Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a platform for standing a scaffold laid under the scaffold when the scaffold is assembled on an inclined surface such as a tile roof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the second-floor roof, etc., not only at the time of new construction, but also for carpentry work such as roof tiles, painting, sashes, sheet metal, fence construction, etc. The need to provide
That is, in the case of roofing tiles, there is a risk of slipping off if the roof tiles are simply placed on an inclined surface. In addition, it is dangerous to perform painting work, sheet metal work, and ironing work while landing the foot as it is on the inclined surface, and construction such as painting, sheet metal work, and iron work is difficult. In addition, there were many cases where the construction site such as the second floor attic was out of reach, and a solid scaffold was required.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, assembling a scaffold on a flat surface may be a simple structure, and there are commercially available products such as a framed scaffold, which is relatively easy. However, it was extremely difficult to construct a scaffold on the inclined surface. Then, when the scaffolding was assembled from the ground to the large roof on the second floor, the scaffolding space swelled, and as a result of its assembly, dismantling, transportation, etc., the cost of scaffolding to such a place was extremely expensive.
Although there has been a thing with a jack base that can adjust the height at the base of the pipe scaffolding, it has become unstable for slanted surfaces such as roofs, so it was not used. . In addition, the bottom surface of the jack base is small, and if it is used for a tile roof or the like, the tile may receive a concentrated load and break.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and can be placed on an inclined roof, and a scaffolding plate can be easily laid horizontally at such a location, and a vertically standing scaffold can be provided safely and easily. The purpose is to provide a platform for standing scaffolding.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention described in claim 1 is that the hypotenuse member and the horizontal member are pivotally supported at the base end portion so that they can be opened and closed, and the lower end portion of the standing member is pivoted near the tip end portion of the hypotenuse member. Further, a plurality of stop holes through which the stoppers can be inserted are formed at appropriate intervals along the longitudinal direction in the standing member, and the horizontal member is supported by the stoppers inserted through the predetermined stop holes. And the horizontal member are adjusted in opening angle, and bearing pieces are attached to both ends of the lower surface of the hypotenuse member via hinges, and the pair of bearing pieces are developed on the inclined roof. It is in the base for standing scaffolding on the sloping roof characterized by providing the support leg of this so that opening and closing is possible .
[0007]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the opening angle between the hypotenuse member and the horizontal member can be adjusted freely, so that the horizontal member can be leveled on any roof, and simply by placing a scaffolding plate on this A horizontal scaffolding is completed. And, since the supporting stand is erected by the development of the supporting leg, it is not necessary to support it by hand at the time of assembling, and the assembling work becomes easy. The supporting leg can be easily opened and the storage space can be made smaller.
By forming the flange for disconnect stop, safety is enhanced. As in the third aspect of the present invention, when a projection made of a short pipe is provided, since a horizontal run is made, a higher scaffold can be provided only by connecting a pipe scaffold to this projection. If the support legs are straddled on at least three roof tiles, the area received by the entire support legs is widened, so that the tiles are not damaged when the scaffolding stand is used. A foldable structure makes it easy to carry and store.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a pedestal for standing on a sloped roof according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “pedestal for pedestal”) will be described in detail.
(1) Embodiment 1
1 to 6 show one embodiment of the scaffolding stand according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of the scaffolding stand, FIG. 2 is a plan view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the folding stand of the stand for standing up in FIG. 1, and FIG. 6 is a pipe stand on the stand for standing up. It is the perspective view which set.
[0010]
The hypotenuse member 1 is made of a metal member having a cross section of about 90 cm in length. Further, the horizontal member 2 is made of a channel-shaped metal member, and the horizontal member 2 is loosely fitted into the oblique side member 1 so that the opening side is the lower side. The hypotenuse member 1 and the horizontal member 2 are pivotally supported so that they can be opened and closed by inserting a common support shaft 3 into the base end portion of the hypotenuse member 1 and the base end portion of the horizontal member 2. (Figure 3). Large diameter portions 4 and 4 are formed at both outward projecting ends of the support shaft 3.
Reference numerals 5 and 5 denote protrusions made of a pair of short pipes welded to the upper surface of the horizontal member 2. The protrusions 5 and 5 are provided, for example, with an interval of 400 mm so that they can be inserted into a commercially available pipe scaffold 20 (FIG. 6).
[0011]
Reference numeral 6 is an upright member made of a metal member having a square cross section that can be loosely fitted into the horizontal member 2, and a support shaft 7 in which the lower end portion of the upright member 6 is fitted closer to the distal end portion of the oblique side member 1. It is pivotally supported. On both side surfaces of the upright member 6, stop holes 9 a to 9 f through which the hook-shaped stopper 8 can be inserted are formed at a plurality of locations along the longitudinal direction. A rectangular through hole 10 is formed on the upper surface of the horizontal member 2 near the tip, and the upright member 6 is inserted into the through hole 10 so that the horizontal member 2 is placed on the stopper 8 inserted through the through hole 10. It is configured so that it can be supported. In the configuration in which the horizontal member 2 is supported by the stopper 8, as shown in FIG. 4, the flange portions 21 and 21 of the horizontal member 2 abut against the stopper 8, and the horizontal member 2 is maintained in a stable state. In the present embodiment, the stopper 8 is a round steel machined into an L shape.
By the way, the upright member 6 is arranged along substantially the center line of the oblique side member 1, rotates around the support shaft 7, and can be quickly inserted into the through hole 10, and can be easily stored. For this purpose, a metal collar (not shown) is inserted into both side support shafts 7 of the upright member 6.
[0012]
Reference numeral 11 denotes a retaining piece projecting from one side of the horizontal member 2. The retaining piece 11 is formed of a hook-like bent piece, and hangs down outside the stopper 8 when the horizontal member 2 is supported on the stopper 8. The retaining piece 11 is provided to prevent the stopper 8 from being removed.
[0013]
Then, U-shaped bearing pieces 13 are attached to the lower surfaces of both end portions of the hypotenuse member 1 via hinges 12, respectively, and a pair of support legs are supported by the support shafts 14 supported by the respective bearing pieces 13. 15 and 15 are provided to be openable and closable. Reference numeral 16 denotes a sponge rubber cushion material attached to the open side surfaces of the support legs 15.
[0014]
Thus, in this platform for standing upright, when the support legs 15 and 15 arranged at both ends of the hypotenuse member 1 are opened 180 degrees as shown in FIG. 1, the length of both support legs becomes about 620 mm, for example. The cushion material 16 extends over at least three adjacent roof tiles.
Here, although not shown, a spacer is fixed to the upper surface of the both support legs 15 near the support shaft 14 so that when the support legs 15 and 15 are deployed, the horizontal state of both support legs is secured. If the four support legs 15 are opened, the rope 17 is hooked on the support shaft 3, and the rope 17 is tied to the veranda etc. on the second floor, the pedestal for standing up the scaffold can be locked on the roof 18 more safely. become. At this time, the large-diameter portions 4 and 4 function as a rope 17 retaining.
It is also possible to wind the rope directly around the support shaft 3 by using the end opening of the horizontal member 2 instead of the large-diameter portion 4 and tie the tip of the rope to a veranda or the like.
[0015]
Then, according to the inclination angle α of the roof 18, as shown in FIG. 3, one of the stop holes 9 a to 9 f is selected and the stopper 8 is inserted, and a horizontal member is inserted into the protruding portion of the stopper 8. The horizontal member 2 is held horizontally by latching and supporting 2. The flow gradient of the roof is determined by several types such as Japanese tile roof, general wooden structure, etc., and the stop holes 9a to 9f are provided corresponding to these various roof gradients. Therefore, the horizontal member 2 can be arranged horizontally by placing the oblique side member 1 on the inclined roof surface and inserting the stopper 8 into a predetermined stop hole.
1 and 2, the stopper 8 is inserted into the stopper hole 9b. In FIGS. 3 and 4, the stopper 8 is inserted into the stopper hole 9a.
[0016]
When assembling the scaffolding on the sloped roof, in a simple manner, a plurality of scaffolding stand bases are arranged side by side on the roof 18, and the scaffolding plate 19 is passed over the horizontal member 2 to stabilize the horizontal. A scaffold is completed (Figure 3). At this time, the protrusions 5 and 5 prevent the lateral displacement of the scaffold plate 19.
On the other hand, the lower end portion of the pipe scaffold 20 can be inserted into the protrusions 5 and 5, and the entire pipe scaffold 20 can be supported vertically as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is possible to construct a higher scaffold on the sloped roof using the scaffolding stand as a base.
Then, by suspending the rope 17 , the platform for raising the scaffolding is surely completed on the roof and completes a stable scaffolding.
[0017]
In addition, the platform for standing up the scaffold has a structure that can be folded compactly as shown in FIG. 5 when not in use. That is, from the state of FIG. 1, the support legs 15 and 15 are closed and the bearing piece 13 is turned 90 degrees inward by the hinge 12 to fold the support legs 15 and 15 in parallel to the lower side of the hypotenuse member 1 and 2, the upright member 6 is pulled out from the through hole 10, the stopper 8 is pulled out, and the upright member 6 is tilted into the oblique side member 1, and then the horizontal member 2 can be further tilted into the oblique side member 1 from above. . Thus, the horizontal member 2 and the upright member 6 are accommodated in the hypotenuse member 1, and the main members together with the support legs 15 and 15 can be bundled in parallel. Therefore, it is compact and convenient to carry and store without being bulky.
[0018]
In the scaffold stand base configured as described above, a plurality of stop holes 9a to 9f are formed in the standing member 6, and one of the stop holes 9a to 9f is appropriately selected according to the inclination angle of the roof 18. Then, the horizontal member 2 can always be held horizontally by inserting the stopper 8. By setting the interval between the opening of the stop holes 9a to 9f in accordance with the standardized roof slope, the angle adjustment can be further facilitated.
A contractor can construct a house with a flow gradient of any roof by simply possessing a set of scaffolding stand. Also, a commercially available pipe scaffold 20 can be easily used by inserting it into the protrusion 5 and attaching it.
Furthermore, since the support legs 15 and 15 are opened 180 degrees so that the cushioning material 16 straddles over at least three roof tiles, the load is distributed and the roof tiles can be prevented from cracking.
In addition, the retaining piece 11 projecting from one side of the horizontal member 2 automatically hangs outside the stopper 8 when the horizontal member 2 is supported on the stopper 8. There is no risk of detachment, and safety is sufficiently ensured.
And it is convenient because it can be assembled easily and quickly without using tools. In particular, if the weight is made lighter and the support legs 15 are widened, the platform for standing up the scaffold will be self-supporting on the sloped roof. To make it easier to perform.
[0019]
(2) Embodiment 2
In this embodiment, the configuration around the stopper 8 is as shown in FIG. The stopper 8 is provided with a disc-shaped retaining rod 81 near one end, and further, a hole 82 through which the loss prevention rope passes is formed at the tip. Instead of the hole 82, a pin that can lock the loss prevention rope may be provided. After the stopper 8 is inserted into the predetermined stop holes 9a to 9f, when the horizontal member 2 is lowered so that the upright member 6 passes through the through hole 10, the flange portion 21 of the horizontal member 2 and the upright member 6 are automatically moved. A stopper 81 is sandwiched so that the stopper 8 does not fall out of the upright member 6.
Compared to the first embodiment, the scaffold stand-up pedestal thus configured reduces the number of parts by eliminating the retaining pieces 11, and further, since the retaining pieces 11 do not protrude during use and storage, This is more preferable without the risk of catching.
Other configurations, operations, and effects are the same as those in the first embodiment.
