Description
【0001】
【0039】
Sw=anA+bnB+cnC+dnD+enE
【0046】
U=np

In addition, a method is also known in which accurate delivery date and price are presented to the customer side, taking into account the capacity in the factory, the lead time of parts delivery, inventory, the price of the parts at that time, and the like.
[0004]
In such a system, the delivery date and price are answered based on a component configuration that completely satisfies the customer's required specifications, but the customer's required specifications are diverse, including factory There are often special parts that are not normally handled by the company. Such special parts often have long delivery lead times from suppliers and are often more expensive than standard parts. In addition, if a wide variety of special parts are used on the factory side, the number of managed parts increases and the management cost increases. Furthermore, when such special parts are not handled as much as the supplier side, parts may not be delivered according to the delivery date requested here, and as a result, the delivery date returned to the customer may not be maintained. Get higher.
[0005]
On the other hand, when designing products that meet customer requirements, there are methods that preferentially use low-cost standard parts and search for alternative parts that are similar to necessary parts in order to reduce manufacturing costs. Are known. As a method for searching for substitute parts, a technique described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-265490 is known. According to this, there is disclosed a method for more accurately searching for a desired part by ranking parts having similar characteristics by providing a search result information file in addition to the design information file.
[0006]
However, when a part requested by a customer is replaced by a similar part, it is difficult to check whether the specification really satisfies the customer.
[0007]
In addition, even if the required specifications from the customer are ambiguous, a method for presenting a model of a product group that is likely to meet the customer's requirements by changing or supplementing the specifications, or a product that has been presented as such On the other hand, a system that can change specification values on the customer side is also known. For example, according to the technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-3250, based on a requirement specification from a customer, even if the specification is not strict, a model of a product group that is likely to meet a customer requirement is presented. In addition, there is disclosed a method for arbitrarily selecting a product desired by a customer from among them, and a system capable of changing specification values on the customer side for the displayed product.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this way, in the conventional delivery date answering method, a product that complies with the specifications requested by the customer is created, so the use frequency of special parts may increase, resulting in an increase in costs and management costs. In addition, there is a risk that the customer's requested delivery date cannot be met due to a delay in delivery on the supplier side.
[0009]
On the other hand, in the design using standard parts, since the standard parts are used preferentially, there is a risk of producing a product that does not satisfy the customer's required specifications.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. When designing a product that satisfies the customer's required specifications, the standard parts are preferentially used to provide the customer with lower cost and shorter delivery time. The purpose is to provide an order receiving system that promotes standardization of parts in the factory at the same time.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, according to the present invention, a receiving unit that receives customer request specification information about a product part from a customer and a search for recommended specification information with respect to the customer request specification information received by the receiving unit. A search unit, and a transmission unit that transmits the recommended specification information searched by the search unit. The search unit associates the identification information of the component with the identification information of a component that can be substituted for the component. The diverted database storage means for storing the data, the diverted database storage means, the substitute part search means for searching for a replaceable part for each part of the customer requirement specification information, and the substitute part search means. Creating means for creating a plurality of recommended specification candidates using the prepared parts, and the recommended specifications for the customer requirement specification information for each of the plurality of recommended specification candidates created by the creating means A customer satisfaction calculation means for calculating customer satisfaction obtained by quantifying the complementary distance; and a recommended specification candidate for which the customer satisfaction calculated by the customer satisfaction calculation means is equal to or greater than a predetermined reference value; Extracting means for causing the transmitting unit to transmit the extracted recommended specification candidate as the recommended specification information, and the receiving unit is a recommendation selected by the customer among the recommended specification information transmitted from the transmitting unit. Receive specification information. By obtaining the customer satisfaction, the distance of the recommended specification candidate can be quantified with respect to the customer requirement specification information.
[0012]
Further, the diverted database storage means further stores the degree of correlation indicating the correlation between the parts of the customer specification information and the substitutable parts, and the receiving unit receives each part from the customer. The customer satisfaction degree calculation means further indicates how close the recommended specification candidate is to the customer requirement specification information from the correlation degree and the importance degree. The similarity can be obtained, and the similarity can be set as the customer satisfaction. In this case, customer satisfaction can be obtained using only the similarity.
[0013]
Alternatively, it further includes parts database storage means for storing delivery date information indicating the delivery date of each of the parts and the substitutable parts and price information indicating the price, and the diverted database storage means includes the customer specification information. And a correlation indicating the correlation between the component and the substitutable component is further stored in association with each other, and the receiving unit receives an importance indicating whether the component is important for each component from the customer, and Further receiving the price and the delivery date for the customer requirement specification, the customer satisfaction calculation means is a similarity indicating how close the recommended specification candidate is to the customer requirement specification information from the correlation degree and the importance level The delivery date and price are determined for each recommended specification candidate by referring to the parts database storage means, and the determined delivery date and price are the delivery date and price of the customer request specification. How much or close the respective numeric values, it is possible to calculate the customer satisfaction with respect.
[0014]
Further, the receiving unit further receives from the customer which of the price, delivery date, and specification is important in the product, and the customer satisfaction calculating means calculates the customer satisfaction In addition, the important items received by the receiving unit can be weighted. The transmission unit may further transmit at least one of the delivery date, the price, the similarity, and the customer satisfaction obtained by the customer satisfaction calculation means in association with the recommended specification information. it can.
[0015]
Furthermore, for each of a plurality of recommended specification candidates created by the creation means, a factory-side satisfaction calculation is performed to calculate a factory-side satisfaction level indicating how much of the standard product, which is a standard part used on the factory side, is used. The extraction means further extracts recommended specification candidates whose factory-side satisfaction calculated by the factory-side satisfaction calculation means is equal to or greater than a predetermined reference value from the extracted recommended specification candidates. Then, the extracted recommended specification candidate can be used as the recommended specification information. Further, for each of the parts, it further includes a parts database storage means for storing management level information indicating whether the standard product is present, and the factory-side satisfaction calculation means refers to the parts database storage means, and the recommended For each specification candidate, the factory-side satisfaction can be calculated based on the management level of each part. By obtaining factory satisfaction, it is possible to select recommended specifications that use more standard products.
[0016]
Further, in this case, the frequency of use of each component of the recommended specification information selected by the customer received by the receiving unit is further included in the usage frequency database storage unit that stores the usage frequency information indicating the usage frequency of each part. And a change instruction means for instructing a change in the management level stored in the parts database storage means based on the use frequency.
[0017]
As a customer-side terminal for ordering products from the factory side, it is an input that accepts input of customer requirement specification information about product parts and importance indicating whether each part of the customer requirement specification is important. Receiving the recommended specification information recommended on the factory side from the factory side, the transmission unit for transmitting the customer requirement specification information received by the input unit and the importance for each part of the customer requirement specification A receiving unit; and an output unit that outputs the recommended specification information received by the receiving unit, wherein the input unit accepts at least one of the recommended specification information received by the receiving unit, and the transmitting unit The recommended specification information selected by the input unit can be transmitted. The input unit further accepts an input regarding which of the price, delivery date, and specification is important in the product, and the transmission unit receives information corresponding to the important item input in the input unit. Can be sent.
[0018]
As an ordering method for accepting customer-specific specifications for product parts from a customer and presenting recommended specifications recommended by the factory for each part of the customer-specified specifications, the above-mentioned substitutable parts can be used. Using the step of creating a plurality of recommended specification candidates, calculating for each of the plurality of recommended specification candidates, a customer satisfaction degree obtained by quantifying the distance of the recommended specification candidates with respect to the customer requirement specifications, and the customer The method includes a step of extracting a recommended specification candidate whose satisfaction level is equal to or higher than a predetermined reference value, and a step of outputting the extracted recommended specification candidate. Further, a program for realizing each step may be stored in a storage medium. Further, a program corresponding to the processing in the customer side terminal may be stored in the storage medium.

[0024]
In the following, with reference to FIG. 2, a detailed description will be given of a case where a specification is determined and a delivery date reply is made based on a customer's required specification, taking an order for a product of a personal computer (hereinafter referred to as a PC) as an example. In FIG. 2, the process sequence of the
[0025]
In FIG. 2, first, a required specification is created from the use of the PC, the load applied to the PC, etc. at the
[0026]
The order specification created in this way enters the factory via the network and receives the required specification there (S22).
[0027]
Next, the recommended specification retrieval process will be described.
[0028]
In FIG. 2, the requirement specifications created by the customer are analyzed to satisfy various requirement specifications, and component information corresponding to the components to be used is extracted from the
[0029]
Next, of the parts used in the created requirement specification parts table (= parts conforming to the requirement specifications), refer to the parts database, and the management level is not A (standard part) (or from a predetermined management level) A component that can be converted is searched from the diversion database 61 as shown in FIG. 5 (S24). The diversion database 61 shown in FIG. 5 is stored in the
[0030]
FIG. 8 shows the process in S24 in more detail. In FIG. 8, the required specification parts table is read (S241), and the management level is acquired from the
[0031]
Next, using the converted convertible parts, a plurality of recommended product parts tables showing a list of recommended part names are created (S25). The recommended parts table shows specifications recommended by the factory, and is composed of combinations of standard parts and convertible parts. The required specification parts table is a part configuration template shown in FIG. 11 in which standard part names or convertible part names are described.
Next, MRP (Material Requirement Planning) calculation is performed using the capability database 93, the inventory database 94, and the
[0032]
Here, an example is given and demonstrated in detail about the calculation method of similarity, customer satisfaction, and factory satisfaction. The similarity is a value indicating how similar a certain recommended product bill of material is to the customer's requirement specification bill of material. For example, the similarity Re can be given by
[0033]
[Expression 1]
[0034]
Here, ri is the degree of correlation of each part obtained from the diversion database 61, fi is the importance of each part requested by the customer, and n is the total number of parts.
[0035]
The customer satisfaction is obtained using the similarity obtained in this way and the LT value and COST value obtained by the MRP calculation. The customer satisfaction is an index for estimating how much the customer is satisfied from the delivery date, price, and product similarity when the customer requirement specification is changed to the recommended specification. The customer satisfaction level Sc can be given by, for example,
[0036]
[Expression 2]
[0037]
Here, LT, COST, and similarity of customer requirement specifications are set to Ld, Cd, Rd, LT, COST of the recommended specification, and the similarity are Le,Ce,Re.Alpha., .Beta., And .gamma. Represent weights for the customer's LT, COST, and similarity, respectively. For this weighting, for example, when a requirement specification creation support system as shown in FIG. 3 is used, a method in which 0.5 is selected as an important item and 0.25 is selected as the other important item.
[0038]
The factory satisfaction is an index obtained from the management level of each part when the customer requirement specification is changed to the recommended specification, and the higher the standard product is used, the higher the satisfaction is. nA~ NEIs the number of parts used at the management levels A to E, and a to e are the weight values for the parts at the respective management levels.
[0039]
[Equation 3]
Sw= anA+ bnB+ cnC+ dnD+ enE
Here, “a” to “e” are weight values that change depending on the way of thinking on the factory side for each management level component, how to distinguish between management methods, and the larger the value, the more standard the component. For example, as described above, when there are management levels of A to E5 levels, it is appropriate to take values such as a = 2, b = 1, c = 0, d = -2, and e = -4.
[0040]
Also, if there are parts that you want to consume immediately, such as old parts that are obsolete or parts that are overstocked, take measures such as setting the management level X as described above and setting the weight value to x = 4. You can also
[0041]
Next, with regard to customer satisfaction for a plurality of recommended parts lists obtained by the above method, a recommended parts list whose value is equal to or greater than a predetermined reference value is extracted, and the contents of each recommended specification are shown in FIG. It records in the recommended specification table as shown (S27). FIG. 6 shows an example of the recorded recommended specification table. In FIG. 6, the recommended specification table shows all part names, prices, delivery dates, similarities, customer satisfaction (CS), and factory satisfaction (WS) for each extracted recommended specification. In the case of using the customer satisfaction formula described above, a method of setting 100 points as reference values can be considered. In FIG. 1 is a product with a component configuration (customer requirement specification bill of materials) that conforms to the customer's required specifications. However, because the standard parts were not used much in this specification, the factory satisfaction (WS) became a negative value. Yes. In contrast, no. The recommended specification of 2 replaced the memory with 64MB DIMM, which is a standard part, so both the delivery time and price decreased, and the degree of similarity slightly decreased, but as a result, customer satisfaction (CS) improved. At the same time, factory satisfaction has improved. Recommended specification no. The product of 5 is the case where the old parts remaining in the factory are replaced. As a result, the similarity is lowered but the price is low, the delivery date is short, and the value of WS is high.
[0042]
Thus, the factory satisfaction level increases as the usage rate of standard parts increases, and decreases as the usage rate of special products increases. In order to promote standardization as a factory, in order to increase the usage rate of standard products, the standard satisfaction is promoted by reducing the price as a privilege for those with high factory satisfaction values and increasing the price for those with low factory satisfaction. A method is conceivable. In addition, a method of shortening the lead time by preferentially producing products with high factory satisfaction can be considered.
[0043]
In FIG. 2, the created recommended specifications (specification, price, delivery date) are transmitted to the customer side via the network and presented to the customer side terminal (S28).
[0044]
Then, the customer can select a specification that best matches the customer's needs among the recommended specifications presented at the customer side terminal (S29). The recommended specification selected by the customer is transmitted again to the factory side via the network, and an order is received (S30). In the order receiving process, a manufacturing instruction is given, and the number of uses in the use frequency database 71 as shown in FIG. 7 is also updated in accordance with the contents of the ordered specification.
[0045]
Next, in accordance with the contents of the updated usage frequency database 71, a database maintenance determination is made as to whether or not to change the management level in the

[0047]
As a result, a frequently used item has a higher management level and has a higher probability of being presented as a recommended specification, and accordingly, the probability of being selected on the customer side becomes higher.
[0048]
The factory side can reduce the number of managed parts by abolishing parts with a low management level every certain period, and the standardization of parts will also proceed.
[0049]
As described above, according to the above-described embodiment, the recommended specifications that are similar to the requested specifications by the factory and superior in terms of delivery period, price, etc. are instantly received from the customer for the estimated requested specifications. Can be presented automatically. This enables customers to improve customer satisfaction by providing products that are cheaper and shorter in delivery time, while reducing the opportunity for the factory to use special parts that conform to customer-specific requirements. Since standard parts are often used, it is possible to reduce the number of managed parts, reduce inventory costs, and reduce costs by placing large lot orders.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when designing a product that satisfies the customer's required specifications, the standard parts are preferentially used to provide the customer with a product with lower cost and shorter delivery time, and at the same time, Promote standardization.
