Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a temporary ink having a comb-like longitudinal section that is arranged between an ink tank that stores ink in a free state and a pen tip, and temporarily stores part of the ink that is excessively discharged from the ink tank. Temporary ink reservoir member having a reservoir portion, wherein comb teeth located at the front portion of the temporary ink reservoir member are used as a fitting portion with respect to the shaft tube, and are fitted to the protruding portion of the shaft tube inner hole. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Traditionally, a writing instrument that stores ink in an ink tank in a free state without holding ink in an ink retaining material such as batting is called a raw ink-type writing instrument, which realizes long-distance writing by storing a large amount of ink. It is known that a fresh handwriting can be obtained because a large amount of ink can be ejected. However, if the ink in the free state is connected to the pen nib as it is, the ink will flow out as it is, resulting in problems related to excessive ejection such as ink splatter and leakage. The member was interposed between the pen tip. One example thereof is a valve mechanism that opens and closes by an operation such as pressing, and is a temporary ink reservoir member having a temporary ink reservoir portion having a comb-like longitudinal section that temporarily accumulates a part of excessively ejected ink. .
[0003]
In order to arrange the temporary ink reservoir member in the shaft cylinder inner hole, it is generally fitted to the shaft cylinder inner hole, but the fitting portion of the temporary ink reservoir member is a temporary ink reservoir. Like the reservoir, it is in the space where the ink tank and the air hole communicate with each other. Therefore, the ink reservoir function is also exerted on this part, and it is finally suppressed against ink leakage from the air hole. Since the typical ink reservoir member itself is an injection molded product of synthetic resin, forming this part thickly may cause a so-called sink phenomenon that becomes an uneven thickness part due to the shrinkage rate of the synthetic resin. In other words, it is formed in a comb-like shape with a longitudinal section.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The fitting portion of the temporary ink reservoir member with respect to the shaft cylinder is a portion that receives a force in the center direction, and is a portion that easily collides with the opening portion of the shaft cylinder when installing the temporary ink reservoir member in the shaft cylinder. . In the conventional temporary ink reservoir member, the comb teeth of the fitting portion may fall down due to the fitting force or colliding with the opening of the shaft during installation. In the state where the comb teeth are collapsed in the fitting portion, the fitting force with respect to the shaft cylinder is reduced and it is easy to come off, and the ink stored in the ink tank in the free state may leak without any trouble. It was a thing. In addition, a strong capillary part will be formed in the part by the comb teeth that have fallen, and there is a possibility that ink will be actively attracted, and the ink when excess ink is discharged as the part closest to the air hole If the leakage could not be completely suppressed or the air holes were blocked, the ink / air exchange could not be performed smoothly, and there was a risk of ink ejection failure, that is, writing impossible.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention is arranged between an ink tank that stores ink in a free state and a pen tip, and has a comb-like temporary cross section that temporarily stores a part of ink that is excessively discharged from the ink tank. A temporary ink reservoir member having a central ink reservoir, wherein the comb teeth located at the front portion of the temporary ink reservoir member serve as a fitting portion for the shaft cylinder, and are fitted to the protrusions of the inner bore of the shaft cylinder. The gist of the present invention is a temporary ink reservoir member for a writing instrument, in which a longitudinal vertical wall continuous with comb teeth corresponding to the fitting portion is formed.
[0006]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an example will be described with reference to the drawings. The example shown in FIG. 1 is an example of a refill accommodated in an exterior body (not shown), which is mainly used for a high-quality writing instrument. As the nib 1, a stainless steel ballpoint pen tip is used, and a white-bottomed cylindrical body is used as the shaft cylinder 2, and the inner space of the shaft cylinder 2 is used as the ink tank 3 as it is. A temporary ink reservoir member 4, which is an ABS injection molded product, is fixed to the opening of the shaft cylinder 2, and the nib 1 is connected to the temporary ink reservoir member 4 through a stainless steel joint pipe 5. Has been.
[0007]
The temporary ink reservoir member has a polyester ink relay core 6 for connecting the ink in the ink tank 3 to the nib 1 inserted in the inner hole. Although not shown, the rear end of the ink relay core 6 is It protrudes into the ink tank 3. The temporary ink reservoir member 4 has a plurality of comb teeth 4a, and the space between the comb teeth 4a is a temporary ink reservoir 4b. The temporary ink reservoir 4b communicates with the inner hole and the air passage through the slit 4c. Further, as shown in FIG. 2 which is an enlarged view of the I portion of FIG. 1, a circumferential projection 2a formed by caulking is formed on the inner wall of the shaft tube 2, and the circumferential projection 2a is located at the position of the circumferential projection 2a. The corresponding comb teeth are formed thicker than the comb teeth on the ink tank side, and serve as fitting engagement portions 4 d for the shaft cylinder 2. An air hole 4e (shown by a broken line) is formed so as to communicate with the temporary ink reservoir 4b between the comb teeth, and air is supplied into the ink tank as the ink is consumed.
[0008]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3 which is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG. 2 , the comb teeth of the portion are connected in the longitudinal direction before and after the position corresponding to the fitting locking portion 4d. A continuous vertical wall 4f is formed. This vertical wall 4f suppresses as much as possible that each comb tooth which is the fitting locking part 4d hits the shaft cylinder 2 and falls down. Further, the vertical wall 4f is located in the same straight line as the slit 4c so that the ink moving along the slit due to excessive discharge from the ink tank is not directly connected to the air hole 4e.
[0009]
FIG. 4 shows an example in which the vertical wall 4f is modified. Unlike the above-described example, the vertical wall 4f is not formed by integrally connecting a plurality of comb teeth, but is formed separately for each comb tooth. By doing in this way, even if one comb tooth falls down by having contacted with the axial cylinder 2, it can suppress as much as possible that other comb teeth fall down in conjunction with it. In the illustrated example, each vertical wall 4f is an inclined wall that gradually increases toward the ink tank, so that it is difficult to deform even if it hits the shaft cylinder 2.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the temporary ink reservoir member of the writing instrument of the present invention reliably fixes the temporary ink reservoir member to the shaft cylinder by suppressing the falling of the comb teeth corresponding to the fitting portion as much as possible. Suppresses the possibility that ink stored in the free state will be leaked as much as possible. Also, good ink leakage suppression function and smooth ink / air exchange when excess ink is discharged as a temporary ink reservoir. Therefore, there is little risk of damaging the securing of proper ink ejection.
