BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disc player, and more particularly to a turntable driving device that drives a disc to rotate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An optical disk player configured to perform an operation of reading a signal recorded on a disk by using an optical pickup is widely used. Such a disk player has a disk mounted thereon and the disk is loaded. It has a turntable that rotates.
[0003]
As a typical optical disc player, a CD player is generally well-known. Among such CD players, a headphone stereo type portable CD configured to listen to reproduced sound through headphones is included. There is a player. Recently, a CD-ROM player used in combination with a computer has become widespread.
[0004]
The above-described headphone stereo portable CD player and CD-ROM player incorporated in a personal computer are required to be small in size, particularly thin.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional turntable driving device is configured to press-fit and fix a turntable provided separately from the electric motor on a rotating shaft of the electric motor, and rotate the turntable by a rotational driving operation of the electric motor. For this reason, a gap is provided between the electric motor and the turntable, and there is a limit to reducing the thickness. As a method for improving such a point, there is a method in which a turntable is used as a part of a rotor constituting an electric motor. By doing so, the drive device can be reduced in size, but the thickness of the mounting substrate or the like is reduced in order to further reduce the thickness and weight. When the mounting substrate or the like is thinned, its strength is lowered, so that there is a problem that the rigidity is lowered, the substrate is deformed, and the rotational characteristics of the disk are deteriorated.
[0006]
The present invention seeks to provide a turntable drive device for a disc player that solves such problems.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The turntable driving device according to the present invention is formed on a turntable that is press-fitted and fixed to a rotating shaft of an electric motor and has a mounting portion on which a disk is mounted, and a back surface of the mounting portion of the turntable. A rotor attached to rotate integrally with the turntable by caulking by an engaging portion and a magnet fixed thereto, and a mounting board to which an electric motor board constituting the electric motor is attached along the periphery of the rotor A rib portion formed at a certain position, and a retaining portion formed on the rib portion and disposed above the rotor.
[0008]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a front sectional view of a main part showing a turntable driving apparatus of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the main part showing the turntable driving apparatus of the present invention.
[0009]
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an electric motor board in which a driving circuit of the electric motor is incorporated, and a support member 3 that supports the driving coil 2 is fixed. Reference numeral 4 denotes a rotating shaft constituting an electric motor, and is rotatably supported by bearings 5 and 6 fixed to the support member 3. Reference numeral 7 denotes a turntable which is press-fitted and fixed to the rotary shaft 4 and is formed of metal. The turntable 7 is formed with a placement portion 8 on which the disk D is placed and press-fitted into the rotary shaft 4. The portion 9 is formed to extend upward from the upper surface of the mounting portion 8.
[0010]
10 is fitted into a press-fitting portion 9 formed in the turntable 7 so as to rotate integrally with the turntable 7, and is fitted into a center hole formed in the disc D so that the disc D A centering member 11 for positioning is a rotor attached to rotate integrally with the turntable 7 by caulking by an engaging portion 12 formed on the lower surface of the mounting portion 8 of the turntable 7. A ring-shaped magnet 13 is bonded and fixed to the inner surface side.
[0011]
Reference numeral 14 denotes a mounting board on which the fixing posts 15, 16, and 17 to which the electric motor board 1 is attached are fixed and made of a metal material, and 18 and 19 denote the electric motor board 1 as the fixing posts 15 and 16. Screws 20 and 21 for tightening and fixing are coil springs loosely fitted to the fixing posts 15 and 16 and have an action of urging the electric motor board 1 in the direction of arrow A. Although not shown, a coil spring is similarly loosely fitted to the fixed post 17 and the motor board 1 is attached by screws.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 2, 22 is a rib portion formed by drawing up the mounting substrate 14 along the periphery of the rotor 11 constituting the electric motor, and 22A and 22B are bent upper ends of the rib portion 22. A bent-out retaining portion, which is provided so as to be positioned above the rotor 11.
[0013]
In such a configuration, although not shown, when the disk D is placed on the turntable 7, the disk D is held on the turntable 7 by the action of the chucking device. It is configured as follows.
[0014]
The state shown in FIG. 1 shows a state in which the disc D is placed on the turntable 7, and the disc D is held on the turntable 7 by a chucking device. In such a state, the disk D can be rotated by the rotation driving operation of the turntable 7 by the rotation operation of the rotating shaft 4 of the electric motor.
[0015]
In such a state, when the turntable 7 receives a displacement force in the direction of arrow B, that is, upward due to an operation of removing the disk D from the turntable 7 or an impact applied to the disk player, the turntable 7 is press-fitted and fixed. Since the rotating shaft 4 of the electric motor is also subjected to an upward displacement force, the rotating shaft 4 is displaced upward. When the rotary shaft 4 is displaced upward, the rotor 11 is also displaced upward. When such a displacement operation is performed, the upper surface of the rotor 11 abuts against the retaining portions 22A and 22B. Be blocked. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the turntable 7 from coming out together with the rotating shaft 4.
[0016]
The electric motor board 1 constituting the electric motor is fixed to the fixing posts 15, 16, 17 fixed to the mounting board 14 by screws 18, 19, etc., but in the direction of arrow A by the coil springs 20, 21 etc. Since it is always energized, the inclination of the motor board 1 with respect to the mounting board 14 can be adjusted by turning the screws 18, 19 etc. in the tightening direction or the loosening direction. When the inclination of the motor board 1 with respect to the mounting board 14 changes, the angle of the rotating shaft 4 of the motor changes, so that the tilt of the turntable 7 changes, and an optical pickup that performs a signal reading operation from the disk D (FIG. (Not shown) can be adjusted so that the relationship between the optical axis of the laser beam irradiated from the signal surface of the disk D is the best.
[0017]
In the present embodiment, two retaining portions are provided on the rib portion 22, but the number is not limited.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In the turntable driving device of the present invention, since the rib portion is formed at the position along the peripheral edge of the rotor of the motor of the mounting substrate to which the motor substrate constituting the motor is attached, the retaining portion is formed on the rib portion. It is possible to prevent the table from slipping upward together with the rotating shaft. And since this invention formed the rib part along the periphery of the rotor of an electric motor in the attachment board | substrate, even if the thickness of an attachment board | substrate is thin, it can raise intensity | strength and, as a result, prevents a deformation | transformation of a board | substrate. As well as improving the rotational characteristics of the disc.
[0019]
In addition, since the present invention is provided with a plurality of retaining portions formed on the rib portion, the turn table is prevented from being displaced at a plurality of locations, and as a result, compared with a case where it is blocked at one location. Since the displacement force can be dispersed and absorbed, damage can be prevented.
[0020]
In the present invention, since the motor board is configured so that the inclination with respect to the mounting board can be adjusted, the relationship between the disk and the optical axis of the laser beam irradiated from the optical pickup can be adjusted to the best state. It has the advantage that it can be done.
