Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to scallops, akoya shellfish, oysters, or shellfish cultivated in the sea in a sea bream cultivated in the sea or hung from a rope.On clothThe present invention relates to a cleaning device used for cleaning and removing adhering dirt, and is suitable for cleaning them on a ship.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some scallops, oysters, oysters, etc. are cultivated by hanging ears. In the aquaculture, a plastic tool or locking pin is passed through a hole in the ear of the shell, and a number of the tool or locking pin is inserted into the vertical rope with a gap, and the vertical rope is locked in the sea. It is held by hanging in the sea with a horizontal rope stretched sideways near the water surface.
[0003]
In ear-hanging aquaculture, mussels or other shellfish, seagrass, underwater dust, or organisms adhere to the surface of the shell while it is suspended in the sea. If these adhere, it is not preferable for the growth of the shellfish, and it is dirty and unpleasant at the time of shipment. Therefore, the shell is pulled up from the sea during the cultivation and washed to remove the dirt and deposits. Even when shellfish are put into a net cage and cultured in the sea, the above-mentioned dust and organisms adhere to the net cage and shellfish.
[0004]
Conventionally, when cleaning shellfish during ear-hanging culture, a cleaning device as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 has been used. The cleaning device of FIG. 13 is used by being mounted on a ship. The vertical rope B on which the shell A is locked is pulled up from the sea C by the rotation of the rotation guide D, and the vertical rope B is attached to the shell A. When it is fed on the net-made conveyor E, the vertical rope B and the shell A are sandwiched between the conveyor E and the comb-shaped pusher F and conveyed to the right side of the figure, A high-pressure cleaning liquid (for example, seawater) is jetted from a rotating nozzle G disposed inside the conveyor E so that the surfaces of the vertical rope B and the shell A are cleaned.
[0005]
The cleaning device of FIG. 14 is also used by being mounted on a ship. Like the case of FIG. 13, the vertical rope B on which the shell A is locked is pulled up from the sea C by the rotation of the rotary guide D, and the vertical When the rope B is fed between the net-made transport conveyor E with the shell A attached and the net-made push conveyor H above the rope B, the vertical rope B and the shell A are sandwiched between the conveyors E and H. The surface of the vertical rope B and the shell A is cleaned by jetting high-pressure cleaning liquid from the rotary nozzle G disposed on the inside of the respective conveyors E and H while being conveyed to the right side of the figure. .
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
13 and 14 are large and heavy, and therefore, there are inconveniences such as difficulty in loading on a ship, difficulty in unloading from the ship, and taking a place for installation. In addition, shells pulled up from the sea may be detached from the rope during washing, easily chipped, or easily broken.
[0007]
The object of the present invention is to reduce the size and weight of the shell and to remove the deposits on the shell and to clean the shell. Wash the shells together with the net cage,NetKun washed or collected from the seaClothAn object of the present invention is to provide a versatile cleaning apparatus that can be cleaned.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  (Embodiment 1)
Of the present inventionShellfish, kelp, netting, troughA cleaning apparatus according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. Of this embodimentShellfish, kelp, netting, troughThe cleaning apparatus is an example in the case where the object to be cleaned is a vertical rope 20 for ear-hanging culture and a scallop 21 attached thereto (hereinafter, both are collectively referred to as an object to be cleaned 3) as shown in FIG. In this cleaning apparatus, an endless conveyor-like pusher 2 is disposed on an endless conveyor-like transport body 1 that transports an object 3 to be cleaned, and a high-pressure cleaning liquid is applied to the object 3 to be cleaned passing between the two. A cleaning tool 4 for spraying and cleaning the article to be cleaned 3 is provided outside the carrier 1 and the pressing tool 2.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the carrier 1, the pusher 2, the cleaning tool 4, and the like attached to the frame (housing frame) of the housing 100 are formed by upper and lower cases 14 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. It is covered. The lower case 14 also serves as a collection container for recovering the sewage that has cleaned the object 3 to be cleaned in the upper and lower cases 14 and the deposits that have fallen from the object 3 to be cleaned, and from the bottom of the lower case 14 A drainage channel 18 is provided so that a drainage hose can be connected thereto, and the sewage and deposits are discharged from the drainage channel 18 to the outside through the drainage hose. Further, the upper and lower cases 14 are provided with an inlet 15 for introducing the object to be cleaned 3 and an outlet 16 for sending out the object to be cleaned 3. Further, the side surface 14 a of the upper and lower cases 14 has an object to be cleaned 3. A side introduction port 17 is opened for taking in and out the case 14 from the side (side surface 14 a) between the carrier 1 and the pusher 2. With this side introduction port 17, a long vertical rope 20 to which a shell is attached can be taken in and out between the carrier 1 and the pusher 2 from the side introduction port 17 before the cleaning operation. Since it is not necessary to pass through the inlet 15 from the inlet 15, the setting of the article 3 to be cleaned before the start of the cleaning operation is facilitated. The side introduction port 17 is provided with a cleaning liquid splash prevention curtain 19 in which a large number of fibrous curtain materials are arranged vertically so that the cleaning liquid sprayed at a high pressure does not splash outside from the side introduction port 17.
[0013]
The carrier 1 is formed by winding a chain-attached wire mesh 23 shown in FIG. 7 around the outer circumference of a carrier frame 22 shown in FIG. 6 as shown in FIGS.
[0014]
6 includes a driving rotary body 27 in which an elongated driving drum 25 is provided on the outer periphery of the driving shaft 24, and driving sprockets 26 are provided on both outer sides in the axial direction of the driving drum 25, and a driven shaft 28. A long and thin driven drum 29 is provided on the outer periphery of the driven drum 29. A driven rotor 31 provided with driven sprockets 30 on both axially outer sides of the driven drum 29, and a chain disposed between the driving rotor 27 and the driven rotor 31. It comprises a guide 32. The chain guide 32 is arranged with the upper guide 33 and the lower guide 34 facing each other vertically, and the upper guide 33 has two upper holding pipes 36 disposed and fixed between two opposed upper plates 35. Three lower rod-like upper support members 37 are arranged and fixed between the upper holding pipes 36, and the lower guide 34 has two lower holding pipes 39 between two lower plates 38 opposed to each other. Arranged and fixed, three lower rod-like lower support members 40 between the lower holding pipes 39 (one is hidden under the upper plate 35 in front and cannot be seen) are fixed. The drive shaft 24 and the driven shaft 28 are rotatably attached to a frame (housing frame) of the housing 100 in FIG.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 7, the chain-attached metal mesh 23 has chains 42 fixed at both ends in the width direction of the metal mesh 41, and further, through a support bar 44 through a gap 43 at the intersection of the metal mesh 41 as shown in FIG. The both ends of the support rod 44 are abutted against the inner surface of the chain 42 and fixed by welding. The support bar 44 supports the wire mesh 41 and prevents the wire mesh 41 from sagging downward. The support bar 44 can be passed through the mesh of the wire mesh 41 as shown in FIG. Further, both ends of the support rod 44 can be inserted into the drive chain 42 from the side surface, and a split pin can be inserted into the end of the support rod 44 and fixed, or can be fixed by other methods.
[0016]
This chain-attached metal mesh 23 is wound around the outer periphery of the drive rotator 27 and the driven rotator 31 of the carrier frame 22 in FIG. 6, and the chain 42 is hung around the outer periphery of the drive sprocket 26 and the driven sprocket 30 to form an endless conveyor. The drive shaft 24 rotates, the drive sprocket 26 rotates, and the chain mesh 23 rotates. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, a lower plate 38 is disposed under the chain 42 so that the chain 42 is sandwiched between the upper plate 35 and the lower plate 38 and travels as shown in FIG. The bottom surface of the metal mesh 41 is supported by the lower support member 40, and the bottom surface is prevented from sagging downward.
[0017]
The pusher 2 is formed by winding the chain-attached metal mesh 23 shown in FIG. 7 around the outer periphery of the pusher frame 50 shown in FIG. 9 as shown in FIGS.
[0018]
The pusher frame 50 shown in FIG. 9 includes a drive rotating body 54 in which a long and thin drive drum 52 is provided on the outer periphery of the drive shaft 51, and a drive sprocket 53 is provided on both outer sides in the axial direction of the drive drum 52. A long and narrow driven drum 56 is provided on the outer periphery of the driven drum 56 so as to be idled, and a driven sprocket 57 is provided on both outer sides in the axial direction of the driven drum 56 so as to be idled. It is comprised from the chain guide 59 arrange | positioned between. The driven drum 56 and the driven sprocket 57 rotate together (idle with respect to the driven shaft 55). The chain guide 59 has two holding pipes 61 arranged and fixed between two guide plates 60 opposed to each other, and three thin rod-like support members 62 arranged and fixed between the holding pipes 61. is there. The drive shaft 51 is rotatably attached to the frame (housing frame) of the housing 100 of FIG. 2, and the driven shaft 55 is not fixed to the housing frame but is in a free state. In this case, as shown in FIG. 1, the introduction portion 5 of the pusher 2 is attached to the housing frame with the upward direction facing upward, and the introduction side distal end portion 7 of the pusher 2 is set to be more than the conveyance body distal end portion 8 at the distal end of the conveyance body 1. The position is shifted in the transport direction (right side in the figure). The introduction side distal end portion 7 can be set at the same position as the conveyance body distal end portion 8.
[0019]
The two connecting arms 63 are attached to the front end portions of the two guide plates 60 of FIG. 9 so as to be pivotable up and down by a mounting shaft 66, and are formed in a square shape with the mounting shaft 66 as a rotational shaft. It can be bent. A drive rotator 54 is rotatably mounted between the ends of the connecting arm 63 through both ends of the drive shaft 51. A screw bolt 79 is attached between the front end side inner surface of the two guide plates 60 and the driven drum 56, and a push spring 64 is covered on the outer periphery thereof, and a screw hole is passed through the center portion behind the screw bolt 79. When the cylindrical tension adjusting tool 65 is screwed and the tension adjusting tool 65 is rotated along the screw bolt 79, the pressing spring 64 is compressed to increase the pressing force, and the reverse rotation along the screw bolt 79 is performed. Then, the pressing spring 64 is loosened and the pressing force is weakened. The pushing spring 64 always pushes the driven rotating body 58 forward. When the pressing force is increased, the driven rotating body 58 is strongly pushed forward, and a strong tension is applied to the chain-attached metal mesh 23 covering the outer periphery thereof. On the contrary, when the pressing force is weakened, the driven rotating body 58 is reversely moved so that the tension of the chain-attached metal mesh 23 (FIG. 4) is weakened.
[0020]
The details of the chain-attached metal mesh 23 (FIG. 4) wound around the outer periphery of the pusher frame 50 are as shown in FIG. 7, and are the same as the chain-attached metal mesh 23 used for the carrier 1 (FIG. 5). The chain-attached metal mesh 23 is wound around the outer periphery of the drive rotating body 54 and the driven rotating body 58 of the pusher frame 50 of FIG. 9, so that the chain 42 is hung on the outer periphery of the driving sprocket 53 and the driven sprocket 57 to form an endless conveyor. Yes, when the drive shaft 51 rotates, the drive sprocket 53 rotates. When the chain wire mesh 23 rotates by the rotation, the driven sprocket 57 idles on the outer periphery of the driven shaft 55, and at the same time, the driven drum 56 also idles. 23 is rotated.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper part of the support arm 67 raised from the two connecting arms 63 is bent in an L shape, the ends thereof are connected by connecting shafts 68, and pressing rings 69 are connected to both ends of the connecting shaft 68 in the axial direction. The pressing ring 69 is pressed onto the chain 42, and the chain 42 and the wire mesh 41 are bent into a square shape. With this structure, when the article 3 to be cleaned passes under the pusher 2 as shown in FIGS. 10A to 10D, the pusher 2 is pushed upward with the mounting shaft 66 as the rotation axis. It is like that. In this case, when the thick article 3 passes under the bent part of the pusher 2 as shown in FIG. 10B, the bent part is pushed up, and the introduction part 5 and the pusher 6 of the pusher 2 descend to the right. When the object to be cleaned 3 passes below the outlet side as shown in FIG. 10C, the outlet side of the pusher 2 is pushed up above the inlet side, and the substantially letter-shaped shape is obtained. Bend into a shape. When the object to be cleaned 3 passes under both the bent portion and the outlet side of the pusher 2 as shown in FIG. 10 (d), the pusher 6 of the pusher 2 becomes almost horizontal and becomes the same as that shown in FIG. 10 (a). In other words, the introduction portion 5 rises gently in a letter shape and the push portion 6 is in a horizontal state.
[0022]
As described above, the pusher 2 is in a free state without the driven shaft 55 being fixed to the housing frame, so that the outlet side of the pusher 2 descends and contacts the carrier 1 as it is. End up. Therefore, in this embodiment, in order to prevent the outlet side of the pusher 2 from descending too much and coming into contact with the carrier 1, an outlet lower limit adjusting mechanism 70 is provided as shown in FIGS. . As shown in FIG. 11, the outlet lower limit adjusting mechanism 70 has a locking protrusion 71 protruding outward from the guide plate 60 of the pusher 2 and an L-shaped stopper 73 protruding inward from the housing frame 72. The stopper 73 supports the locking protrusion 71 so that the guide plate 60 does not fall below it. The stopper 73 is attached to a vertically long hole 74 of the housing frame 72 shown in FIG. 12 so as to be slidable up and down by a bolt 75 and a nut 76 as shown in FIG. 11, and when the screwing of the nut 76 is loosened, the bolt 75 is vertically long. The height can be adjusted by sliding up and down along the hole 74.
[0023]
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, the pusher 2 is provided with an upward movement regulation adjusting mechanism 80 for preventing the bent portion from being pushed up too much. As shown in FIG. 12, the drive shaft 51 of the pusher 2 is inserted into the bearing 81 so as to rotate smoothly, but dust is caught in the sliding surface between the drive shaft 51 and the bearing 81. If the slippage is poor, the connecting arm 63 may be lifted in the same direction when the drive shaft 51 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow X in FIG. If this lift is significant, the entrance side of the pusher 2 will rise too much (too float), and the space between the carrier 1 will become too wide and the presser of the object to be cleaned 3 by the pusher 6 of the pusher 2 will become loose. Or the presser foot may not work properly. In FIG. 12, an upper movement restriction adjusting mechanism 80 is provided to solve this problem. The upper movement restriction adjusting mechanism 80 has an elongated locking member 82 protruding upward from the support arm 67 of the pusher 2, and a pulling spring 83 attached to the upper end of the locking member 82 is moved downward to the right (in the direction of arrow Y). ) To prevent the bent portion of the pusher 2 from floating.
[0024]
12 is also provided to prevent the locking member 82 of FIG. 12 from being pulled too strongly when pulled downward by the pulling spring 83 (in the direction of arrow Y). In this case, a bolt 86 is passed through the housing frame 72, a nut 87 is double screwed to the tip of the bolt 86, and a buffer spring 88 is put on the tip. With such a structure, when the locking member 82 pulled down to the lower right (in the arrow Y direction) by the pulling spring 83 hits the tip of the bolt 86, the locking member 82 is prevented from being lowered any further. This prevents the bent portion of the pusher 2 from dropping more than necessary.
[0025]
The cleaning tool 4 in FIG. 1 is for injecting and cleaning a high-pressure cleaning liquid onto an object to be cleaned 3 passing between the transport body 1 and the pressing tool 2. It is arranged so as to face the outside lower side. As shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning tool 4 has four branch pipes 91 branched at equal intervals from a rotatable water supply pipe 90, and an injection nozzle is attached to the tip of each branch pipe 91. Is rotated, the branch pipe 91 and the injection nozzle are also rotated so that the cleaning liquid is uniformly sprayed onto the object to be cleaned 3 at a high pressure. This cleaning tool 4 is also rotatably attached to the housing frame.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a rotation guide body 13 is disposed on the outer side of the entrance of the transport body 1. The rotation guide body 13 guides the object 3 to be cleaned pulled up from the sea and smoothly introduces it into the entrance of the transport body 1. The rotation guide body 13 has a diameter larger than that of the cylinder 95 on both axial sides of the cylindrical cylinder 95. Two large ridges 96 are provided facing each other. The rotation guide body 13 is also rotated by a driving body such as a motor. In this case, the object 3 to be cleaned that is pulled up from the sea by the rotation of the rotation guide body 13 is smoothly fed into the inlet of the conveyance body 1 by synchronizing the rotation speed of the rotation guide body 13 with the traveling rotation speed of the conveyance body 1. It is. Incidentally, if the rotation guide body 13 and the transport body 1 are not synchronized with each other and the rotation speed of the rotation guide body 13 is too fast than the travel rotation speed of the transport body 1, If the amount of feed increases and the rope accumulates in front of the carrier 1 and becomes entangled, and conversely, if the rotational speed of the rotation guide 13 is too slow than the traveling rotational speed of the carrier 1, the rope is drawn faster by the carrier 1. There is a risk that the rope will be cut too much. In order to rotate the conveyance body 1 and the rotation guide body 13 synchronously, they may be rotated by a common drive source. The rotation guide body 13 is also attached to a housing frame to which the transport body 1, the pusher 2, and the like are attached. In this case, as shown in FIG.Shellfish, kelp, netting, troughWhen the cleaning device is mounted and fixed on the ship, it protrudes to the sea.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 3, a roller-shaped outlet-side guide body 12 that guides the object to be cleaned 3 fed from the outlet is disposed outside the outlet between the conveyance body 1 and the pusher 2. The outlet side guide body 12 includes a pole-shaped horizontal guide body 92 and a pole-shaped vertical guide body 93, and the vertical guide body 93 is erected on the bowl-shaped shooter 10. The longitudinal guide 93 may be rotatably attached to the shooter 10 or may be fixed so as not to rotate. The shuter 10 has a tip side inclined downward. A collection receptacle 11 is arranged between the outlet 9 of the carrier 1 and the shooter 10. In this collection receptacle 11, the scallops 21 that have been detached from the vertical rope 20 during washing fall from the outlet 9 of the carrier 1. The scallops 21 are arranged so that they can be collected. The collection receptacle 11 is also bowl-shaped, and is inclined downward toward the tip, and the collected scallops 21 are automatically dropped in the direction of the tip by their own weight and fall to the collection basket arranged at the tip. To be collected. The outlet side guide body 12, the shooter 10, and the collection receptacle 11 are also attached to the housing frame. In this case, the outlet side guide body 12, the shooter 10, and the collection receptacle 11 are attached to the outer side of the outlet 16 of the case 14 shown in FIGS.Shellfish, kelp, netting, troughWhen the cleaning device is mounted and fixed on the ship, the outlet of the shooter 10 protrudes to the sea. The outlet side guide body 12 may be only one of the horizontal guide body 92 and the vertical guide body 93. The attachment location of the horizontal guide body 92 and the vertical guide body 93 can be attached to any position where these functions are exhibited.
[0028]
    (Example of use)
Of the illustrated embodimentShellfish, kelp, netting, troughFor example, the following method is used to clean an object to be cleaned in which scallops are locked to a vertical rope for ear-hanging culture using a cleaning device.
(1)Of the present inventionShellfish, kelp, netting, troughMount and fix the cleaning device on the ship.
(2)As shown in FIG. 1, the vertical rope 20 on which the scallop 21 is locked is pulled up from the sea and hung on the outer periphery of the rotation guide body 13.
(3)As described above, the vertical rope 20 hung on the outer periphery of the rotation guide 13 is pushed and set between the carrier 1 and the pusher 2 from the side surface introduction port 17 opened in the side surface 14 a of the case 14.
(4)The rotation guide body 13, the transport body 1, and the pusher 2 are synchronously rotated by driving the motor, and the vertical rope 20 and the scallop 21 sandwiched between the transport body 1 and the pusher 2 are transported to the outlet 16 side. .
(5)During the conveyance, the scallop 21 and the vertical rope 20 are washed from above and below by jetting a washing liquid from the upper and lower washing tools 4 at a high pressure. At this time, blue mussels, other living organisms, dust, etc. attached to the scallops 21 are also removed.
(6)The scallops 21 and the vertical rope 20 cleaned and cleaned are sent out from the exits of the transport body 1 and the pusher 2 and guided onto the shooter 10 by the outlet side guide body 12 so that the vertical ropes 20 with the scallops 21 are attached. It is thrown into the sea from the shooter 10.
(7)The scallops 21 that have been detached from the vertical rope 20 during the transportation or cleaning are dropped from the collection body 11 and collected when the scallops 21 are sent out from the exits of the conveyance body 1 and the pusher 2. Is collected in a collection container arranged in
(8)Deposits removed by washing and sewage after washing fall into the case 14, are discharged from the discharge path 18 at the bottom of the case 14 to the outside of the case 14, and are filtered by a filter (not shown). Is done.
[0029]
In the use example, the bent portion of the pusher 2 is usually lowered by its own weight as shown in FIG. 10A, and the introduction portion 5 and the push portion 6 are substantially horizontal. In this way, when the article 3 to be cleaned passes under the bent portion of the pusher 2, the bent portion is pushed up, so that the article 3 to be cleaned passes smoothly under the bent portion. At this time, since the pusher 2 slides forward (the right side in the figure) by the amount that the bent portion is pushed up and extended, the article to be cleaned 3 can pass under the bent portion more smoothly. When the object to be cleaned 3 approaches the outlet of the pusher 2, the outlet side is pushed up with the drive shaft 51 as the rotation axis as shown in FIG. 10C, and the object to be cleaned 3 smoothly passes therebelow. When the object to be cleaned 3 having two or more scallops 21 passes simultaneously under the pressing tool 2 as shown in FIG. 10 (d), the pressing tool 2 becomes substantially horizontal, and the object to be cleaned 3 is smoothly below it. To pass through. When the rotational travel speeds of the carrier 1 and the pusher 2 are the same, the article to be cleaned 3 that passes between the two travels smoothly. However, if the rotational travel speeds of the two are slightly different, the object that passes between the two travels. Since the resistance applied to the cleaning object 3 is increased, and the dirt of the object to be cleaned 3 may be easily removed, the traveling speed of the carrier 1 and the pusher 2 can be arbitrarily selected.
[0030]
In the above embodiment, since the cleaning tool 4 is disposed outside the transport body 1 and the pressing tool 2, the transport body 1 and the pressing tool 2 can be formed into a thin rotary conveyor, which can be reduced in size and weight. Become.

In the embodiment, since the pusher 2 can be moved up and down following the thickness and passing position of the article 3 to be cleaned passing between the carrier 1 and the article 2 to be cleaned, the pusher 2 is more than necessary by the pusher 2. Will not be pushed hard. Therefore, the object to be cleaned 3 is not easily chipped or broken while passing between the carrier 1 and the pusher 2, and the shell does not come off the rope.
[0032]
In the above-described embodiment, the introduction part of the pusher 2 is disposed upward, and the pusher 6 is connected to the introduction part forward in the transport direction so as to be pivotable up and down by the mounting shaft. The to-be-cleaned object 3 easily enters between the two.
[0033]
In the above-described embodiment, the front end of the pusher 2 is disposed upward with a position shifted from the front end of the carrier 1, so that the object 3 to be cleaned is disposed between the carrier 1 and the pusher 2. Easy to enter.
[0034]
In the above embodiment, since the collection receptacle 11 that collects the article 3 to be washed out of the rope and sends it to the outside is provided outside the pusher 2 and the outlet 16 of the transport body 1, the article to be washed dropped from the rope. 3 is reliably collected and there is no waste of the object 3 to be cleaned. Moreover, since the exit side guide body 12 which guides the to-be-cleaned object 3 ahead was provided, the to-be-cleaned object 3 sent out from an exit does not get entangled in the tip of an exit. Since the shuter is provided, the object to be cleaned is surely sent out from the shooter 10 into the sea.
[0035]
In the embodiment, since the rotation guide body 13 is provided in front of the transport body, the article 3 to be cleaned is reliably fed between the transport body 1 and the pusher 2. In addition, since the rotation guide body 13 rotates in synchronization with the traveling rotation of the transport body 1, the article to be cleaned 3 is reliably and smoothly fed into the entrance of the transport body 1.
[0036]
In the above-described embodiment, the case 14 that accommodates the carrier 1 and the pusher 2 also serves as a recovery container. Therefore, the dirt cleaning liquid that has cleaned the object 3 in the case 14 and the dirt that has been washed away from the object 3 Is reliably collected in the case 14 and discharged to the outside from the discharge path 18 provided in the case 14, so that the workplace is not easily contaminated.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
Claims of the invention1, 2ListedShellfish, kelp, netting, troughIn the cleaning device, the carrier and pusher are housed in the case, and the case has a side inlet that allows the object to be inserted and removed from the side, so the object to be cleaned is a long object such as a rope with a shell. In addition, the tip portion can be manually slid prior to the cleaning operation and slid laterally from the side introduction port to be introduced between the carrier and the pusher and set. For this reason, it is not necessary to manually insert an object to be cleaned from the entrance of the transport body and the pressing tool, and to draw out from the exit through the space between the transport body and the pressing tool.Further, since the case 14 also serves as a collection container for collecting the dirty water that has washed the object 3 to be cleaned and the deposits that have dropped from the object 3 to be cleaned, the surroundings of the cleaning device are not contaminated.
[0038]
Claims of the invention1, 2DescribedShellfish, kelp, netting, troughSince the cleaning device is provided with a cleaning liquid splash prevention curtain in which a large number of fibrous curtain materials are arranged vertically at the side inlet, the cleaning liquid during cleaning and filth washed away from the object to be cleaned are removed from the side inlet. As a result, the cleaning device, the work place, and the like are not soiled. Further, since the fibrous curtain material is used, the curtain becomes soft, and the curtain does not get in the way when an object to be cleaned is introduced from the side surface introduction port between the conveyance body and the pressing tool.
