【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、各種電子機器や床下屋内配線などに使用される静電遮蔽機能を備えたシールドフラット電線に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、各種電子機器や床下屋内配線にフラット電線・ケーブルが多用されている。図6は、フラット電線1の一般的な構造例を示しており、横並びに平行な複数本の導体2a,2b,2c・・・を表側と裏側からそれぞれ絶縁テープ3,4で覆い、導体のうちの任意の1本、たとえば真ん中の導体2bを接地線用としている。また、図7に示すシールドフラット電線5は、上記図6のフラット電線1の全長にわたって銅製の静電遮蔽板6で覆って静電遮蔽した構造のものである。この場合、接地線用の導体2bと遮蔽板6を導通させるために、あらかじめ表側の絶縁テープ3にこの長さ全長にわたって間欠的に導通孔3aを孔明けして設けている。この導通孔3aを通して接地線用の導体2bに静電遮蔽板6を点圧着して接続している。

従来、このようなフラット電線1およびシールドフラット電線5を基本にして、たとえば実開平7−41874号公報に記載されたシールドフラット電線など多くの技術が提案されている。
図8において上記公報のシールドフラット電線7を概略的に示すに、平行な複数本の導体8のうち接地線用の導体8aを覆う部分の絶縁フィルム9を剥離し、剥離した部分の凹溝9aに導電性インキ10を充填し、その導電性インキ10を介して接地線用の導体8aとシールドテープ層11とを接続させている。それにより、接地線用の導体8aとシールドテープ層11との間の接地抵抗が小さく、また周辺部品から電気的影響を受けにくいノイズ防止に有効なシールドフラット電線7が得られるとしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記各図に示す従来例のフラット電線1やシールドフラット電線5,7にあっては、いずれも次の問題点がある。
まず、図6のフラット電線1は、銅板を用いた静電遮蔽が必要となった場合、それに対応して専用のコネクタで遮蔽板に接続するために、接続部の厚さが大きく肥大化する不都合がある。
また、図7のシールドフラット電線5にあっては、導通孔3aを通して接地線の導体2bに静電遮蔽板6が点圧着され、その点圧着が電線全長にわたって施されている。そのため、静電遮蔽が不要な個所であっても、静電遮蔽板6を取り除くことができず、不経済である。

また、図8の公報記載のシールドフラット電線7の場合、接地線用の導体8aに対応して、その全長にわたって絶縁フィルム9を剥離して凹溝9aを設ける作業手間とか、その凹溝9aに導電性インク10を充填する作業手間がかかり、しかも構造が非常に複雑となる不具合がある。

したがって、本発明の目的は、電線全長にわたって必要な個所だけに静電遮蔽を簡易に施せて経済的なシールドフラット電線を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明による請求項1に記載のシールドフラット電線は、横並びに平行な複数本の導体を有し、これら全導体の表側と裏側から絶縁シートで覆ってさらにその表側の絶縁シートの上に静電遮蔽板を電線全長にわたって設けたものであって、接地線用とした前記導体の1本に対応する位置の前記静電遮蔽板にスリットで形成された適宜形状の接続部を設け、この接続部を内側に押し込んでめり込ませることにより前記表側の絶縁シートを突き抜けさせて前記接地線用の導体に接触可能に構成したことを特徴とする。
以上の構成から、シールドフラット電線の配索時、その静電遮蔽の必要な部分だけの静電遮蔽板において接続部を押し込んでめり込ませ、内側の絶縁シートを突き抜けさせてさらにその内側の接地線用の導体に接触させる。静電遮蔽の不要な部分の静電遮蔽板を切断して除去することで、その除去分の静電遮蔽板を節約できる。

また、請求項2に記載のシールドフラット電線は、前記静電遮蔽板に前記接続部を電線全長にわたって断続的に設け、それら接続部の形状の向きを一つ置きに互い違いにして一直線上に配列してなっていることを特徴とするものである。
以上の構成から、断続的に設けた接続部の形状の向きを一つ置きに互い違いとすることで、それらをめり込ませて接地線用の導体に接触させた際、接触時の当接反力が相殺し合って静電遮蔽板の長さ方向へのずれが抑えられる。

また、請求項3に記載のシールドフラット電線は、前記接続部の形状が三角形状であり、その先端の鋭角部の向きを互い違いにして一直線上に配列してなっていることを特徴とするものである。

以上の構成から、接続部がU字形状である場合は、押し込んでめり込ませる先端が鈍角であるから、上記三角形状の場合と比べて内側の絶縁シートに突き抜け難くなる。それを補うために絶縁シートに補助スリットを設けておけば、接続部の突き抜けが容易となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明にかかるシールドフラット電線の実施の形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

図1は、第1実施の形態のシールドフラット電線20を示す斜視図である。本シールドフラット電線20は、横並びに平行な複数本の導体21,22,23・・・を有し、そのうちの1本のたとえば導体22が接地線となっており、全導体の表側と裏側からテープ状の絶縁シート24,25で挟み込んで被覆してフラットに構成されている。普通、導体21,22,23・・・は用途ごとに識別用の印刷とか表示色が施されているため、接地線用となる導体22の位置は容易に確認できるようになっている。また、絶縁シート24,25は、シート厚さが0.15〜0.30mmのプラスチック樹脂製である。

図2は、表側の絶縁シート24を上から覆って設けられるたとえば銅(Cu)製の静電遮蔽板26を示している。この静電遮蔽板26は、たとえば板厚0.05〜0.20mmの軟銅であり、その長さ方向の全長にわたって上記接地線用の導体22に対応する位置の直上に、向きを交互に違えてスリットによる複数の三角形状の接続部27,28が形成されている。すなわち、電線全長にわたってその一方向へ向いて接続部27が先端の鋭角部27aを揃え、この接続部27と一つ飛びに逆方向へ向かせて接続部28が先端の鋭角部28aを揃えて、たとえば50mm程度のピッチで向きを互い違いに配列されている。

以上の構成から、本シールドフラット電線20をたとえば床下屋内配線などに用いて配索する場合、静電遮蔽が必要な個所では次の処理が行われる。静電遮蔽板26の向きが互い違いの接続部27,28を内側に押し込み、三角形状の先端の鋭角部27a,28aをめり込ませて下の絶縁シート24に突き抜けさせる。銅製であるから、鋭角部27a,28aによるプラスチック樹脂製の絶縁シート24への突き抜けが容易である。絶縁シート24を突き抜けると、接続部27,28の各鋭角部27a,28aが接地線用の導体22に接触する。これにて接地線用の導体12と静電遮蔽板26が接続状態となる。
その際、接続部27,28の鋭角部27a,28aは逆向きに絶縁シート24を突き抜けた状態となるから、突き抜け時の反力が相殺し合うことにより、電線長さ方向への静電遮蔽板26のずれが抑えられる。

以上から明らかなように、シールドフラット電線20の配索現場において、静電遮蔽の必要な部分だけに静電遮蔽板26を施せばよく、静電遮蔽が不要な部分の静電遮蔽板26は板厚0.05〜0.20mmといった薄い軟銅製であるから、鋏などのカッター工具で簡便に切断して除去できる。その除去した部分の静電遮蔽板26だけ材料費を節約でき、経済的である。
なお、配索施工時のシールドフラット電線20は、静電遮蔽板26の上からさらに保護板や粘着テープで固定されるため、電線横方向へのずれも抑えることができる。

次に、図3〜図5は、本発明にかかる第2実施の形態のシールドフラット電線30を示している。
本例のシールドフラット電線30は、上記第1実施の形態と基本的には同一構造であり、図4に示すように、静電遮蔽板26に設けられる接続部31,32の形状を本発明でいうU字形状に形成した点、この場合U字に似た矩形状に形成した点が異なっている。接続部31,32は、接地線用の導体22に対応する位置の直上に矩形状の向きを正逆互い違いにしたスリットで形成され、それぞれ適宜ピッチで断続的に配列されている。

以上から、この第2実施の形態においても、シールドフラット電線30の配索施工時、静電遮蔽が必要な個所において上記第1実施の形態のシールドフラット電線20の場合と同様に処理され、同様な作用が得られる。

ただし、接続部31,32がU字形状や矩形状の場合、めり込み先端部が鈍角であるから、絶縁シート24への突き抜けが上記第1実施の形態の三角形状の鋭角部27a,28aよりも若干難しくなる。それを補うため、図5に示すように、表側の絶縁シート24の対応する位置にたとえば平行2本線からなる補助スリット24aを形成しておくことができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明による請求項1に記載のシールドフラット電線は、配索施工時に静電遮蔽の必要な部分だけ、静電遮蔽板の接続部を押し込んでめり込ませ、絶縁シートを突き抜けさせてさらにその内側の接地線用の導体に接触させる。静電遮蔽の不要な部分の静電遮蔽板は切断して除去することで、その除去分の静電遮蔽板を節約できる。
