この発明は、利用済の機密書類に係る古紙をリサイクルするに当たり、シュレッダ−により断裁することなく、しかも、これらの古紙からの機密情報を第三者に漏洩することなく、完全に秘密裡に再生紙としてリサイクルできることを可能にするのがこの発明が解決しようとする課題である。

【発明が解決するための手段】
この発明は、利用済の機密書類を専用に回収し、機密情報を漏洩することなくリサイクルすることができることを目的とし、回収用施錠袋と該袋の回収用収納箱の組合わせにより、機密情報が秘密性を保持したまゝ回収できることが、この発明が解決するための手段である。

【発明の実施の形態】
