本発明は、かかる目的を達成するものであって、請求項1記載の発明は、荷台の底部には、搭載物を後方の仕切りゲート部に向けて移送させるための、第2ローラベルトよりも移送速度の大きい第1ローラベルトを配装し、仕切りゲート部に至る近傍の上方には確認センサーを配装して第1ローラベルトによる搭載物の過剰の移送を検出し、仕切りゲート部の近傍の下方には第1ローラベルトより低い位置に段差を設けて、搭載物をリヤゲートまで移送させるための、エンジンの駆動力の回転数に対応するように連動するようにした油圧ポンプにより駆動させるようになした第2ローラベルトを配装し、仕切りゲート部には搭載物の散布量を調節するための上下に移動可能な仕切りゲートを配装し、最後方には開閉自在のリヤゲートを配装したことを特徴とする搭載物の散布車である。

以下、本発明を図示の実施例に従って詳細に説明する。

図1、図2において、1は本発明の搭載物の散布車であり、該搭載物の散布車1は、荷台2に第1ローラベルト3と第2ローラベルト4と仕切りゲート5と第1ビータ6と第2ビータ7とリヤゲート8を備えてなるものである。

第1ローラベルト3は、ローラ31,…によって駆動される無端ベルトであって、荷台2の底部に配装して堆肥等の搭載物を後方の仕切りゲート5に向けて移送させるためのものである。なお、第1ローラベルト3の下面には、搭載物を搭載したベルトの移送抵抗を減少させるために多数のローラ32,…が間隔をおいて配装されており、搭載物のスムースな移送が可能である。

第1ビータ6は、搭載物が貯留された状態から第2ローラベルト4に容易に移送し易いように搭載物を攪拌(搭載物の粉砕効果も含む)するためのものであり、これにより仕切りゲート5近くの散布物の滞留(ブリッジ)を解消してスムースな移送が可能となる。

第2ローラベルト4は、第1ローラベルト3の後端まで移送されて落下する搭載物をリヤゲート8まで移送させるためのものであり、車両の走行速度に応じて第2ローラベルト4の速度を変動させることが望ましい。そこで、図3に示すように、第2ローラベルト4は、エンジンからの動力を車のトランスミッション9またはその前からパワーテイクオフ10を介して専用のドライブシャフト11に誘導することにより、エンジンの動力の回転数に合わせるように連動する2連式油圧ポンプなどの油圧ポンプ12により駆動させるようにした。なお、第2ローラベルト4は、例えばエンジンの駆動力をクラッチ、減速機、ユニバーサルジョイント、回転シャフト、傘歯車、チェーンなどの各種部材を適宜組み合わせて、連動させて駆動することも可能である。

図3において13は車のトランスミッション9からの動力を車輪14へ伝達する駆動力伝達用の車軸である。このように、エンジンの動力を利用して、適宜の減速機、伝達部材などを介して第2ローラベルト4と車輪14とを駆動することにより、第2ローラベルト4の移送速度を、完全ではないが、できる限り、車両の走行速度に応じて変動させることができる。なお、本発明の実施例では、第1ローラベルト3、第2ローラベルト4、第1ビータ6、第2ビータ7、衝立板40の駆動を油圧モーターに、そして仕切りゲート5、

なお、第2ローラベルト4上の搭載物の単位面積当たりの搭載量は、上述のように、第2ローラベルト4の上方に配装した仕切りゲート5により抑制されるので、第1ローラベルト3の場合と異なり常に調整された状態となる。しかも、車の走行速度に応じて第2ローラベルト4の速度も変動するので、最終的な散布量は第2ローラベルト4の移送速度と仕切りゲート5の上下移動とにより決定されることとなる。従って、車速が変動して(例えば速くなって)も第2ローラベルトの速度が変動する(例えば速くなる)場合には、仕切りゲート5を特に調節しなくても良いが、車速が変動して(例えば速くなって)も第2ローラベルトの速度が変動しない場合には、その車速の変動に応じて仕切りゲート5を上下(例えば上昇)させて、散布量を均一にするように調節することができる。仕切りゲート5の高さを検知するセンサー16を配装しておき、運転者が必要に応じて運転席から操作することも可能であり、また自動的に上下動するように設定しておくことも可能である。

第2ビータ7は、第2ローラベルト4で移送されてきた搭載物が容易に散布され易いように拡散するためのものであり、これによりスムースな散布が可能となる。

リヤゲート8は、荷台2の最後方の開口部に開閉シリンダー17などの作動によって開閉自在となるように配装されるもので、搭載物の散布のさいには開放され、散布が終了したさいには閉鎖されるようになされている。

本発明では、上述のようにローラベルトを二段式としたので、第1ローラベルト3で移送されてきた搭載物が一部は貯留され、仕切りゲート5により抑制されて必要量だけが第2ローラベルト4にてスムースに移送することができ、スムースで均一な散布が可能になった。また、第2ローラベルトの位置を第1ローラベルトの位置よりも低くして落下させるようにすることにより、搭載物のさらにスムースな移送が可能となった。

上述したすべての操作は、運転席で操作可能であるが、ここで図4に示す運転席に設けたコントロールボックス50について説明すると、1)荷台に散布物を搭載すると車のエンジンをかけ、PTO51を「入」にする。油圧ポンプが回るが、ソレイドバルブが動作しないので、ポンプから吐出された油はどこを動作させることもなく、オイルタンクにそのまま帰る。2)次に電源52を「入」にし、車の運転開始と同時にリヤゲート開53をONにし、運転54を「入」にする。
これで散布は自動運転の状態になり、第1ローラベルト上の散布物がセンサー15の光軸(図2に追加したような光軸30)をさえぎらないかぎり第1ローラベルトは動きつづける。
