Description
【0001】
4/5≦〔(t1 +t2 )×K1 −K2 〕/〔0.5t3 2×E3 〕≦6/5
従って、
t 3 2 ×E 3 ≦5/2〔(t 1 +t 2 )×K 1 −K 2 〕
t 3 2 ×E 3 ≧5/3〔(t 1 +t 2 )×K 1 −K 2 〕
但し、
K1 =E1 ×t1 +E2 ×t2 +E4 ×t4
K2 =0.5(E1 ×t1 2+E2 ×t2 2+E4 ×t4 2)+E2 ×t1 ×t2 +E4 × (t1 +t2 +t3 )×t4

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire having a run-flat performance that can run when air pressure decreases due to puncture or the like. More specifically, the run-flat running distance is increased by suppressing separation of the reinforcing liner and the carcass during run-flat running. The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a reinforcement liner is provided between the carcass and the inner liner of the tire sidewall portion in order to provide run-flat performance that allows the vehicle to run when the air pressure decreases due to puncture or the like. This reinforcement liner uses rubber with higher modulus and hardness than side rubber, and its cross-sectional shape is crescent shaped with the thickest at the center, suppressing bending and bending of the side wall during run flat running It is configured to do.
[0003]
However, the above configuration has a problem in that when a bending deformation is repeatedly applied to the sidewall portion during run-flat running, a large stress acts between the carcass and the reinforcing liner, which causes peeling. It was. In particular, stress concentrates in the region of the maximum width of the tire where bending deformation is greatest, where the crescent-shaped thickest central portion is arranged, and the separation there is remarkable. Therefore, there has been a problem that the tire is destroyed due to the separation before the sufficient run-flat traveling distance is obtained.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a pneumatic tire that can suppress the separation between the reinforcing liner and the carcass during run-flat running and can increase the run-flat running distance.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention to achieve the above object is a cross section extending from the bead portion side to the tread portion side from the bead portion side between the carcass inside the side rubber of the left and right sidewall portions and the inner liner inside the carcass. In a pneumatic tire in which a crescent-shaped reinforcing liner is arranged and the side wall portion is prevented from being bent and bent at the time of run-flat running by the reinforcing liner, the reinforcing liner is provided with a tire diameter at a tire maximum width position. It said reinforcing liner disposed respectively thick portion in the direction both the inside and the outside zone, configured by providing a recessed dimple-shaped portion in a region facing the tire maximum width position between the thick portion, in contact with the inner liner in meridian section the inner surface and recessed areas facing the tire maximum width position, characterized in that it has a two-peak shape to the tire radial direction inner and outer sides zone convex To.
[0006]
In this way, the reinforcement liner that suppresses the bending and bending of the sidewall portion during run-flat running is a recessed portion that is recessed at the tire maximum width position. As a result, even if the sidewall portion is repeatedly bent and deformed during run flat running, the reinforcement liner can easily follow the bending deformation of the carcass in the region of the maximum tire width. It is possible to reduce the stress acting on the surface to make the interface a neutral plane of bending. Therefore, it is possible to prevent stress concentration on the interface between the carcass and the reinforcing liner in a region where the tire maximum width position is present.
[0007]
On the other hand, the thickness of the reinforcing liner on both sides in the tire radial direction of the hollow portion is configured as a thick portion to prevent the sidewall portion from being bent and bent greatly during run flat running. Therefore, good run flat performance can be secured.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

A tire of the present invention having the configuration shown in FIG. 1 and a conventional tire having a crescent-shaped cross section of the reinforcing liner in the configuration shown in FIG. For the rubbers of the side rubber, carcass, inner liner, and reinforcing liner, the tires of the present invention and the conventional tire have the same physical properties, and only the shape of the reinforcing liner was changed. In the conventional tire, the maximum thickness of the crescent-shaped reinforcing liner is 5 mm. In the tire of the present invention, the maximum thickness of the
[0018]
When these run tires were subjected to run-flat travel distance and rolling resistance evaluation tests under the measurement conditions shown below, the results shown in Table 1 were obtained.
Run-flat mileage Each test tire is mounted on a rim with a rim size of 17x9J, mounted on a 3600cc passenger car with an air pressure of 0kPa, and the mileage until the tire breaks at a speed of 80km / h is measured. The result was evaluated by an index value where the conventional tire was 100. The larger this value, the longer the run-flat travel distance.
Rolling resistance Each test tire is mounted on a rim with a rim size of 17x9J, attached to a drum type rolling resistance tester with an air pressure of 150 kPa, and a rolling load is measured with an applied load of 400 kgf. The results were evaluated with an index value where the conventional tire was 100. It shows that rolling resistance is so small that this figure is small.
[0019]
[Table 1]
As is clear from Table 1, it can be seen that the tire of the present invention can suppress the separation between the reinforcing liner and the carcass during the run-flat running and can increase the run-flat running distance.
[0020]
The tire of the present invention is also lower in rolling resistance than in the conventional tire, and it can be seen that the increase in rolling resistance that is increased by providing the reinforcing liner can be suppressed as compared with the conventional tire.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a sidewall portion in which a reinforcing liner is disposed between a carcass inside a side rubber and an inner liner inside the carcass is provided, and the sidewall portion bends and bends during run flat running. In the pneumatic tire that suppresses the above, the reinforcing liner is configured by arranging thick portions on both the inner and outer side regions in the tire radial direction of the tire maximum width position, and providing a depressed portion between the thick portions. Therefore, the separation between the reinforcing liner and the carcass during the run flat traveling can be suppressed, and the run flat traveling distance can be increased.
