この発明は、住宅、特に集合住宅、体育館、デパート、その他各種の建物内部の吊り天井を支持する吊り天井支持装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば集合住宅等で、天井面に吊り金具で内装天井板等を吊り下げて支持するような吊り天井の場合には、内装天井板の振動を防止するために、防振ゴム等を吊り金具に介在させた天井支持装置が知られている。
また、このような天井装置にあっては、火災等によって防振ゴムが焼損しても吊り天井が脱落せぬような構成のものが開発されている。

このような天井支持装置として、例えば図8及び図9に示すように、天井スラブ面側に固定する上方鉛直板100に孔100Aを設けるとともに、野縁等を固定する下方鉛直板101にはその孔100Aに挿通した下向き鉤状の係止突起101Aを上端部に設けた構成のものが知られている。なお、図中符号102は防振ゴムを示す。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような構成のものにあっては、上方鉛直板の孔に下方鉛直板の係止突起を挿入させた状態でゴムを注入成形させなければならないから、その製造が面倒で問題となっている。また、係止突起が他の構造物と接触しないようにしなければならず、取付が非常に面倒であった。

そこで、この発明は、上記した事情に鑑み、簡単に製造することができ、その分製造コストの削減を図ることができ、又、取付も簡単な天井支持装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
即ち、この請求項1に係る発明は、天井面に固定する上方鉛直板との間に防振ゴムを連結させて設けた下方鉛直板に吊り天井を取り付けた吊り天井支持装置であって、前記下方鉛直板の上部に挿通孔若しくは切欠きを有する係止部を設けるとともに、前記上方鉛直板に上方に突設して前記係止部が挿入・係止する突起若しくは係止片を有する受部を前記係止部の直下に設け、前記防振ゴムの焼損時に上方鉛直板と下方鉛直板とが分断された場合に下方鉛直板が降下して下方鉛直板の係止部が上方鉛直板の受部に係止するようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の好適な実施例について添付図面を参照しながら説明する。
なお、この実施例において、従来例と同一部分には同一符号を付して重複説明を避ける。
図1及び図2はこの発明にかかる第1実施例の天井支持装置を示すものであり、この天井支持装置は、上方鉛直板1側の中間部に上方に向いて鉤状に突出した突起10を有する受部1Aを設けている。また、この下方鉛直板2には、上端部に挿通孔20を有する係止部2Aを設け、この挿通孔20が係止部1Aの直上に配置されている。

従って、この第1実施例によれば、万一火災等で防振ゴム102部分が焼損して上方鉛直板1と下方鉛直板2とが分断された場合には、下方鉛直板2は支持する内装天井板等による重量で降下し、図3に示すように、下方鉛直板2の挿通孔20に丁度上方鉛直板1の突起10が挿入される恰好となる。これにより、下方鉛直板2は上方鉛直板1に係止するから、この下方鉛直板2に取り付けてある内装天井板も脱落が防止できる。

図4及び図5はこの発明にかかる第2実施例の天井支持装置を示すものであり、この天井支持装置は、上方鉛直板3側の中間部に上方に向いて鉤状に突出した突起30を有する受部3Aを設けている。一方、下方鉛直板4の上端部には、L字形の切欠き40の先端に下方に折曲した係止片41を有する係止部4Aが形成されている。

従って、この実施例によれば、先の第1実施例と同様に、防振ゴム102部分が焼損して上方鉛直板3と下方鉛直板4とが分断されても、係止片41が受部3Aに係止して脱落を防止できる。

図6及び図7はこの発明にかかる第3実施例の天井支持装置を示すものであり、この天井支持装置は、上方鉛直板5側の中間部に、対向する下方鉛直板6に向けて斜め上方に傾いているとともに両側が上向きに折曲された係止片50を有する受部5Aを設けている。一方、下方鉛直板6の上端部には、対向する上方鉛直板5の受部5Aに向けて斜め下方に折曲した係止片61を有する係止部6Aが形成されている。

従って、この実施例によれば、先の第1実施例と同様に、防振ゴム102部分が焼損して上方鉛直板5と下方鉛直板6とが分断されても、係止片61が受部5Aに上から当接し、しかもこの係止片61が受部5Aから落下するのを係止片50で防止できる。

以上説明してきたように、この発明によれば、天井面に固定する上方鉛直板との間に防振ゴムを連結させて設けた下方鉛直板に吊り天井を取り付けた吊り天井支持装置であって、
前記下方鉛直板の上部に挿通孔若しくは切欠きを有する係止部を設けるとともに、前記上方鉛直板に上方に突設して前記係止部が挿入・係止する突起若しくは係止片を有する受部を前記係止部の直下に設け、前記防振ゴムの焼損時に上方鉛直板と下方鉛直板とが分断された場合に下方鉛直板が降下して下方鉛直板の係止部が上方鉛直板の受部に係止するようにしたので、換言すれば、面倒な組付け作業を必要とせずに極く簡単に製造することができ、又、他の構造物との接触を考えず簡単に取付作業を行うことができ、これにより火災等によって防振ゴムが焼損して下方鉛直板が上方鉛直板と分断されても、内装天井板等が落下するといった危険性を廉価な天井支持装置で確実に防止できる。
