本発明は、インターネットなどのコンピュータネットワーク上で決済処理を行うネットワーク決済処理システム、ネットワーク決済処理装置、ネットワーク決済処理方法、および、ネットワーク決済処理プログラムに関する。特には、クレジットカードによってコンピュータネットワーク上で安全確実に決済処理を行うことに適している。

【従来の技術】
従来から、複数のコンピュータを通信回線などによって接続し、データやプログラムなどを複数のコンピュータ同士で蓄積交換したり、データなどを共有するコンピュータ・ネットワーク(以下、単に「ネットワーク」とも言う)が構築されている。

このようなネットワークの方式としては、所定の通信プロトコルなどに準拠すれば、原則として自由にコンピュータの接続ができるオープン型ネットワーク方式と、ネットワークをホスト・コンピュータなどで管理し、接続されるコンピュータなどのユーザ端末に一定のセキュリティなどの制限を設けて、管理外のコンピュータ・ノードをネットワークに接続させないようにするクローズ型ネットワーク方式がある。

上述のオープン型ネットワーク方式の代表的なものとして、インターネットがある。このインターネットにおいては、通信プロトコルにTCP(Transfer Control Protocol)/IP(Internet Protocol)が採用されており、原則としてこの通信プロトコルを遵守したコンピュータであればネットワークに接続することができる。

近年において、インターネットのような自由なネットワーク環境を背景に、WWW(World Wide Web)などのマルチメディア環境が整備されてきた。特に、最近では、このインターネットを利用して特定のサービスを行うインターネットビジネス(eビジネス)といわれるものが多く提案され運営されている。

このインターネットビジネス(eビジネス)においては、サーバ側に仮想店舗を設け、商品のサンプル写真や説明文などをWebページ上に載せ、商品の売買を行うサービスも存在している。

このような電子商取引(EC)の決済方法としては、現金送付、振込みによるもの、プリペイドカード方式を採用するもの、クレジットカードを利用するものなどがある。

特に、クレジットカードを利用する場合、プリペイドカードの購入などの手間や、現金送付、振込みの手間、その入金確認後の商品の配送による商品入手の遅延などの問題がなく、非常に有効な決済方法となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述したような電子商取引におけるクレジットカードでの決済方法によれば、店舗側サーバでクレジットカード情報による与信の確認を行っているため、送信されてきたクレジットカード情報が店舗側サーバに残り、そのクレジットカード情報が漏洩する危険性があるという問題があった。

また、クレジットカード情報の漏洩を防止するために、サーバシステムの構築にコストがかかり、電子商取引のメリットである低コストの実現が困難になるという問題があった。

また、他の独立した決済システムでクレジットカード情報を処理し、このような第三者の決済システムを利用する場合、ユーザに提供される決済処理画面のデザインは、決済システム側で準備したものであるため、店舗側サーバのWebページのデザインと異なるデザインとなり、店舗と決済サービスが別のものであるという印象をユーザ側に与えるので、店舗での購入における円滑さを欠いてしまうという問題があった。

従って、本発明の目的は、インターネットなどのコンピュータネットワーク上でクレジットカードを利用して安全且つ確実に決済をすることができるネットワーク決済処理システム、ネットワーク決済処理装置、ネットワーク決済処理方法、および、ネットワーク決済処理プログラムを提供することである。

上記課題を解決するため、本発明のネットワーク決済処理システムは、インターネットなどのコンピュータネットワーク上で決済を処理するネットワーク決済処理システムであって、前記コンピュータネットワークに接続され、商品の購入情報や決済情報を入力するユーザ端末と、前記コンピュータネットワークに接続され、前記ユーザ端末へ商品情報を提供し、前記ユーザ端末から商品の購入情報を受信する電子店舗サーバと、前記コンピュータネットワークに接続され、前記ユーザ端末と前記電子店舗サーバ間での商品取引に応じた決済を行う決済サーバと、を備え、前記電子店舗サーバは、前記ユーザ端末から所定の決済を指定された場合、決済情報入力画面を前記決済サーバから前記ユーザ端末に提供することを指示する制御情報を前記決済サーバに送信し、前記決済サーバは、前記電子店舗サーバからの前記制御情報に基づいて、前記ユーザ端末に前記決済情報入力画面を提供し、前記ユーザ端末は、前記決済サーバから提供された前記決済情報入力画面に前記所定の決済に関する決済情報を入力することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明のネットワーク決済処理システム、ネットワーク決済処理装置、ネットワーク決済処理方法、及びネットワーク決済処理プログラムの実施の形態を説明する。ここで、本発明においては、インターネットなどの通信ネットワークを利用し、ユーザ側からの決済情報(実施形態では、クレジットカード情報)に基づいて、決済処理を行うことができる。

(1.第一実施形態)
(1−1.第一実施形態の構成)
(1−1−1.全体構成)
図1は、本発明のネットワーク決済処理システムの一形態を示す図である。この図では、システム構成を示すとともに、本発明の理解を容易にする目的で、このシステムを用いたワークフローも示している。
このネットワーク決済処理システムは、コンピュータネットワーク(以下、単に「ネットワーク」ともいう)10を用いて、ユーザ20が決済会社30の決済サービスを利用してEC店舗40で商品を購入した代金を決済できるように構成されている。ユーザ20が決済に用いるクレジットカードの与信は、決済会社30からクレジット会社50に確認されるようになっている。すなわち、ユーザ20がEC店舗40において商品選択を行うと、EC店舗40からの商品の購入情報をもとにユーザ20から決済会社30にクレジットカード情報を送信し、決済会社30においてクレジット会社50への与信確認を行って、EC店舗40での商品の売上を計上する。EC店舗40は、決済会社30に対して売上請求を行い、それを受けて決済会社30がクレジット会社50に対して売上請求を行うと、EC店舗40に売上が入金され、これによりEC店舗40は、ユーザ20に対して商品の発送を行う。

次に、このようなワークフローを実現するシステム構成を説明する。図1において、ユーザ20が使用する機器は、ブラウザ機能を有し、商品の購入情報やクレジットカード情報を入力するPC(Personal Computer)や携帯電話などのユーザ端末20a〜20cである。
決済会社30が使用する機器は、決済サーバ30aであり、ユーザ端末20a〜20cからの決済情報(クレジットカード情報)及びEC店舗システム40aからの商品の購入情報に基づいて、クレジット会社50からユーザ20の与信情報を獲得して決済処理を行う機能を備えている。

EC店舗40が使用する機器は、EC店舗システム40aであり、サーバ機能を有し、ユーザ端末20a〜20cに商品情報を提供すると共に、ユーザ端末20a〜20cからの購入情報に基づいて商品の販売を行うサーバやこのサーバにアクセスする端末などを備えている。各ユーザ端末20a〜20c、決済サーバ30a、及びEC店舗システム40aは、インターネットなどのネットワーク10に接続されている。ネットワーク10は、インターネットやイントラネットを利用して構築することができる。この場合、インターネットの通信プロトコルに準拠した既存のアプリケーションやシステムを使用することができるので、低コストで本発明のネットワーク決済処理システムを実現することができる。

(1−1−2.決済サーバの構成)
図2は、決済サーバ30aの構成の一形態を示す図である。図2において、決済サーバ30aは、Webページ処理部31、情報処理部32、売上処理部33、取引データベース(DB)34、および、入出力部35を備えている。
Webページ処理部31は、ユーザ20がクレジットカード情報を入力するためのWebページを提供する処理を行うものである。本実施形態では、基本的にはEC店舗システム40aがユーザ端末20a〜20cにWebページを提供するが、ユーザ20がクレジットカード情報を入力するWebページは決済サーバ30aが提供することによって、EC店舗システム40a側にクレジットカード情報が渡らないようになっている。

売上処理部33は、情報処理部32において処理された与信情報に基づいて取引情報を生成し、EC店舗システム40aからの売上請求処理や取消処理などを行う。
取引DB34は、売上処理部33で生成された取引情報を記録し、入出力部35は、クレジット会社50に送付する請求データを出力する。

図3は、EC店舗システム40aの構成の一形態を示す図である。このEC店舗システム40aは、ショッピングシステム41とショップデータベース(DB)42とを備えている。
ショッピングシステム41は、ネットワーク10を介してユーザ端末20a〜20c(図1)へ商品情報を提供すると共に、ユーザ端末20a〜20c(図1)から商品の購入情報を受信して処理するものであり、商品選択などショップ運営機能を提供するプログラムの他、決済サーバ30aへの接続を行うプログラムである接続キットMDKを備えている。

接続キットMDKは、決済会社30から提供されるプログラムであり、このプログラムの機能により、後に詳しく説明するようなEC店舗システム40aにおけるショッピングから、決済サーバ30aにおける決済を違和感なく行うことができるようになっている。EC店舗の運営体は、このような接続キットMDKを決済サーバ30aの運営体から提供されることにより、クレジットカード決済に関する機能の導入が容易になる。
また、ショップDB42は、利用者に提供する商品の画像や説明などの提供商品情報を記憶しているデータベースである。

次に、図1〜図3に示した本発明のネットワーク決済処理システムを利用したネットワーク決済サービスについて説明する。なお、以下の説明において具体的な一例として、ユーザ端末20bは、クライアント機能及びブラウザ機能を有するPCであり、コンピュータネットワーク10はインターネットであるとして、説明する。

図4は、本発明のネットワーク決済処理システムを利用したネットワーク決済サービスを示すシーケンスフローである。
先ずユーザ20は、ユーザ端末20bでブラウザを起動し、コンピュータネットワーク10を介して、EC店舗システム40aのショッピングシステム41が提供するショッピング用Webページにアクセスする(ステップ401)。ショッピングシステム41は、ユーザ端末20bからの商品選択要求に応じて、ショップDB42に記憶している商品情報を検索して、この商品情報を表示するWebページをユーザ端末20bに送信し、これにより、ユーザ端末20bの画面上には、商品購入用のユーザ情報入力画面のWebページが表示される(ステップ402)。

次に、図5〜図9に示した画面例を参照しながら、ステップ404〜ステップ412の具体例について説明する。
図5は、ユーザ端末20bからの決済要求を受けて(ステップ404)、EC店舗システム40aがユーザ20に対して決済(図中「支払い」)手段を選択させるための画面である。この例では、クレジットカードでの支払いか銀行振り込みによる支払いを選択できるようになっており、ユーザ20がクレジットカードでの支払いを選択した場合には、決済サーバ30aを用いた決済が行われる。
ユーザ端末20bに図5に示した画面を表示させるURLは、EC店舗システム40aが提供するURL405である。ここでユーザ20がクレジットカードでの支払いを選択して「次へ進む」ボタンを押した場合には、図6に示す決済画面がユーザ端末20bに表示される(ステップ404〜408)。

ところで、図6に示した決済画面は、EC店舗システム40aが提供するURL407と、決済サーバ30aが提供するURL408とから構成される。より具体的には、図7に示す画面が先に説明した画面枠であり、この画面枠はEC店舗システム40a中のURL407である。また、図8に示す画面が、画面枠のエリアXに挿入される画面であり、決済サーバ30a中のURL408である。

このように、画面枠をEC店舗システム40aが提供し、クレジットカード情報を入力する画面を決済サーバ30aが提供すれば、EC店舗システム40aのWebページのデザインと同一の又は統一性のあるデザインで決済情報入力画面を提供することができるため、ユーザ20に対しては他のサイトに移行して決済しているという印象を与えずにクレジットカード情報の入力を促すことができる。
そして、図6に示した画面において、ユーザ20がクレジットカード番号を入力し、「支払い」ボタンを押すと、入力された情報がステップ409において決済サーバ30aに送信され、ステップ410の決済処理が行われる。そして、決済結果がユーザ端末20bのブラウザを介してEC店舗システム40aに送信され、EC店舗システム40aは、図9に示す決済結果画面をユーザ端末20bに表示させる(ステップ412)。

(1−2−3.接続キットMDK)
ここで、上述した接続キットMDKによって実現される機能について、より詳細に説明する。
上述したように、EC店舗システム40aから決済サーバ30aに送信する情報(ステップ405)や、決済サーバ30aからEC店舗システム40aに送信する情報(ステップ411)が、ユーザ端末20bのブラウザを経由する場合がある。これは、EC店舗システム40aのみで行っている処理から、決済処理の代行を決済サーバ30aに開始させるための決済開始プログラムMDK(A)と、決済サーバ30aにおいて代行した決済結果に基づく処理をEC店舗システム40aに行わせるための決済結果受信プログラムMDK(B)とによって実現される。
決済開始プログラムMDK(A)および決済結果受信プログラムMDK(B)は、図3に示した接続キットMDKの仕様に準拠して、EC店舗40がショッピングシステム41として生成したものである。

なお、決済開始プログラムMDK(A)および決済結果受信プログラムMDK(B)によって実現されるステップを、図4においても記載している。このように、決済開始プログラムMDK(A)および決済結果受信プログラムMDK(B)を、ユーザ端末20bのブラウザで自動処理されるようなプログラムとすることによって、ユーザ20に対してはサイトの切り替えが行われていないような画面を提示しつつ、EC店舗システム40aから決済サーバ30aへの処理の移行がスムーズに行われるようになっている。
