Description
【0001】
【0007】
VUn =(dUn /CU)・T
VLn =(dLn /CL)・T
∴VUn ・(CU/dUn )=VLn ・(CL/dLn )
∴VUn /VLn =(CL・dUn )/(CU・dLn )
T=VLn ・(CL/dLn )
T=VUn ・(CU/dUn )
【0018】
VU4 =(dU4 /CU)・T……………………(1)
VL9 =(dL9 /CL)・T……………………(2)
∴VU4 ・(CU/dU4 )=VL9 ・(CL/dL9 )
T=VL9 ・(CL/dL9 )……(4)
T=VU4 ・(CU/dU4 )……(5)
(dUn /CU)+(dL13−n/CL)=A(一定)(n=1〜12)
VU4 +VL9 =AT
∴T=(VU4 +VL9 )/A……(6)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric load sensor and a load acting position detection method using the piezoelectric load sensor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of load sensor, a piezoelectric pressure distribution sensor disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-297735 is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional load sensor is configured to detect a generated signal for each piezoelectric element for a plurality of piezoelectric elements, so that a complicated signal processing mechanism is required and a piezoelectric element on which a load is applied. In order to detect the elements, the number of detection operations corresponding to the plurality of piezoelectric elements must be performed, which causes a problem that the detection operation is complicated and the detection speed is slow.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention can reduce the measurement physical quantity and can quickly detect the load application position and the load at the position without requiring a complicated signal processing mechanism, and has a simple structure and can be manufactured. An object of the present invention is to provide the load sensor at a low cost.
[0005]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, an upper conductor, a lower conductor, an intermediate conductor located between the upper conductor and the lower conductor, and a sandwich between the upper and intermediate conductors. A plurality of upper piezoelectric elements arranged in parallel; and a plurality of lower piezoelectric elements arranged in parallel between the lower and intermediate conductors, wherein the piezoelectric constants of the plurality of upper piezoelectric elements have one end in the parallel direction. Is set so as to gradually decrease from the piezoelectric element existing in the other end portion in the parallel direction to the piezoelectric element existing in the parallel direction. A piezoelectric load sensor is provided which is set so as to gradually increase toward the piezoelectric element existing at the other end in the direction.
[0006]
In the above configuration, the sum of the capacitances of all the upper piezoelectric elements is CU, and the sum of the capacitances of all the lower piezoelectric elements is CL. For example, the nth upper and lower piezoelectric elements from one end in the parallel direction. If a load T acts on the voltage VU generated by the nth upper piezoelectric element, n And the voltage VL generated by the nth lower piezoelectric element n Are the piezoelectric constants of the upper and lower piezoelectric elements, respectively, dU n , DL n Then, it is expressed as
[0007]
VU n = (DU n / CU) ・ T
VL n = (DL n / CL) ・ T
∴ VU n ・ (CU / dU n ) = VL n ・ (CL / dL n )
∴ VU n / VL n = (CL · dU n ) / (CU · dL n )
In this case, dU n Is a gradually decreasing value, while dL n Is a gradually increasing value, so VU n / VL n Is a gradually decreasing value. That is, the ratio of the two voltages is different for each set of one upper piezoelectric element and one lower piezoelectric element facing it. Therefore, the piezoelectric constant dU which is an already obtained value as the characteristic of the piezoelectric element. n , DL n And the theoretical voltage ratio VU from the sum CU and CL of the capacitance. n / VL n , The theoretical voltage ratio VU n / VL n And the calculated voltage ratio VU from both measured and generated voltages n / VL n It is possible to detect that a load is acting on the position of the nth upper piezoelectric element.
[0008]
On the other hand, from the two equations
T = VL n ・ (CL / dL n )
T = VU n ・ (CU / dU n )
Therefore, the load T can be detected based on these equations.
[0009]
As described above, in the piezoelectric load sensor, when detecting the load application position and detecting the load at that position, the necessary measurement physical quantity is the voltage VU generated by the upper and lower piezoelectric elements. n And VL n As a result, it is possible to eliminate the need for a complicated signal processing mechanism and to quickly detect the load application position. The piezoelectric load sensor has a simple structure and is inexpensive to manufacture.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide the load position detecting method capable of detecting a load acting position quickly and accurately.
[0011]
When a load is applied to one upper piezoelectric element and one lower piezoelectric element facing the piezoelectric element, the piezoelectric load sensor is set so as to gradually increase toward the piezoelectric element existing at the other end of the direction. Moreover, the load acting position detecting method for detecting a load acting position based on a ratio of a voltage lower piezoelectric element occurs is provided.
[0012]
By adopting such means, it is possible to quickly and accurately detect the load application position based on the theory.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Piezoelectric load sensor S shown in FIG. 1 Is an
[0014]
1st to 12th upper piezoelectric element MU 1 ~ MU 12 , The twelfth upper piezoelectric element MU whose piezoelectric constants exist at one end in the parallel direction, that is, the left end in FIG. 12 To the other end, in FIG. 1, the first upper piezoelectric element MU located at the right end. 1 It is set so as to gradually decrease toward. That is, the first to twelfth upper piezoelectric elements MU 1 ~ MU 12 The piezoelectric constants of dU 1 ~ DU 12 Then, dU 12 > DU 11 > DU 10 >……> dU 3 > DU 2 > DU 1 The relationship is established.
[0015]
Meanwhile, the first to twelfth lower piezoelectric elements ML 1 ~ ML 12 In the first lower piezoelectric element ML whose piezoelectric constant is present at one end in the parallel direction, that is, the left end in FIG. 1 To the other end in the parallel direction, in FIG. 1, the twelfth lower piezoelectric element ML located at the right end. 12 It is set to gradually increase toward That is, the first to twelfth lower piezoelectric elements ML 1 ~ ML 12 The piezoelectric constants of dL 1 ~ DL 12 Then, dL 1 <DL 2 <DL 3 <…… <dL 10 <DL 11 <DL 12 The relationship is established.
[0016]
[0017]
In the above configuration, the first to twelfth upper piezoelectric elements MU 1 ~ MU 12 CU is the sum of the capacitances of the first to twelfth lower piezoelectric elements ML 1 ~ ML 12 For example, the fourth upper piezoelectric element MU facing each other is defined as CL. 4 And the ninth lower piezoelectric element ML 9 If a load T acts on the fourth upper piezoelectric element MU 4 The voltage VU that generates 4 And the ninth lower piezoelectric element ML 9 Is a voltage VL 9 Is expressed as:
[0018]
VU 4 = (DU 4 / CU) ・ T …………………… (1)
VL 9 = (DL 9 / CL) ・ T …………………… (2)
∴ VU 4 ・ (CU / dU 4 ) = VL 9 ・ (CL / dL 9 )
∴ VU 4 / VL 9 = (CL · dU 4 ) / (CU · dL 9 ) …… (3)
Therefore, the piezoelectric constant dU which is an already obtained value as the characteristic of the piezoelectric element. 4 , DL 9 And the theoretical voltage ratio VU from the sum CU and CL of the capacitance 4 / VL 9 , The theoretical voltage ratio VU 4 / VL 9 And the calculated voltage ratio VU from both measured and generated voltages 4 / VL 9 Is compared with the fourth upper piezoelectric element MU 4 It is possible to detect that a load is acting on the position.
[0019]
From the above equations (1) and (2),
T = VL 9 ・ (CL / dL 9 ) …… (4)
T = VU 4 ・ (CU / dU 4 ) …… (5)
Therefore, the load T can be detected based on these equations (4) and (5). In this case, since the unit of the load T is N (Newton), when converting into kg, the load T is converted to the gravity acceleration of 9.8 m / s. 2 Divide by.
[0020]
In the embodiment, the first to twelfth lower piezoelectric elements ML 1 ~ ML 12 Of the first to twelfth upper piezoelectric elements MU 1 ~ MU 12 Is the same as the parallel mode when the two are rotated 180 ° in the horizontal plane.
[0021]
That is, the first upper piezoelectric element MU 1 And the first lower piezoelectric element ML 1 , Second upper piezoelectric element MU 2 And the second lower piezoelectric element ML 2 , Third upper piezoelectric element MU 3 And the third lower piezoelectric element ML 3 ...... 10th upper piezoelectric element MU 10 And the tenth lower piezoelectric element ML 10 , Eleventh upper piezoelectric element MU 11 And the eleventh lower piezoelectric element ML 11 , And the twelfth upper piezoelectric element MU 12 And the 12th lower piezoelectric element ML 12 Each have the same dielectric properties.
[0022]
With this configuration, the number of types of piezoelectric elements can be reduced to one half of the total number used, thereby improving the productivity of the piezoelectric elements and the load sensor S. 1 The production cost can be greatly reduced.
[0023]
In the embodiment, one, for example, the fourth upper piezoelectric element MU 4 And its upper piezoelectric element MU 4 9th lower piezoelectric element ML facing 9 In a state where a constant load T is applied to the lower piezoelectric element MU 4 , ML 9 Voltage VU that generates 4 , VL 9 Sum VU 4 + VL 9 Is one of the other, for example, the eighth upper piezoelectric element MU. 8 And its upper piezoelectric element MU 8 5th lower piezoelectric element ML facing 5 In the state where the constant load T is applied to the upper and lower piezoelectric elements MU 8 , ML 5 Voltage VU that generates 8 , VL 5 Sum VU 8 + VL 5 be equivalent to.
[0024]
Thus, VU 4 + VL 9 = VU 8 + VL 5 In order to establish
(DU 4 / CU) + (dL 9 / CL) = (dU 8 / CU) + (dL 5 / CL), which is necessary to be established at the lower piezoelectric element, as well as at any opposite.
(DU n / CU) + (dL 13-n / CL) = A (constant) (n = 1-12)
Must.
[0025]
Here, when the left side of the expression (2) is added to the left side of the expression (1) and the right side of the expression (2) is added to the right side of the expression (1), respectively,
VU 4 + VL 9 = (DU 4 / CU) · T + (dL 9 / CL) ・ T
It becomes. Therefore,
VU 4 + VL 9 = AT
∴T = (VU 4 + VL 9 ) / A …… (6)
Like this (dU n / CU) + (dL 13-n / CL) = A (constant) (n = 1 to 12) so that the upper and lower piezoelectric elements (MU) 1 ~ MU 12 , ML 1 ~ ML 12 ), The sum of the load T and both voltages (for example, VU 4 + VL 9 Or VU 8 + VL 5 )), A proportional relationship of a certain ratio is established for the lower piezoelectric element, and the load T can be easily detected. In this case, since the unit of the load T is N (Newton), when converting into kg, the load T is converted to the gravity acceleration of 9.8 m / s. 2 Divide by.
[0026]
The constituent material of the piezoelectric element is BaTiO 3 , Pb (ZrTi) O 3 , KNbO 3 , SrTiO 3 , Pb (MgNb) O 3 Perovskite ferroelectrics such as LiNbO 3 , LiTaO 3 LiNbO 3 Type ferroelectric, K 3 Li 2 Nb 5 O 15 , Ba 2 NaNb 5 O 15 Tungsten bronze type ferroelectrics such as quartz, α-SiO 2 ), ZnO, berlinite (α-AlPO) 4 ), Rochelle salt, PVDF, and other piezoelectric materials. These are usually used alone, but can also be used in combination. In addition, a flexible piezoelectric element can be obtained by combining these materials (including a composite) with a material having rubber elasticity or a low elastic modulus material such as a polymer.
