【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has a problem that if a specific hindered phenol type antioxidant and a tertiary amino compound in combination polyurethane fiber was contained by the changes to result red heat.
[0009]
That is, polyurethane fibers, since the light resistance and gas resistance stability inferior polyurethane resin, in order to improve their light resistance and gas resistance stability, and heat emissions hindered phenolic compound and a tertiary amino compound is Rukoto be contained simultaneously performed. In this case, an untreated fiber obtained by spinning is excellent in light resistance and gas resistance, and has no problem in color tone. However , when heat treatment such as dyeing or finishing is performed, there is a problem that significant red discoloration is caused, and it becomes difficult to use it as a polyurethane fiber for clothing cloth or the like .
[0010]
For such problems, as a result of intensive studies, together with a hindered phenol type compound and a tertiary amino compound, by blending a specific acidic compound in the fiber, can it to suppress such red discoloration, moreover, see that does not not give any adverse effect to the light resistance and imparting function of resistance to gas stability improvement is obtained by reaching the present invention.
[0011]
Such effects of the present invention, Ru der those hindered phenol type compound and a tertiary amino compound is response rates in polyurethane-based fiber being for併present in the fiber.
[0012]
Or mow polyurethane fiber of the present invention can be used as fibers constituting the clothing fabric. The clothing fabric, for example, outer garments, sports clothing (eg if training wear, swimwear, spats, etc.), further up the clothing, such as underwear, including underwear and pantyhose, further socks, gloves, deputy for clothing, such as hats as the material can be put into practical use.
[0013]
The polyurethane- based fiber of the present invention is manufactured by a yarn-making process and then processed into a fiber product . This processing process includes various processes such as covering, knitting, dyeing, heat setting, washing, and dry cleaning . There are many processes involving heating. For example, polyurethane fiber products are heat-treated in high-order processing in order to give form stability. Recently, in order to increase the processing efficiency, heat treatment at a high temperature of 150 ° C. or higher has been performed for a short time. It is coming . When performing such high temperature heat treatment, the effect of improving the red discoloration of the polyurethane fiber of the present invention is remarkable.
[0014]
And when producing a Polyurethane based fibers by a wet spinning method, when a heat treatment at a higher machining is performed at a low temperature of around 120 ° C., such red discoloration does not occur almost discoloration disadvantages problem does not occur.
[0015]
However, the polyurethane fibers containing the hindered phenol-based compound and the tertiary amino compound to both, when or subjected to a heat treatment at high temperatures, such as above 0.99 ° C., since significant red discoloration is caused discoloration drawback occurs is there.
[0016]
Polyurethane resins that make up polyurethane fibers deteriorate due to multiple factors such as oxidizing gases such as nitrogen oxides, ultraviolet rays, heat, unsaturated fatty acids contained in sweat and oil, and chlorine contained in bleach. Since it is easy, the above-mentioned stabilizer (that is, a hindered phenol compound and a tertiary amino compound) is used in combination to suppress deterioration of the resin.
[0017]
Point of the present invention, in the polyurethane-based fiber containing both a hindered phenol type compound and a tertiary amino compound, by further containing organic acid compounds lies in resolving such red drawbacks.
Such acidic compounds are preferably those that are soluble in an amide solvent, more preferably those having a low oxidizing power, and particularly preferably acidic compounds having a boiling point at 1 atm or a decomposition point of 150 ° C. or higher. Written that acid compound, by incorporating a polyurethane fiber, in which resolve the problems of red discoloration drawbacks described above.
[0018]
[0019]
Red discoloration of the polyurethane fiber by heat that written is inferred that it would be quinoid of hindered phenol-type compound according to significant interaction of the hindered phenol type compound and a tertiary amino compound (oxide). This can be understood from the fact that, even when a tertiary amino compound is not contained in the resin and only a hindered phenol type compound is contained, such red discoloration is not caused.
[0020]
Thus, the present invention is specific to the case of the polyurethane fibers containing the hindered phenol type compound and a tertiary amino compound, but is intended to solve the drawbacks will leave heat red discoloration of, after the heat treatment for Lupo polyurethane fiber that is required to be excellent in both properties of light resistance and gas resistance stability, it will be described in detail.
[0021]
Such polyurethane emission fiber is a fiber comprising a polyurethane polymer having a urethane group in the molecule, a hydroxyl group at both ends, substantially linear polymer molecular weight of 5000 to 600 (eg if , polyester, polylactone, polyether, polyester amides, polythioethers, polyhydrocarbon, or with those of the compound), organic diisocyanate, and polyfunctional active hydrogen atoms and having a chain extender (eg example, hydrazine, polyhydrazide, poly semicarbazide, polyols, polyamines, and a fiber made of a polyurethane-based polymer having a hydroxyl amine), etc. urethane groups in the molecule obtained by reacting a.
[0022]
Such polyurethane polymers are roughly classified into two types. One is called polyurethane urethane, and the other is polyurethane urea. That is, polyurethane is industrially produced by preparing a polymer of glycol and an excess amount of polyisocyanate (hereinafter referred to as capped glycol) and chain-extending with polyol or polyamine. As the chain extender, polyurethane urethane is used as a chain extender, and polyurethane urea is used as an amine (polyamine and derivatives thereof, hydrazine and derivatives thereof).
[0023]
Since polyurethane urea has more active hydrogen atoms than polyurethane urethane, the viscosity of the urethane solution increases rapidly. Therefore, in order to facilitate viscosity control, chain extension is industrially performed in the presence of an excessive amount of amines (basic side). That is, in the urethane solution, the molecular weight of the polyurethane urea is reduced, and the molecular weight is increased until a suitable elasticity is obtained during chain spinning or after spinning. Therefore, in order to obtain a stable urethane urea solution, a basic compound may be added as a stabilizer, and such a system has a feature that the thermal red discoloration defect referred to in the present invention is also caused remarkably. However, the urethane solution of polyurethane urethane is very stable, it is not necessary to add such a stabilizer, and since the chain extender is not an amine, it has a lower basicity than polyurethane urea, and polyurethane urea The thermal red discoloration defect caused by the process was also difficult to be caused by polyurethane urethane.
[0024]
Thus, a description below when using a polyurethane urea and polyurethane-based polymer in the present invention.
[0025]
That is, the Lupo polyurethane-based fibers from such polyurethane urea, preferably substantially linear both ends active hydrogen-containing compounds having a molecular weight from 5000 to 600, preferably ring-opening polymerization of polytetramethylene ether glycol (tetrahydrofuran Glycol) or poly-3-methyl-tetramethylene ether glycol (glycol obtained by ring-opening polymerization of 3-methyltetrahydrofuran) or a copolymer thereof, 1.2 to 3.0 times moles of 4,4'-diphenylmethane A diisocyanate is reacted to synthesize capped glycol, which is then synthesized in an inert organic solvent, preferably dimethylacetamide or dimethylformamide, with an organic diamine, preferably ethylenediamine or tetra Ethylenediamine or 1,2-propylenediamine the polyurethanes urea or Ranaru fiber obtained by chain extension using.
[0026]

On the other hand, when 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate is used, it is preferable because it has good reactivity and excellent mechanical properties as a fiber.
[0027]
Further, as such a polyurethane urea, and the bath ratio of the ion exchange water 100g of the polyurethane fiber 10g you fine shape to the extent possible, after treatment for 3 hours by heating to 90 ° C., cooled to room temperature When pH is measured with a pH meter, those having a pH of 7.1 to 14.0 are preferably used.

[0038]
The acidic compound referred to in the present invention will be described.
Generally polyurethane fiber comprising a polyurethane urea is prepared by dry spinning. In that case, those having a boiling point as di Mel dimethylformamide and dimethylacetamide exceeds 0.99 ° C. is Ru is used as the solvent. The acidic compound to be incorporated in the urethane solution comprising such solvent, decomposed in the spinning process Sarezu, which do not would provide an evaporated into air together with the solvent is used, good Mashiku is the A phagemid based solvent a soluble, yet can have good compatibility with the polyurethane used.
When an acidic compound that does not satisfy such requirements is used, a necessary amount of the acidic compound cannot be present in the polyurethane. For example, an acidic compound that does not satisfy such requirements is phase-separated from polyurethane, and the acidic compound comes to exist on the surface of the fiber, and the fiber surface is worn by a guide in the take-up process and the rewinding process , It decreases the fibers in the residual amount of the acidic compound. Fiber content is too Do small such acidic compounds, when subjected to heat treatment at around 190 ° C. In order processing, notably red polyurethane fibers containing the hindered phenol type compound and a tertiary amino compound It discolors and causes serious drawbacks that greatly impair its appearance.
[0039]
In the present invention, even after the boiling point has been dry-spun using the amide solvent is 0.99 ° C. or higher, even after subjected to heat treatment at a high temperature of above 190 ° C., important to leave the acid compound in a polyurethane fiber Therefore, as the acidic compound used in the present invention, those having a boiling point or decomposition point of 150 ° C. or more at 1 atm are preferably used. In order to leave the acidic compound uniformly in the polyurethane fiber, a compound that is soluble in an amide solvent and has good compatibility with polyurethane is preferably used as the acidic compound. the acidic compound, arbitrarily boiling or decomposition point at 1 atmosphere preferred non-metallic acidic compounds 150 to 500 ° C.. Among such acidic compounds, a compound containing a sulfonic acid group or a phosphoric acid group that satisfies the following conditions is most preferable. If the total number of carbon atoms is within the specified range, the number of functional groups can be arbitrarily increased.
[0040]
(1) Alkylbenzenesulfonic acids (total carbon number: 6-11)
(2) Alkanesulfonic acids (total carbon number: 1-5)
(3) Phosphoric acids (Hn + 2 Pn O3n + 1: 1≤n≤4)
The acidic compound is most preferably added to the urethane solution after completion of the chain extension reaction in the urethane solution and immediately before spinning. At this time, it may be added directly to the polyurethane solution alone, or may be indirectly added to the polyurethane solution by being contained in a hindered phenol compound or a tertiary amino group. The addition amount of the acidic compound is preferably 0.1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the hindered phenol compound. When the acidic compound is added in an amount exceeding 10 parts by weight, the viscosity stability of the polyurethane solution is remarkably lowered or the spinnability tends to be remarkably deteriorated because the concentration of the polyurethane solution is lowered. Moreover, if the addition amount is less than 0.1 parts by weight, the problem to be solved by the present invention cannot be overcome.
[0041]
The polyurethane fiber thus obtained can optionally contain various additives, for example, known additives such as colorants, crosslinking agents, stabilizers, fillers and the like.
[0042]
[0043]
Polyurethane fiber of the present invention is used as fibers constituting the clothing fabric and clothing, for example outer garments, sports apparel, for example training wear, swimwear, are used as such spats, underwear containing skin adhesive and pantyhose is used as or hosiery, also gloves, and also used as clothing auxiliary materials such as hats, the effect of the present invention is Ru is very effectively used as being exerted preeminent.
[0044]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples. In addition, the measuring method of each characteristic in this invention is shown below.
[Discoloration]
In the present invention, the following evaluation test was performed in order to evaluate the red discoloration of polyurethane fibers by heat treatment. First, 500 rolls of casserole (about 2 g) were taken, heated at 190 ° C. for 2 minutes and 3 minutes with steam (Mathis Laboratory Steamer type DH), and then a multi-light source spectrometer MS-IS-2DH (Suga “A”, “b”, and L color were measured by a testing machine corporation. The discoloration was evaluated based on the a value.
[Boiling point, decomposition point]
Determination of boiling point or decomposition point of acidic compounds at 1 atm is determined by DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) described in “Basics of Thermal Analysis for Material Science” Yasutoshi Saito (Kyoritsu Shuppan Co., Ltd.) pages 154-156. The boiling point was measured by TG (thermogravimetry). Details will be described below.
[0045]
Using a differential scanning calorimeter DSC-220C (Seiko Electronics Co., Ltd.), using about 5 mg of sample, the temperature was increased to 500 ° C. at a rate of temperature increase of 5 ° C./min in a nitrogen stream of 50 ml / min, and endothermic or exothermic peak. The temperature (TDSC) when the temperature reached was measured. A simple sealed type was used for the sample container, and a pin hole of 0.5 to 1 mm was opened in the lid, and a single insertion plate was placed so as to cause ideal reflux in the container.
[0046]
The assignment of the peak of the DSC curve to the boiling point or decomposition point was performed by TG. Thermogravimetric Analyzer SHIMADZU TA-50 (Shimadzu Corporation) was used to heat up to 500 ° C at a rate of 5 ° C / min. The temperature (TTG) at which the curve reached the maximum peak was measured. The sample container was the same as in DSC. The TDSC closest to this TTG was taken as the boiling point or decomposition point of the acidic compound in the present invention.
