していて、ナット7a、7bを調整することで該吊り金具3及び天井下地桟2の高さを調整することが出来る。ところで、高さが定まったところで天井下地桟2,2…に天井パネル1,1…を取付けることになるが、取付け手段はネジ8,8…を用いて固定する構造となっている。又、天井パネル1,1…を取付けしてしまった後であっても、該天井パネル1,1…の高さ調整は可能である。

ところで、本発明の天井パネル仮止め金具は天井パネル1をパネルハンガー6に取り付けする場合に下から支えることがないように、一時的に仮止めすることが出来る金具である。すなわち、落下防止金具である。図3は天井パネル1を仮止めした状態を示しているが、天井パネル1にはネジ8がその表面から上方へ突出し、ネジ上端には円錐形のナット9を形成している。

パネルハンガー6はその下端両側に止着片10、10を水平に形成し、この止着片10に天井パネル1が取付けられるが、該止着片10にはL型をした仮止め羽根11、11が対を成して取付けられている。上記ナット9は止着片10に形成している孔を通過すると共に、該孔を塞いでいる仮止め羽根11、11を押し上げて上方へ突出することになるが、止着片10の孔から抜けることは出来なくなる。すなわち、ナット9は仮止め羽根11、11に係止して止着される。

図4(a)、(b)は上記ネジ8及びナット9を止着片10に係止する前の状態であり、仮止め羽根11、11は止着片10の上面に水平を成して倒れている。その状態はナット9が通過する孔12を塞いでいて、ナット9は仮止め羽根11、11を持ち上げて孔を通過する。該仮止め羽根11、11は止着片10の両側に形成している溝に嵌入しているだけであり、前記図3に示すように先端側を持ち上げることが出来る。

図5(a)は上記ナット9が仮止め羽根11、11に係止して天井パネル1が仮止めされた状態であり、該天井パネル1はネジ8によって吊り下げられている。ナット9にて先端が持ち上げられた仮止め羽根11、11は、該ナット9が再び降下するならば同図のように倒されて孔12を塞ぎ、ナット9の落下を防止する。そして、天井裏に上がってナット9を締め付けするならば図5(b)のように天井パネル1は持ち上げられて止着片10に当接して固定される。

図6は本発明の他の実施例である。同図に示す仮止め金具はネジ13に特徴がある。図7はネジ13を示しているが、該ネジ13の側面にはスリット溝14を形成していて、このスリット溝14には係止具15が揺動可能な状態で取付けられている。又、スリット溝14の底にはバネ16がセットされていて、該バネ力が上記係止具15を押し上げしている。しかし、係止具15は外力Pによってバネ16を圧縮変形してスリット溝14内に収まる。

従って、天井パネル1に取付けられたネジ13は天井下地桟2の止着片10に形成している孔を挿通する場合には係止具15はスリット溝14内に後退し、孔を通過したところで係止具15は突出する。従って、一旦孔を通過したネジ13は該孔を抜け出すことは出来ず、該係止具15の端面17が止着片10に当接する。この場合、該孔はネジ13の外径に近い大きさでなくてはならない。

【発明の効果】
本発明の仮止め金具は天井パネルを天井下地桟又は天井下地桟に取着した部材に一時的に仮止めすることが出来る為に、すなわち、下から持ち上げてパネルハンガーの止着片に係止し、独りでに落下することがないようにしたものである。従って、パネルハンガーに一旦仮止めするならば天井パネルを下から支える必要はなく、天井パネルの取付け作業は簡単で省力化される。
