Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an injection mold having a feature in a mounting structure for a slot having a submarine gate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is a submarine gate (tunnel gate) type of resin injection mold. As a conventional submarine gate, a type integrally formed with a lower mold and a nested type having a submarine gate are known. In the type in which the submarine gate is integrally formed with the lower mold, it is difficult to repair the wear, deformation, or breakage of the cutting edge of the gate. In this respect, the submarine gate of the nesting (entrance piece) system can be easily repaired. As a conventional nesting type, there is known a type in which a cutting edge part and a gate body part as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-68811 are separated.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional entrance frame method includes the above-described entrance frame method in which the cutting edge portion and the gate main body portion are divided, so that the entrance frame itself is installed in a recess formed in the lower mold. There is a problem that the entrance frame is damaged when it protrudes from the resin between the upper part of the piece and the upper die at the time of molding. This is because the bottom of the entrance frame is closed by the lower mold, and if a burr occurs between the entrance frame and the upper mold as described above, an abnormal force is applied to the frame when closing the mold. In particular, this problem is more conspicuous when the entrance frame has a shape protruding into the upper die as shown in FIG. 5, and a crack as shown in FIG. 5 occurs. Needless to say, the entrance with a submarine gate is a precision part and takes time to manufacture. An object of the present invention is to provide a novel mold structure which prevents damage to the entrance frame itself which is such an important part.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of diligent investigations to solve the above problems, the present inventor devised a structure for mounting a piece on which a piece is installed, and when an abnormal force is applied to the piece, the attachment portion is destroyed and the piece itself It has been found that by adopting a structure that can be removed from the mold, it is possible to prevent damage to the entrance frame in the event of an abnormality.
[0005]
That is, the present invention
(1) An injection mold comprising a fixed mold and a movable mold for forming a cavity, and an entrance piece having a submarine gate for introducing a molten resin into the cavity held by the movable mold, wherein the movable mold The entrance frame held in the normal position is held at a predetermined position on the movable mold, but when an abnormal force is applied to the entrance frame during molding, it moves so that it drops into the space provided at the bottom of the movable mold. Injection mold characterized by being held in the mold,
(2) The injection mold according to (1), wherein the entrance piece has a shape protruding toward the fixed mold,
About.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory view of an injection mold according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an explanatory cross-sectional view taken along the arrow V in FIG. 1 and 2, 1 is a fixed mold, 2 is a movable mold for mounting a frame, 3 is a back plate for supporting the
[0008]
However, in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the entrance frame is mounted so that the mounting portion faces the space, and the mounting is normal so that the entrance frame can be securely held and is abnormal. When the force is applied to the entrance frame, the mounting part is adjusted to break so that the entrance frame will not be damaged. It is possible to drop from the attached movable mold to the space below it. Thus, according to the entrance frame mounting structure of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the entrance frame from being damaged. In the present invention, the structure of the piece is not particularly limited. However, the structure protruding in the upper mold as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is particularly susceptible to damage. The effect of is more remarkable.
[0009]
As described above, the installation of the entrance piece of the present invention can reliably fix the entrance piece in the normal state, the attachment portion is destroyed in the abnormal state, and if such an action can be expressed, The attachment means is not limited. However, bolting is practical and preferred. For example, two M3 bolts may be used and fractured at a predetermined value (FIG. 4). Moreover, you may provide the notch used as a weak part in a volt | bolt.
[0010]
By damaging the bolt of the standard part, it is possible to protect the entrance of the precision part. Replacing a damaged bolt is much cheaper and easier than remaking a piece.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the injection mold according to the present invention is such that the mounting part of the entrance piece is outside the mold facing the space, and the attachment is surely held in the normal state and abnormal. Since the entrance piece can be removed from the mold at the time, it is possible to prevent the entrance piece itself from being damaged in the event of an abnormality.
