本発明は、ガイドレールの長手方向に沿う複数個の扉体を伸縮自在に連結した複連引き戸式門扉に関するものである。

ガイドレールの長手方向に沿う複数個の扉体を伸縮自在に連結した複連引き戸式門扉には、従来、実開平4−27099号公報に記載のようなものがある。
この複連引き戸式門扉は、ガイドレールの長手方向に沿う複数個の扉体を前後方向に近接させて配置し、この複数個の扉体の内、最前側に配置された扉体の両端下部に、ガイドレール上を走行する台車を設け、この扉体の後側に順次隣接して配置される各扉体の一端側の下部に、ガイドレール上を走行する台車を、他端側に、隣接する前側の扉体の案内溝に嵌合して伸縮方向に案内される案内部材を夫々設けている。
そして、この複連引き戸式門扉は、最前側の扉体をガイドレールに沿って伸縮方向に走行させた時に、この扉体に近い扉体から順次ガイドレールに沿って走行しながら伸縮するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の複連引き戸式門扉では、最前側の扉体を除く後側の各扉体には、その扉体の一端下部に台車を備えているが、他端側には台車を備えておらず、案内溝に嵌合する案内部材を介して前側の扉体によって伸縮自在に支持する構造を採っている。
このため、各扉体の案内溝及び案内部材に大きな負担がかかり、各扉体を収縮させて格納する場合や、各扉体を引き出して出入り口を閉鎖する場合に、各扉体が滑らかに伸縮せず、非常に大きな力を必要とする問題がある。従って、各扉体の案内溝及び案内部材が損傷し易くなると共に、格納や引き出し等に際しての伸縮操作が非常に重たくて煩わしく、しかも構造的にも各扉体の重量、長さ等が制約されると言う欠点がある。
本発明は、このような従来の課題に鑑み、各扉体の負担を軽減できると共に、格納や引き出し等に際しての伸縮操作を容易且つ軽快にでき、しかも各扉体の重量、長さ等も大にできる複連引き戸式門扉を提供することを目的とする。
