【従来の技術】
従来、複式筆記具の一例としては、同出願人による実開昭64ー3491号公報に見られるように、2本の筆記体を案内する摺動溝を有して先軸に対し固着されるガイド筒と、当該ガイド筒に嵌装される二本の筆記体に取付けられた摺動コマに接するカム斜面を前端部に有すると共に、後端はノック部となして後軸に対し軸方向に移動自在に、且つ円周方向の回転は一体となるよう装着された円筒カムを備え、先軸に対する後軸の回転操作により二本の筆記体を先軸先端口に於いて選択的に出没可能とした複式筆記具が存在する。又、後軸の後端に印鑑を取付け、印鑑の外周に印面を被覆してノックカバーを取付けたものは周知である。
又、従来のこの種の印鑑付筆記具は、先軸径に対し後軸の印鑑取付け部径が極端に膨出した大径に成されており体裁が悪い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来例の印鑑付筆記具は体裁が悪く、又、キャップと印鑑外周との係合が強すぎるとキャップの着脱で印鑑が外れる問題がある。又、キャップが小さい為にキャップの着脱で指を汚したり紛失し易い問題が存在する。
本発明の目的は上記のような問題を解決することにある。

上記の課題を解決する為に本発明の印鑑付筆記具は、先軸と中軸の先方を互いに回転不能且つ抜け止め状態に嵌着する係合部を夫々設けて両者を固定したこと。中軸に一体化したガイド筒とガイド筒の複数の案内溝に、夫々ボールペン筆記体をガイド筒と摺動コマとの間にリターンスプリングを附勢して前後動自在に嵌装し、軸方向に変位するカム斜面を前端部に円周状に設けた円筒カムをガイド筒又は中軸に対し回転可能に抜け止めし、各摺動コマをカム斜面に当接させることにより先軸又は中軸に対する円筒カムの回転によって交互に前後動させて、各ボールペン筆記体の先端を先軸の先端口から選択的に出没可能としたこと。又、円筒カムの後方外周に一体的に後軸が設けられ、後軸の後端に印鑑が止着されて、後軸の外周部に後端閉塞状の万年筆形の長いキャップが印鑑の外周に非接触状態で着脱可能に固定されたことである。

【発明の効果】

又、円筒カムの後方に一体的に樹脂製の後軸が設けられ、又、樹脂製の中軸ににガイド筒が一体的に設けられて成るので、部品が省略されると共に組立てが簡単となりコストが低減される
